Love this place. Service and Rooms are excellent. We always try and get Creekside Cabins. No shared walls. Super cozy. Breakfast buffet is yummy with a rotating special every morning Only bummer was parking near our cabin was adjacent to a massive pile of black plowed snow that puddles up and makes getting too and from our specific cabin this trip not so accessible.Definitely will be back, again, and again.Special shout out to Wyatt and Natalie. The ultimate hosts.

This place had everything we needed and wanted. We were very happy with the whole experience. Great rooms on a beautiful property. Breakfast was included and had a good spread. We also stayed for dinner and it was always very good. The shuttle and the hot tub are great amenities as well. I find myself somewhat picky and I just loved everything about this place including the vibe.

My husband and I loved our stay here! Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We were able to walk a short distance into Jackson Town Square and use the hotel s shuttle service when going to the mountain. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The views and overall charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful stay! We were here for a few days at the end of November and had an excellent time. The staff is super courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great, even being in the off-season it was a huge spread and very tasty. Our room was immaculate and my wife was thrilled with the rose petals and wine in the room when we got there. The view from our room was great, I lost count of the number of mule deer just across the creek. 10/10 would stay again.

Stayed in a double Queen creek side cabin with a fireplace for a week with my husband and young daughter. Fantastic experience - clean, amazing service (the text message concierge service is fantastic), spacious, well priced, amazing breakfast included (not your super basic continental - a legit full breakfast), shuttle service to Jackson Hole and activities that they help you book. Great experience all around.

Fantastic all around! Was a little nervous reading some of the reviews here, so do yourself a favor and don t take them for reality. We are seasoned hotel travelers with high expectations and the hotel has exceeded them. We are in a superior king cabin and it s clean, well appointed and comfortable. The grounds are well cared for. The lodge is warm and cozy! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast is extremely good and beyond what I would have expected. The location is unbeatable and a bonus the shuttle to town is super convenient during cold evenings. Would highly recommend this for your next adventure in Jackson.

Lovely resort, but cabin certainly showing age and needs updating. Peeling wallpaper, broken dresser drawer and few other things that could be easily fixed.Breakfast was good, but we also ate dinner there and it was terrible. 3 of the 4 of us ordered steaks and they were barely edible. They short staffed and the 2 people working could not keep up. Disappointed that we spent our precious vacation time and that much money on an extremely disappointing meal.Would be nice if they offered transportation to the airport.I will stay elsewhere on my next Jackson trip.Food & drinks: Skip the restaurant

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Rustic Inn. Beautiful cabin. Free breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Not handicapped friendly. Lots of steps into the dining room and bar. Excellent service from everyone. Bad light bulbs and running toilet were fixed within an hour of reporting. Free shuttle into town is a wonderful feature because parking in Jackson is sparse. Could walk into town if you are in good shape. Highly recommended.

Amazing breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great location. Prompt shuttle service. Close to everything - airport, town, skiing, sleigh ride, snowmobiling, restaurants. Concierge service. Hot tub and dry sauna were clean and very hot during winter. Starbucks coffee and tea available 24/7.Rooms: Rooms were large and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Pillows got a little tough to sleep on.Nearby activities: Elk refuge is across the street for sleigh ride and viewing / visitor center. Hotel has a company to book snowmobile tours, will pick you up from resort.Safety: Felt very safe walking and sleeping here.Walkability: Can walk to town, elk refuge, restaurants, cigar shop, etc.Food & drinks: Breakfast is included. Delicious, plenty of healthy and delicious options. Cocktails are well prepared.Noteworthy details: Town shuttle service is very prompt and personalized.

Expensive for what you receive. Breakfast was disappointing- a buffet with scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and fruit. The hot entrees were cold. For the price, we were expecting a breakfast station with made to order egg dishes, pancakes and/or waffles.A free shuttle to and from Jackson Square is nice. It s a ten minute walk each way otherwise. There is no airport shuttle. Even if it cost extra, that would be a great addition.Food & drinks: See above

Strongly recommend. We had everything we needed at this resort. They even have an accessible laundry room for guests!Upon arrival, we decided to upgrade our standard room to one of the more private cabins in the courtyard. Staff was super friendly. Each room came with safe, toiletries, steamer, hairdryer, mini fridge, smart TV and coffee machine. The property is quiet and cozy. Breakfast was excellent and provided ample choices. Location is also great, 10 min walk into town and 10 min drive to the airport and Grand Teton National Park.Walkability: 10 minutes from town. 15 minutes to Snow King Mountain. Across the street from Elk Refuge.Food & drinks: Bar and Bistro are closed during off-season. Complimentary breakfast buffet included eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal options, bagels and toast variety, fruit, omelette station, muffins, daily rotation of pancakes, waffles, sausage and gravy.

Another amazing stay at the Rustic! We chose a creekside cabin which was worth every penny. Wonderful views with all the amenities and cleanliness you d expect. Each morning, we d hit their breakfast buffet for some bacon and eggs. After running around Teton County, we d usually end up at the bar for a last drink before going back to the cabin. Lastly, the staff were always friendly and courteous. Already thinking about coming back next year!

****SPA CUSTOMER****I did not stay at this hotel. I am writing this review in regards to a facial I received. I reserved a facial to hydrate my skin. First of all, they charged $30 on top of the $179 to use the steamer on your face-doesn t this come with all facials?Second, my skin is completely sore and feels like sandpaper. So much for hydration. I ve been putting lotion on it every 2 hours and I still can t get it to hydrate.I did email the hotel directly but have not received a response which is discouraging as well. If you re planning on a spa facial in Jackson Hole, I recommend you spend your $250 elsewhere.

Beware of terrible business practices of this facility with their reservation processes. My husband and I were looking to stay with Rustic Inn one night before flying early the next morning. He called and made a reservation and upon hanging up with the hotel representative was informed by me that I had already made another reservation. He phoned right back, spoke with the same representative, explained the situation and that we didn't need a second room and she refused to cancel/refund the reservation. (Only 60-seconds had passed when he phoned back!) We've stayed at this facility, in their cabins, and used their spa services, however, we will never stay with them again and will definitely inform all of our business associates of our experience. The amount of the room charge was $309. Substantial enough to earn this review. Shame on you guys.

We visited the off-season during November, which might be a reason for not liking our stay there, but what they have advertised is totally different from our experience. we got room just behind the road, so it was difficult to get good sleep. The only thing I liked about them is their breakfast it was really good.I might be wrong about them as I was there off-season, but it was not worth what I paid for it.

From the time we walked into the reception check in area, there was a real sense of being welcome and people caring. From the beginning to the end of our stay it was excellent at every point, the restaurant was friendly and the service was awesome. Plus I may mention the rib eye steak was exceptional. We met some very nice guests at the fire pits and the tee pee tent was fun, sitting around a camp fire at the end of the day was a great way to end a nice day of touring. Cabins were above 1st class, and the morning breakfast was way better than the normal everyday hotel complimentary breakfast. Last but not least the cabin setting was awesome, feeling of remote but only 3 blocks from downtown for walking but lodge offered free shuttle to all town areas. Dany was the receptionist who checked us in and he was great and made us feel welcome from the beginning. Thank you to everyone who made us comfortable during our stay. William PayneRooms: 1st class with all the amenities required, the robes in the rooms are a nice touch also.Walkability: Close to old Town Jackson. Cabin and grounds were incredible for walking around and viewing the stream running thru the property.Food & drinks: Service excellent and never rushed, food was great as was the drinks from the bar.

My husband & spent two nights at Rustic Inn for part of honeymoon & loved every second of it. We stayed in one of the cute cabins that overlooked the creek. The grounds are so lovely & quaint. Staff had a plate of complimentary chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Staff was super friendly & helpful. We had easy access to Tetons & downtown Jackson Hole, right across the street from the National Elk Refuge. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! My husband & I plan on staying there again next time we are in Jackson! Thank you again Rustic Inn for such a wonderful stay!

Please be aware of the ironclad policy when it comes to travel troubles with this resort. The management will only ask if you purchased trip insurance, which is not even offered through them. They will not make any modifications to your reservation. We have traveled a lot and have not encountered such ill customer service. This also is my only negative review to ever write. We booked a trip to the Rustic Inn in Aprl for December of 2023 for our 20th wedding anniversary. We decided on a king balcony suite in the spa suites and paid in full up front for the room (probably should have been a red flag). We also had some friends decide to come along with us and they booked their room in November. She booked her room via the internet and nothing was ever mentioned about trip insurance. On December 27th, we went to the airport for our trip and due to mechanical issues, we were unable to get out of our departure city. The plane did not leave until 8 hours after scheduled and we missed the connection in Dallas. Flights were sold out the next day already and we were only coming for 3 nights. When my husband initially called the Rustic Inn and spoke with Jessie, the reservation specialist, the only response he gave to him was, "Did you buy trip insurance?". Nothing else. He never asked if there was any way we could make it in the next day or another time. He was noto concerned at all. We knew we'd be unable to make it into Jackson Hole simply due to airplone mechanics and they simply would NOT work with our situation. He said nothing could be done. We had paid $5800 up front for a room and have never had a hotel not let us come another time, so this simply was not an acceptable answer. The next phone call that afternoon to speak with Jessie again was to tell him we tried looking at flights to come the next day and we could not make it at all. He was not considerate of our situation and said we should have bought trip insurance. My husband asked him if there was any way he would accommodate us at a later time and he simply said NO. At that point my huband stated that this was not acceptable and he would put reviews on the internet to hurt the Rustic Inn. At thst point Jessie is telling him he is threatening the resort and getting upset. Not sure why Jessie is upset as he isn't out $5,800! Yes, we are clearly upset, lol. Who wouldn't be! We were not asking for any money back. Just a credit to come back when we could get there. Nothing was done, and Jessie was not professional at all. .After reading through several reviews on the Rustic Inn Trip Advisor page, this is typical of him when handling a situation that does not go according to plan.My husband asked to talk with Hunter Johnson, the general manager, and he called that afternoon as well. He simply stated that my husband had threatened his business and that was his only concern. Mind you, we(my husband and I) recognize this was not the best attempt to remedy the situation, but we were definitely upset that absolutely no accomodations were made to try and work with us.So over the course of 3 phone calls, we were told nothing would be done and we were out all of our money. Yes, more words were said to the GM at this point from my husband. We have never encountered such neglectful customer service. We are human and no matter what response Jessie or Hunter try to make to this review, I am sure they would want someone to be more accomaodatiing when it comes to a problem out of their control and the amount of money spent up front.Looking at Hunter"s Linked In profile picture, he looks 25 and his family owns the company, Maybe that has something to do wtih his unwillingness to help. They had our money and were npt worried about it. Not their problem.Lesson learned, we will not book with smaller resports in the future and definitely not at the Rustic Inn in Jackson Hole, WY. This policy of not even attempting to help people out who are clearly out of options is beyond me. My hope is this review might help someone else before they lose a lot of money unnecessarily.

My husband and I recently had a wonderful stay at the Rustic Inn. The short walk into town was very pleasant and made it easy to access wonderful restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our espresso martinis at the bar each evening (the bartender makes a great one!) and chats in the swings along the creek at night. A HUGE shout out to Wyatt at the front desk tracking down and shipping some jewelry I left behind. The entire staff was incredibly trustworthy and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. We hope to return soon!

The Rustic Inn property is immaculate. We were wowed by the grounds and facilities. The cabins are well appointed and are very comfortable. The cleaning staff does an amazing job each day tidying up the rooms. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. The location is great as you can avoid downtown traffic and the the town square is only a 6-7 minute walk away (or take the inn s shuttle service). We also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and the food and drinks were amazing. I highly recommend Rustic Inn when you are staying in Jackson Hole.

Overall it s a nice place, but it s WAYYYYYY overpriced. Their photographer made this place look far more enchanting and remote than it actually is .It s almost 600$ a night for a bare bones king bed room that s a bit outdated and very musty smelling. I understand the price is probably in relation to it s being in close proximity to downtown, but I don t think the musty little room is worth that, even considering the communal fire pits and a river through the property. The breakfast was great and the hosts were very kind, but if you re only staying in town one night, you can find a more affordable place and walk to parks that are just as pretty as the grounds of rustic inn.

Just stayed in a SPA Suite last week for 4 nights. Room was awesome. We did not take advantage of the spa amenities as we were in the Park hiking and doing most of the time, but still loved the place. Great location. Buffet breakfast was great. My only suggestion on the breakfast would be to add some fresh baked pastries or muffins. Eggs were great, cinnamon raison bread with toaster was awesome. Fresh fruit was nice also. They had some premade bagged Danishes. Spa breakfast was also great for the 2 mornings we could get it when we did not leave so early, lol. The hotel is expensive, but you get what you pay for! It is from our experience and what we have heard the nicest place around. I defiantly would come back here!

I am not sure why the reviews are so favorable?! The photos on the internet makes it look great it is NOT as pictured. The rooms are beat. I mean beat! The landscaping is very pretty, but that s about it.The restaurant has HORRIBLE service and a mandatory 20% tip which explains why the service is horrible! I had to ASK TO BE SERVED on more than 1 occasion. I asked them to take our order. They did not refill drinks, I had to go get someone to refill our drinks. They did not even give us cutlery, I had to go and find someone to ask for it! Food was OK at best. I asked for medium well, it was medium rare. The cheese board was like it was cut and prepared by a 10 year old.I would never stay at the Rustic Inn again nor would I recommend it to anyone and I would certainly never eat there again!

We were here for 6 days and had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Loved the genuine log cabin construction throughout the property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the local shuttle service they provided a couple of times. Wished they would have gone two miles north up to the Wildlife Art Museum but otherwise it was great to know we always had an easily accessible ride. We ate at the on site restaurant one evening after returning from a long day at Yellowstone and had a fantastic meal. Also loved the fire pits and nature trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Rustic Inn is a very charming place just on the outskirts of Jackson. Location is perfect especially if your activities take you into Tetons and Yellowstone. From the hotel you can easily walk to anywhere in town. Jackson is great, with a good variety of places to eat/drink. We also loved that there is Whole Foods and Target in town.Grounds and views at Rustic Inn are amazing. Rooms are appropriately appointed, but are due for an bit of an update. I also feel staff should report maintenance needed in rooms. I didn t feel like dealing with it, but our lights above sink were out and needed to be replaced. Also, faucet handle was no longer firmly attached so it felt like it will come undone. Minor things like that, no big deal and easily resolved if cleaning staff would report. Loved having a fridge and microwave in room. I do wish I brought my percolator coffee maker as I very much dislike Keurig. But, that s personal preference. We have not visited bar or restaurant so I have no comments on service. FYI, bring an umbrella with you as they do not have any in rooms or to purchase at the reception. All in all we had a great visit and I do recommend them.Nearby activities: Biking, hiking, sightseeing, canoeing, whitewater rafting, fishing is all within 20min.Walkability: Easy stroll to town.Noteworthy details: Beautiful grounds.

The room was lovely (upper windows ensured we didn't sleep past dawn ), bedding was comfy. Delicious breakfast buffet, we also enjoyed the food at the restaurant for dinner. Nice little private creek and park area nestled at the foot of the hill just a few blocks from the downtown shops and bars. Great little pool, Jacuzzi and sauna.

Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Superb service from all of the staff. The cabins have a heavy curtain separating the shower area from the beds, although the toilet itself is in its own little room. It s classy, but just know going in that the privacy relies on others not peaking through the cracks to the side of the curtain.
