I just purchased a new truck from Jon at Teton Motors. The process was very smooth with no pressure to make a decision on the spot or other annoying sales techniques. Jon walked me through the features and researched all the rebates and discounts GM/Chevy offered (there were a few). They also bought my trade in for almost exactly what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth. All in all a great experience and if you live in Jackson really nice to use a local dealer.

Jon Pinardi and the team that supports him at Teton Motors have perfected the transition from the old school ways of car sales to the new, modern approach of actually caring for the person with whom they are doing business. I never set foot on the property when I bought my latest vehicle. It was a used vehicle. I had lots of concerns. These guys saved me! I lost the keys for a company car (I know ), and after finding out the spare wasn t programmed to the car, I had to get a tow somewhere to fix it. It was early in the evening on Friday and they were about to close down shop for the weekend but thankfully squeezed me in so I could get myself and my athletes back home on Sunday evening. Thank you Bruce, Brian, Jason, and everyone else who stayed a little late to help me out!! Would recommend!

How refreshing to enter a Chevy serviceCenter and feel positive energy as soon as you walk through the door! Even better, the staff communicated efficiently and resolved the 2017 vehicle s problem more quickly than any service center I ve used since buying her brand new her many years ago. 1,600 miles from home on vacation., My Colorado battery died. I got a jump and drove straight to Teton motors Chevrolet in Jackson, Wyoming. Service department was going to close in 40 minutes and I explained to their service writer, Nathan, my situation. He kind enough to help me out, he did a check and saw the battery was dead and replaced it under warranty. Great dealership and thoughtful staff.

Was in Jackson for a vacation and my Chevy truck needed an oil change. Stopped in and Brian in Service was able to get me an appointment within 2 days. For a smaller franchise dealership it was very well ran. All the employees were professional & helpful. Would definitely recommend this service shop . .Thanks againJay

When we decided to make a trip to Jackson we left Kemmerer early enough so we would arrive in time to complete a purchase during the Saturday business. We called Teton Motors when we were halfway there as they opened. Yancy was not certain the vehicle we had chosen was available as another person had expressed interest. We were somewhat disappointed but several minutes later he called back with the good news. When we arrived in Jackson Yancy was on target, brought the vehicle to us for inspection and the process began. Though he had some glitches with the computer system he quickly figured out the problem, solved it and we were able to make our purchase. Thank you Yancy, great job, you do Teton Motors proud. Teton Motors is impressive. I had been looking for a used car for weeks to replace my totaled Jeep Compass. The new Chevrolet Trailblazer fought my eye. I drove one in Salt Lake and wanted to buy it but the dealership had already sold it. I expanded my search. Nothing in Salt Lake. I found a beautiful black 2022 Trailblazer RS at Teton Motors in Jackson, WY. I called and spoke to Jon. The Trailblazer was on a test drive. He called me back later to tell me it was available. I wanted to buy it. The price was good and he made it better by finding additional incentives. I wanted to pay with cash, check ir cashiers check. Teton Motors was happy with any form of payment and didn t bother trying to get me to finance. We discussed options for delivery. I chose to drive to Wyoming and pick it up. John gathered my info on the phone. I paid $500 by card to hold the vehicle. He and the team at Teton prepared all paperwork before arrival. Two days later I drove to Teton Motors and 30 minutes after arriving at the dealership, I left with my new Trailblazer. What a great dealership experience. I have never seen better. Thank you Jon and team for making a great Trailblazer buying experience.

Our 2010 Malibu limped into the Grand Tetons NP and we drove to Teton Motors first thing in the morning. Staff squeezed us into their busy schedule, assessed the engine codes, diagnosed the fuel injector problem, and had us confidently back on our cross-country road trip from Oregon to Illinois in 2 hours. Kudos to the Teton Motors GM staff!

We traveled out of state towing our trailer through the mountains to see our son in Jackson, when our engine light went on. Both Bruce and Brian concerned for our safety for our 900 mile journey back home to Arizona (118 degrees) could not in good conscious let us risk breaking down. Both men were extremely professional, polite and extremely busy during the peak tourist season . They addressed our Silverado, found the problem and quickly repaired it. I can't express my appreciation enough for Bruce and Brian along with their skilled team of technicians who made our trip a pleasant experience. THANK YOU!

I have been buying cars from Teton Motors and having them serviced there for nearly 25 years. For all that time, I have been treated as a friend and every point of contact has been first class!I recently purchased a new SUV from Jon Pinardi there, assisted in great part by manager Rick Babicz. The new car had an issue with brakes and both Jon and Rick turned heaven and earth to make sure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It was. I can't imagine another car dealer treating me as well. I shouldn't have expected less but it is always comforting to know that your dealer and sales people have your back.Thank you, gentlemen! It seems loyalty indeed has its rewards.And, just a comment about the service department. Everyone in both Chevy and Subaru service departments is accessible, friendly, responsive and on time with repairs and services. I am a committed and loyal customer.

Purchased new car after looking nationwide. Rick and Chuck got me the numbers that impressed. GM Finance with great rate, awesome rebate and discount. They were super friendly and patient. Clarke in finance was thorough in explaining the agreement and offered other helpful suggestions. Would buy here again and recommend to anyone.

On vacation my check engine light came on. The service department is closed weekends, so Monday morning I dropped off my truck as directed by Bruce the service manager. He explained that all vehicles are worked on in the order they are received. Also he stated that it could take 3 weeks to diagnose my truck.42 days days later this guy hasn t touched my truck. I made numerous calls to Bruce, not 1 call returned. After being assigned to Nathan a great line of communication was opened. He didn t always have good news, but he was transparent and honest. Bottom line, I needed a new engine. Again Bruce made no effort to resolve any issues with my truck. I finally emailed GM and Jim Auge (co-owner) to get the ball rolling. I was assured that Bruce understood that my truck was a priority and because it was the oldest ticket, the truck would be completed. He still made the decision to refuse to work on my truck and challenged me for contacting GM and the owner. So, I sent another email to the owner and he was able to get my truck complete and returned to me in only 62 days.I highly recommend that you seek out Nathan as your advocate if you are desperate enough to leave your vehicle in Teton Motors service department. He will be forthcoming and honest about your situation.Bruce will lie to your face, shake your hand, and the minute you leave the service department he will forget who you are or what he promised to do for you.I have to admit that I was completely surprised that I was asked to submit a review after my experience with Bruce.

I never review but after my experience with TM I felt compelled to, having no other recourse. I brought my car in to the collision center for an evaluation after being hit. The team there looked over my car, and provided me with an estimate. They let me know that the parts were on backorder and they'd let me know when the parts came in.My insurer sent me the check for the necessary work, and after a number of weeks without hearing anything, I called TM to ask if the parts had come in. To my surprise, they told me they had no record of me coming in, no record of the estimate they sent my insurer, and they had a different name associated with my phone number (I've had the same # for 20 years).Thinking there might be some understanding, I emailed the woman who I had initially worked with to get the estimate, and upon not getting any response, forwarded the email to the VP. I've still not heard back from anyone so now I have to go back to my insurance, have them cancel the checks that they've already cut, and begin the process over again with a new collision center. It's been 3 months since the initial accident. The whole ordeal has been a headache and a giant waste of time.

Be ready to drop your vehicle off for a prescheduled (many weeks ahead) tire swap, only to learn at the end of the day (was told it would take all day which I had to take off from truck dependent work) that they did not have time to do it, but somehow sent all the last minute scheduled swaps in front of yours. Non existent communication and not sure who gets preferential treatment? Clearly not loyal decade long customers who schedule ahead.

When you have a flat tire 1,500 miles from home, you are dependent on the kindness of strangers.Teton Motors was the kindest and most helpful group of General Motors dealers I have ever come in contact with. They went out of their way to help us find a 22 tire (all the way to Salt Lake City)...got it here asap...and swapped it out quickly and painlessly for us. Great service!! Great people!!

I needed a new transmission in my silverado, which they were able to get done pretty quickly despite the parts being backordered. They kept communication open with me during the whole process which was cool. When I got my truck back, it hadn't been cleaned and I wasn't given a free wash (every other Chevy dealer I've been to has done one of those two things especially if I spend 5 grand with them) and my check engine light was on. Come to find out my truck was showing 4 different engine codes that were all totally new. Not that I expected them to just fix those, but a heads up at least would have been nice. And I probably would have spent the money fixing whatever problems there were if I had been told about them. If you give your vehicle to a shop to get something fixed, they shouldn't just fix that one thing and give it back to you with a different problem right? Without even mentioning it?

I was here from 2013-2016 and bought my trailblazer from Teton Motors. I have put a lot of miles on it since, doing my own basic services and having more advanced services done in shops in several states. I've recently returned to the area and was in need of some of those shop services. Teton Moters Chevrolet services department took good care of my vehicle. They told me what to expect when it came to what they needed to do, did the work and returned the vehicle to me in great working order. I already have plans to return the trailblazer for more work while I'm here.

The service and parts department is always very personable, yet professional. They are willing to come out from behind the desk to see or hear what the issues or concerns are. They communicate in a timely manner. I've had a great relationship with Teton Motors for years and always fo there for my Chevy and Subaru work.

I'm a seasonal resident in Jackson, and have received great service at this dealership over the years. The service managers are knowledgeable, and have never charged me for services I didn't need, nor tried to pressure me into having work done. On one occasion, I was given some very good advice on an issue with my year of truck, and even recommended to another shop to permanently fix it. As further proof of their integrity... This past year, while getting an oil change my pristine 2011 Sierra 3500HD was dented by a careless attendant when pulling it into the bay. We were heading to Nevada in a week for another job, but the dealership made good on their promise to repair the damage, taking care of our car rental, and the body shop bill in Reno. They've been in business for as long as they have for a reason.

Teton Motors is awesome! Bought a GMC pickup from them basically sight unseen. Answered all of my questions and worked with me since I was purchasing from out of state. They even picked me up from the airport! I would purchase from them again. Try to get Shaun S. as your sales guy. He is an excellent, honest, salesman! Jon, in finance, was professional and had everything ready to go. The process was quick, easy, and I got a solid deal. I would definitely purchase from them again. Shaun, if you read this: thank you again! You were great to work with and I really appreciate you going the extra mile for me! I love my truck and the drive back to Utah was so smooth.

Teton Motors service did a great job! Scheduling was easy and flexible, even though I needed to change my appointment twice. The service team advised me on the necessary items given my usage and our Winter climate - oil and fuel filter change. Finally, the service was completed in under the estimated time, while I waited (just over an hour).
