Love this place. Very professional workers. They are kind and understanding of me not knowing anything about my car and what I need. They always help me figure it out. I ve returned and exchanged items as well and it s been successful every time.

If I could rate this store at a zero I would. They had a piss poor attitude and sold me a used part that s been mounted on another car. And tried to give him a code and he refused to type in the code. Very very very poor attitude get better staff!

I called in this am and asked if they replaced car batteries. I explained what my vehicle was and the gentleman said to come after 11:00. I explained that I would be there around 6:00 and he said that would be ok. I got there and explained that I might need a new battery. He reluctantly came out and tested it. It needed replacing, but then he said that he couldn't do it because it was difficult. He never asked the other employee if he could do it. Tomorrow I'm going to Oshkosh to spend my money there.

If I could rate it lower, I would. They failed on the most basic customer service.Had a dead battery across the road, so I ran over to buy a replacement. They charged me for the core, as I didn't have the dead one to exchange when I took the new one. 15 minutes later after swapping out the battery, still in full view of the store, I returned to drop off the dead battery and get my core refund. As opposed to simply processing the core, they refused to without my phone number.Not worth the spam calls for the next few months as my number is "leaked" from whichever overseas call center they use to do their customer surveys.There is no reason for them needing my name, phone number or address to return the core fee, especially considering that if the battery would have died in there parking lot...I wouldn't even have been charged it to begin with.

I had an issue at the Oshkosh O'Reilly location where they would not honor the warranty on my battery. I was stressed and felt out of options. I was just about to give up and buy another battery when I decided to call the Ripon store and explain my situation. Their manager answered the phone, listened to my issues, and honored the warranty that Oshkosh wouldn't. I cannot give enough praise to the Ripon location. 5 stars, 6 stars!!! Phenomenal customer service!!! You guys are the best!!!!

Bought a part for $100 it lasted a month, took back gentleman replaced it and said if it happens again to bring back until we get one that works. 2nd one lasted a week. Took back and guy behind counter says they only warranty 1 time. He wants to sell me a different brand. I asked if I had to pay for it and his reply was he would do something. So since I am forced to buy the part again, why would I buy it or anything else from o reilly s?

Just switched to using this store from BerlinThe staff here is great and will go out of their way to helpI have had a fleet account for 15 yrs with several different stores in the mid west and these folks know how to take care of a customer

Only at O'Reilly can you be in line talking to an experienced manager and have the guy in line say, "Well let me look at it". Then he suddenly finds a broken suspension linkage. In this store you have extremely talented car people and that customer saved me 1000 dollars.

I had a bad battery which was under warranty and Oreillys were refusing to warranty it. After some back and forth I was finally given a new battery and was told I was a thief and to never come back!!What business does this to their customers?They claimed they Don t have bad parts Everyone has bad parts or bad batches. When I was in retail I was always told The customer is always right This wasn t my first time with an issue that I was treated poorly over.I will never do business with Oreillys ever again!!Zero stars for me and taking this to corporate

Dennis was very good at explaining my options for headlights in my car. Gave me the difference between the different ones and let me decide which ones fit my needs for driving. He also installed them with no extra charge.

Every time I go there they are so very helpful. This last time I was there, Patrick was very courteous and went above and beyond to help me with my tail light.

I tried to return a tool that did not work for me. It was obvious that i tried using it. I was told that since they were unable to resell I could not do that. Prior to me doing this I bought a tool that worked from this store. I own many older vehicles and I will be going elsewhere with my business.

The sales person Keenny L was very knowledgeable of what I needed and installed the new low beam bulb on our 2015 jeep ..Even though the location of the bulb was in a difficult spot the young man was very professional and patient....Excellent service

Very friendly and prompt service. Excellent selection of parts on hand. If they don't have it they can usually get it in a day or less. That's priceless.

Not that impressed at the fact they tried changing my mind as to the product I tried purchasing. THEN because they closed soon instead of looking for the product I asked for they just told me about a shop even though they were still open.
