I LOVE my new Outback from Teton Motors!!!Raul recently helped me with my first new car purchase, and he made the process simple! I enjoyed how Raul walked me through every step with clear communication and stayed in touch as my car was ordered and delivered. WOW!! I was in and out of the dealership with my New/Used Forester (Subaru) in 2 hours. Raul was awesome! Made sure I got exactly what I needed since I was in a bind and needed a "snow" worthy vehicle pronto having just relocated from San Diego, CA with an absolutely non-snow worthy vehicle.Holly, the finance manager was phenomenal as well. I have to say this was my best experience EVER purchasing a vehicle in all my 59 years. Thanks Guys!!!

Great recent experience with Teton Motors! My husband and I bought a used 2012 Subaru Forester from them. Jon Pinardi was our salesman, and he s pretty good to work with.Unfortunately, our car had some cracks on the windshield, and they said the windshield they ordered should have arrived before we did. Because it was not replaced beforehand, they gave us a price reduction. We later found out that the amount was not enough, but gladly, they refunded the remaining amount to us.There were a couple of other issues we found with the car such as the sunglasses holder not closing, the rearview mirror is loose when we tried to adjust it, the side windows do not open smoothly and has some lags, and the arm rest had a lot of holes. These were issues weren t made known to us but found out ourselves. They were not reported anywhere on the listing or carfax. Wished they would have been made known regardless of whether or not a discount will be given instead of us finding out about the flaws ourselves.Overall, still a pleasant experience it has been. It was a perfect day to travel and buy the car because it might have been the sunniest day during the winter seasons last month.

Please be careful about buying a used car here. Their inspection reports cannot be trusted.TM sold us a 2016 Jeep Cherokee (145k miles) for $15,000. Drove it 4 times and car stopped working. Took it to a local dealer in Lander WY for repair. Lander dealer tried several things but car kept having issues. Car spent 11 weeks in repair shop. Turns out it needs a new TRANSMISSION would cost us another $12,000Given extreme situation, we went back to TM to see if they could help. Spoke to GM. He looked up inspection report and said there were no notes regarding faulty transmission. He said he would not help us.We are donating car to a charity in hopes that some good can come of this terrible situation.

John Johnson was phenomenal! I drove 6.5 hours with an infant to trade in my truck and he made sure everything was ready so it would be quick and easy for me to finish up and drive back home! They gave us a good deal on the Jeep we got and gave us a very reasonable amount for our truck as trade. Thank you so much for making an initially online transaction end so smoothly in person!

Purchasing our new vehicle through Teton motors was such a pleasant experience. Jon Pinardi was easy going, informative, and had lots of advice for us, being we had never owned a new car. The process was to the point and hassle free. We were out on the road enjoying our new car after just a couple hours! I would definitely recommend Teton Motors for anyone looking for a great dealership!

This place really screwed us out of time and money. Our 18 outback has a completely glitching useless infotainment system that was part of a class action suit which they applied an extended warranty to. It won t let us listen to music or have phone calls or well, anything. In order to see if they will cover us under this warranty, Subaru of America is making us go get diagnostics done. Well, we live 3 hours from the closest Subaru dealer and made an appointment at this one. We paid to stay in Jackson for Thursday night to get our car in early on Friday. So they called us around 4:30 saying they couldn t look at it today. Real cool guys, thanks. Next time I ll buy a Toyota.

I ve never had a more honest and pleasant car buying experience. Raul Militaru, Jon Pinardi and the rest of the team at Teton Motors Subaru set the bar for what a dealership should be as well as how they should treat their customers. I was referred to them by a friend, and I would gladly refer anyone I know to them. If you re thinking about buying a vehicle from a dealership, this is the place.

I recently took my Subaru Crosstrek to Teton Motors for an oil change and brake inspection. The manager, Bill, went above and beyond in fixing my brake rotor issue. For years I have been driving to Idaho Falls to get my cars serviced at the Subaru dealership there, but now I will stick with Teton Motors.

I was from out of town and had clutch problems on my legacy gt wagon . It was a Saturday and had to drop my keys in the drop box . I feared the worst and thought it was a whole new clutch . Casey handled on a Monday and fixed it for $180 out the door. Had to drive back out from from Oregon a week later to pick it up and got a 20" pow day JH before I drove home . Great dealer , fair prices, honest service.

Jeff is the most genuine car salesman I have ever met! Everyone at the dealership was really great to work with. I drove from Southwestern Idaho because Teton Motors was offering a great deal on a vehicle I wanted, but I wasn't sure what to expect from a dealership I'd never done business with before. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and honest everyone was as well as how easy the entire process was. They offered me many options for additional products and services but never pushed anything on me- they gave me all the information and then let me decide which I really appreciated! I'm a first-time Subaru owner, but if I decide to buy another one, I am definitely making the drive back to Teton Motors!

These guys are terrific! I purchased a Forester today and had Darren Wood as my Sales Consultant and David Cook helped me with financing. Darren took a great deal of time going over the vehicle options/orientation and David explained well all the purchasing options/payment plans. My whole experience was so pleasant as Darren and David were very professional and helpful. If I had known how positive an experience it would be, I might have come in sooner. And It was great not having to travel to Idaho or Utah to purchase a Subaru. Darren and David are a great team and I really appreciated the stellar (and no-pressure) service. Thank you so much

Teton Motors does a great job. i had been familiar with their service department, and Bruce, their service manager is a very straight, no nonsense, tell you what you need, and do it without ever worrying that stuff i don't need is being added or that i'm being pushed into additional service. When my old Subaru was damaged they immediately quoted me a repair, and then replaced my damaged car with a new one again without any gimmicks or games. Rick the general sales manager was true to his word, quick to get things executed and even worked over the weekend to make sure that i was taken care of. i have dealt with car people for over 50 years and these people genuinely do care about you and want your business

Darren did a great job of reviewing all our options when buying our car. He offered suggestions on how we could reduce the price of the purchase and helped us understand the features each model had to offer.He was available to us day and night when we had questions. For a no pressure experience we would highly recommend Teton Subaru.. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

This is my fourth vehicle purchase at Teton Motors. I ve experienced exceptional sales and service for over 10 years now. Jon and Darren in the sales department are knowledgeable and very helpful. Both are a pleasure to work with. David was quite helpful with paperwork and finance options. We will continue to use Teton Motors for all of our car related needs in Jackson.

Super impressed and grateful to Jon and Dustin at Teton Motors. I was in from out of town and they took extra care of me and my family so we could get on the road quick. Got a great vehicle at a great price from the selection of very nice vehicles. But their service and caring for us was the best part of our experience. These guys are fantastic. I purchased this car from out of state, and they were nothing but helpful, friendly, and prompt on the phone and email. When I flew into Jackson Hole to pick up the car, I was picked up at the airport with my own car, so I could drive it back to the dealership to sign the paperwork -- a really nice touch! John, the salesman I was working with, was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, honest. I certainly recommend this dealership. Thanks guys!

Do not come here for Subaru Service. Every time I have booked an appointment here, I have had an extremely unpleasant experience. First, I booked an appointment for a check engine light online. I drove all the way over the pass, only to have Bill, the service manager, tell me I was WRONG for booking the appointment online. After driving all the way over the pass, he told me he could not diagnose my issue that day and he asked me to disrupt another work day to come have the car sit at their facility ALL DAY while I waited for a diagnosis (the diagnosis was that there was nothing wrong.....)Fast forward a few months, I'm having an issue with my tire pressure sensor. I get it "fixed" at Teton Motors. As I'm driving back toward Wilson from my appointment, the tire pressure sensor comes back on. I drive straight back to Teton Motors and they take it back for a moment and assure me that everything is fine. Turns out, they did not replace the valve after replacing my tire pressure sensor and I end up getting a flat tire due to their incompetence. They REFUSE to refund me for my flat tire, and make me feel like a fool for getting the flat repaired elsewhere. (Why would anyone trust these sleazeballs?) I guarantee I would've been treated differently if I were a man in a truck. But as a woman in a Crosstrek, I vow to never return to Teton Motors, and to discourage anyone I know from ever getting their vehicle serviced by these condescending, sexist, incompetent jerks.I will raise a stink until I am compensated for this wrongdoing.

I just bought a Subaru from Teton Motors and had the BEST experience! John Johnson was my salesman and if I can brag on him for a moment, I will. I left there that afternoon feeling like he was a friend, not just a salesman. He is so personal, friendly, not pushy at all, really listened to my needs, and completely knowledgable about all the ins-and-outs of the vehicles. I highly, highly recommend John and Teton Motors to anybody looking to buy their future vehicle. There service is exceptional and I truly feel that they value their customers.

Excellent Customer Service. Staff always have a positive can do attitude. Bought my 1st vehicle from here after living here in Jackson for several years. One of the main reasons I decided to bring my business to Teton Motors was the fact they DONT judge you on appearance and don't take advantage of you. My salesperson, which I won't name publicity on here was awesome. He was a younger guy.So if your over at Yeti Jeep Dealership here in Jackson and reading this, come on over to Teton Motors and give them your business. Trust me.

Buying a car from Teton Motors was easy and had no pressure associated with the deal. I had amazing customer service from Jon, my sales guy, who worked behind the scenes to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. He also went out of his way to get items off of my old totaled car, so that we could put them on the new car (roof box, bike rack etc), which made the entire process feel like I had Teton Motors supporting me in all parts of the process.

We are a Subaru family, and decided it was time to upgrade our 2011 Outback for the new Ascent. We wanted a new vehicle to fit our growing family (a husky and a young boy are not getting any smaller).We reached out to many different dealers in surrounding area since we live in a very small town in Wyoming. After all of our research over 5 months, we discovered Teton Motors best met our needs for a new vehicle. They beat the other dealerships (in CO, WY, MT, UT, and ID) when it came to price and service.Shaun (our sales associate) did not harass us at all, but worked with us as we made our decision. Rick (the general manager), did not try to squeeze extra dollars out of us for things we didn't want. He was willing to substitute extras to make this vehicle for us.The team at Teton Motors took care of us, and made our purchase of the 2019 Subaru Ascent a great one. Thanks!
