Made a reservation 4 days in advance for pickup from my home to Airport. Just didn t show up with no communication. Tried to call with no one picking up. Left message and email afterwards to understand what happened but never heard back. They had been reliable but something has changed that they are now totally unreliable and unresponsive.

We used this service for rides to and from the Jackson Airport and our hotel in Teton Village. John was timely (came into the airport to help with our bags and was there when we landed), super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Booking online was easy and they confirmed quickly. Very professional service; would recommend to friends and family.

We used the services of Teton Mountain Taxi last week on a trip to Yellowstone. Driver was waiting for us when we landed in Jackson Hole. We had a wonderful trip to West Yellowstone Montana. We beat the storm on Monday night, and enjoyed our 3 days out. On our return trip on Thursday morning received an email 3 hours prior to pick up that roads were closed and they would be checking the status every half an hour and keep us updated as to when/if they could get us as planned. Within an hour received a text saying roads were open and the driver was on his way. We arrived safely in Jackson Hole. We were lucky enough to have the same driver pick us up and take us back to the airport. Highly recommend this company. Top notch employees with top notch service.Service: Limousines

Not sure if I would use this company again. We used them for 4 trips during our stay in Jackson (all pre-booked online). The pros- all the staff were polite, all were on time (usually 10 minutes early), and twice we were running late (took awhile to get bags at airport, horseback rides ran long) and they waited for us without any concerns. One quickly responded to a text when we asked if we could change our pick up time to later so we could hike longer, which was super appreciated. The bad- the first car to pick us up seemed a bit worn down and we actually had a hard time opening the doors to get in even with drivers help. The 2nd driver took us to the airport, even though we were booked to go out the other direction to a trail ride. We don t know the area and didn t realize until he pulled up to airport and we had to correct him. He didn t have our correct address on him, so we had to direct him from our google maps. This detour caused us to be running 30 minutes late, at which point he started driving very fast and aggressively, at times reaching 100 mph (literally) and weaving and passing dangerously along mountain roads. One driver made us nauseous by constantly speeding up and slowing down, unable to keep a constant speed. None of the drivers were outwardly friendly. They all were polite, but didn t engage in small talk even when we attempted to get to know them. I guess some might like that since they give you a quiet ride without chatting your ear off, but they seemed Pretty disinterested in their clients.Service: Limousines

AVOID at all costs. This is the most unreliable service that I have ever used. Driver overslept and never picked me up. One of the most stressful days of my life. No one answered a phone call and even after leaving several messages, no one has called me to apologize or communicate anything. I finally had to reach out and ask for a refund. Zero communication, drivers are unreliable. Do yourself a favor and find a different service.Service: Limousines

My husband and I used Teton Mountain Taxi to drive us back to our car after completing the Teton Crest Trail and had a great experience. The evening before we had scheduled the service we realized we would be finishing the hike far earlier than originally anticipated. We called and were able to change the time by 4 hours without additional charge. On the day of, the driver arrived 15 minutes early and was very pleasant and courteous. He even spotted a moose and slowed down so we could see it! Would definitely recommend this taxi service to a friend.

We had a group of people fly in to Jackson Hole for some skiing. Our plane ended up being quite delayed, but our driver John was still there patient and smiling! He was professional but still friendly and got our group to our hotel in Teton Village safe and sound. For our return trip to the airport again a few days later, we had John again. He was there early and helped us get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. If we head out again, we will use these folks again for sure.Service: Limousines

Teton Mountain Taxi is great. They were at the Jackson Airport waiting for me even though American Airlines was 2 hours late. They arrived right on time to take me back to the airport. The drivers were great and I will definitely use them in the future.

I used them twice while in Jackson. One time was on short notice and they accommodated me. The other was a 5:00 am taxi to the airport. They were over 10 minutes early to pick me up and it was a smooth ride. Highly recommend!

We booked Teton Mountain Taxi for transportation between trailheads when hiking the Teton Crest Trail. They were prompt and professional. Our driver was friendly and informative. We were very happy with the level of service and ease of booking. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

Alex and his team are GREAT! We are locals and used Teton Mountain Taxi for my husbands business ski trip here last week. 14 guys, 4 days, Alex and his team took care of all rides to and from restaurants and the mountain. I was able to plan all of this upfront with Alex and the week of ran completely as planned. Even with a few last minute changes. Excellent communication and response time with Alex and his crew...definitely recommend their services!!! Thank you again!!!

I hired Teton Mountain Taxi to transport me during a trip to Grand Teton National Park. It was a very professional service. The driver was courteous, on time, and the vehicle was clean and tidy. The driver communicated with me prior to the trip to confirm pickup time and also texted me when he was on the way. I highly recommend this company.

Teton Mountain Taxi was a great way to get to and from the airport and Jackson, WY. They offered fair pricing and they were very punctual and friendly. They helped us with our bags and everything. Definitely would use them again!

We have used this taxi services from the Jackson Airport to our condo several times and found the drivers to be conscientious and polite. Their driving was impeccable. Four of us were backpacking for 6 days in Grand Teton National Park in mid-July 2020. We parked our car at the exit point (Granite Canyon trailhead), where Teton Mountain Taxi was already waiting to pick us up and take us to our starting point by Leigh Lake trailhead. The SUV taxi was large enough for our 4 backpacks and comfortably fit the 4 of us. The driver was extremely courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend Teton Mountain Taxi, especially for those looking for transport between backpacking start/end points. Worked out great for us!

Vadim and team were great. Communication was quick and prompt responses always. They were at the airport on time for pickup. Big clean cars for 5 of us with 8 bags and 1 ski bag.It was very easy to arrange transportation with them to and from Jackson Hole if we didn t want to use the bus system. All drivers were very professional and polite. All were very good drivers in the conditions (low vis, ice storms, blizzard). The cars felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend!!

We had to delay our trip by 1 day due to weather. I was expecting to lose the money I paid for this reservation, but when I called they were incredibly accommodating and re-booked my reservation for the following day at no charge - even though this was within the 24-hour window of the original reservation. This guys are great !!!!We got a ride with them from Teton Village to the airport.The driver was very kind and polite, he opened the door for us. Vehicle, Cadillac Escalade, was very nice and clean, the best thing is that you get a regular taxi price for a Luxury SUV,Me and my family will be here for the Christmas, we'll definitely use this company again.Thanks.

Our ride from the airport to the resort went smoothly and was without any complications. Unfortunately, for our return trip, the taxi service misplaced our reservation and didn't realize until we called and asked where they were. I understand that when companies are busy, mistakes will happen...They did send another taxi to pick us up and we were only delayed by 30 minutes. Still a little disappointing for the money spent. Thank you regardless.

Car service was great! Pick up from the airport was good, so i scheduled a return online. Drivers were prompt and friendly, even with a 5:20am pickup. Rates are fixed to and from the airport.

Do not book this company unless you want them to not show up so you miss your flight, get a mistakes happen and no compensation in return. Horrible booking system. Horrible customer service. Mistakes do happen, and how you handle them is key. Look elsewhere for a taxi service.

I made a reservation with Teton Mountain Taxi on March 14th,the day before we arrived to Jackson Hole Airport and we were welcomed by name when walked up to baggage claim nr 1. They were ready to take us to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as soon as out luggage was ready

Jackson hole is beautiful!!!Everyone knows that, but when you're in a beautiful place is very important to have a decent transportation!!!So i tried to call many companies,every single company was the same price.An Escalade came and pick me up,it was on time,clean and comfortable, nice driver.
