This dealership was awesome. Chris and the finance team were extremely friendly and very helpful. They managed to work with our situation and get us a really nice 2024 eclipse cross. Couldn t have asked for a better team. I have always been very skeptical of car dealerships. But they changed my opinion and would highly recommend paying Chris a visit. Thanks for everything

Chris was super helpful and patient as I wasn t the most confident going into my car buying experience. He walked me through all of my options and really was looking out for my best interest without making me feel pressured to make a decision one way or the other. Overall fantastic experience and great overall person to work with.

I had such a great experience at this location. I got approved for a vehicle in less than a few hours. I worked with Dan. He was friendly and professional, and explained the process so well. My bf and I drove away in a nice car with a payment plan that was even less than I planned on. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I went here on Thursday morning and was greeted by Malvin who is an exceptional sales associate. I gave him what I wanted in a vehicle and my price range of course. He was quick at finding me something that was within my control. I went home and he continued to look and search for a vehicle for me. Which made my process easier knowing I could trust my sales associate making sure I had the best rates possibles! Arron is another wonderful asset the Russ Darrow Mitsubishi team; he explained my contract and answered any and all questions! Absolutely amazing! We had Dan and he took great care of us and made sure we understood everything that was happening. There were no surprises and everyone we interacted with had the best customer service! We will absolutely be using this dealership and Dan again!

I made an appointment to test drive a car and after 3 confirmations and verifications that the car was available and ready for me to test drive, I get to the dealership only to be told that the person I was to be working with left an hour before and the car was in the shop. I had made this appointment a few days in advance and rushed getting there after a delayed flight that afternoon only to be met with the worst planning/communication I've witnessed in a while. There was no real apology for the inconvenience or wasted time. It made my decision very easy between buying from here or looking elsewhere.

Worked with Rigo on a new Outlander. The buying experience was quick and hassle free. Looked one night and purchased the next. Total time was under 2 hours. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. From the sales manager to finance every one was pleasant and friendly. Very refreshing to see a car dealer not act like a typical car dealership. Will recommend and return when its time to upgrade.

Melvin was a great help in purchasing my 2019 4runner. He made it happen for me. Very happy with my purchase with a few issues after a few days, chips and crack in windshield and the lack of detailing of the cleanliness of the truck. Waiting to hear if they are will ing to help with windshield. Other than that im pleased with the comfort of my SUV.Its been over a month and no one has gotten back to me so, im changing my rating to 1. If you ask me don't go here, they dont care.

Malvin is a GREAT guy to work with. He is friendly and quite knowledgeable and open to any questions you may have about your car and services needed. Whenever anyone in our family is having maintainance done on our three Mitsubishis and he sees us in the waiting room he always says hello and checks in how things are going. We would recommend Malvin to anyone. We are proud to say that we were his first sale and plan to continue to work with him in the future.

We loved the great customer service Malvin and Rob gave us. We also love the PHEV we are leasing. Up to 38 miles on electric and the seats are so comfortable! Simply amazing! Errands and volunteering just on electric is a game changer.

Malvin was very helpful and accommodating. The Gm , Josh and Rob also jumped through hoops to get me all set up and in my new car . When I arrived the car was detailed and looking as advertised. Paperwork was a painless and fast process. Overall best experience I've had at a dealership to date.

I upgraded to a 2019 Honda Civic Si back in September. It s the best car I ve ever owned, newest, and matches exactly what I wanted. Malvin took the requirements for the next car I was searching for and I went home the same day with the very car I had dreamed of. When he says he can help you find something you ll like, Malvin delivers! I m in love with my car, it s the best driving experience I ve ever had. So happy. 10/10 recommend Russ Darrow in Waukesha. The entire staff at the Russ Darrow dealership was friendly and very knowledgeable. Chris took extra time to explain all the feature of my new Outlander Sport and made sure I was comfortably confident before I left to drive home on snowy roads. I absolutely hate car shopping, but all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The other dealerships felt a bit pushy and all business, but Russ Darrow had a family feel to it. My son (13 years old) even said he liked our wonderful salesman, Chris, so much that he wants to buy his first car from him (in 3 years) lol. I would definitely recommend going there as your first stop when car shopping, it might have to be your only stop. :)

Bought a car from this dealership was told that the car had new tires and the all the brake pads and rotors replaced and nothing wrong mechanically with the car. The tires are at the end of there life. Front rotors are old and warped and sounds like a wheel bearing or tire making noise as you drive. I got to the dealer late and was tired when arriving. I would stay away from them because they lied about most things related to the car when I asked why the tire light was on they tried at first to say cause it's cold out when in fact they never put tpms in the tires at all. I pointed it out but they didn't do anything about it. Then they would only allowed test driving it in the parking lot where these problems wouldn't show or notice. Rotors make the car shake coming from higher speeds over sixtie and the noise doesn't start till around 30 to up. So all in all I should have just walked away when I felt things were off but I don't recommend them to anyone if you want a car that doesn't have problems from the gecko. So after only a day of owning this car I have to change brakes tires and possibly a wheel bearing seems pretty unsafe to sell a car with these problems lie about it and hide it.

I had the BEST dealership experience at Russ Darrow Mitsubishi. Rigo listened to my budget and did EVERYTHING he could to get me the best price for my trade in. He put me in an excellent 2022 VW Taos and I am still reeling!!! I visited a different dealer the day before and left there feeling ignored and almost like my business wasn't wanted, but Rigo and Robert at Russ Darrow were so friendly and helpful!

Terrible service 01-05-24 I drove 3 hours to buy a Nissan rogue that I saw on line listed for $19799 when I get there, a guy was helping me with the attitude like I was asking for a free car then he told me I was scheduled with RIGO RIGOBERTO. Same attitude they act like they don t work there or they don t get paid. He talk to me in Spanish for 2 minutes and then when he started asking me where I saw the Nissan he asked me YOU SPEAK SPANISH? , o well the I told him I was going to pay cash I needed to know how much it will be after the taxes fees and registration we went from $19799 to $25,XXX I asked him were that number came from and he started explaining me till he got to the $2999 charge for something about the paint I didn t even want to listen to this guy I just told him that I don t want to waste my time or his and I walked away, be careful with this people
