This business has above and beyond open communication. Bill & assocates have great open communication from start to finish. Bill updated me every step of the way & came right out to put our spare on. This is the best service I've ever recieved! Top of the line service & care! Thank you Swant/Bill! You all are very much appreciated!

Absolutely wonderful company. I called and someone was there within half an hour to winch me out of an unfortunate slip and slide into a roundabout curb. On my drive back from Duluth I got a flat tire near Gordon which was 4 hours from home. Unfortunately the vehicle did not have a spare and had to be towed to the dealership in Minneapolis, a 3 hour drive. Swant was hired by road side assistance and it was a great experience. The driver loaded the vehicle quickly and carefully and delivered to the dealership that evening.Service: Car towing

This guy helped me in a tremendous way when my engine blew on the side of the highway with my 3 children. They were able to get me and my kids off the side of the road and to the shop where they tried to salvage my engine. When they could not, they towed my car back to Superior with my kids and I, over a hundred miles, without hesitation, to save me a lot of money compared to what my insurance company wanted for a deposit on a tow. I am extremely grateful for their kindness, their honesty, and for the help they gave to a single mom in a very high stress and expensive situation. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a genuine and honest guy to do the work on their vehicle.

Our car broke down about 60 miles from home. It was late at night and it was 1 degree outside and Mike came to our rescue. He was very friendly and professional. His truck was warm and clean and he even let our dog ride in the cab with us. Thanks Mike for the safe ride home and great conversation! Where to begin, I hit a deer very hard and head on in the middle of the night tonight 2am roughly, and dispatched a tow truck to me from my insurance application. I was not prepared for the driver to be so nice and kind to me over the phone, he even offered that i call back if i needed someone to talk to while i waited. He arrived with a very warm truck and instructed me to get in and warm up *i was wearing shorts coming home from work and was freezing* he got my car on the flat bed quickly and we headed down the road to my home. He was even so kind that he brought a soda for me during the trip. When i got home i told him id leave a great review and he said it wasnt obligatory but i insisted, thanked him for being such a great man, and told him not to stop being that way. Paul, your one heck of a good dude and you sure know how to make someone feel a lot better at 2am after basically totaling their car. Hats off to you, get this man some sort of award!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

My experience with this company was a disaster. My car needed to be towed due to an air bag recall issue, told them to call first before they got to my home because I put my car on the road (very obviously) for the driver to pick up, so there wouldn't be any issues with my new driveway. The driver instead decided to pull into my driveway and drop his tow bed onto my brand new driveway gouging it to the point of needing repairs before even calling. Their trucks dont even have the rollers like other tow companies have. I tried to contact the business owner to talk about repairs and he proceeded to argue and fight with me on the phone. I offered to not get insurance involved, I even offered him two different payment options, with trying to repair first on the low side and a redo high side but he adamantly fought rudely that he was not responsible. I dont feel like I should have the burden and not expect my driveway to be brought back to the way it was. due to their driver's mistake. It is now an insurance claim. And I refuse to do business with him again and caution anyone else doing business with them.

Paul was awesome! Car starter was the issue and rather than just throw it on a tow truck, he helped us get it started so wouldn't have to be towed out of somewhat steep driveway. He also followed up by text to make sure we got where we were going.

Prompt service and fair pricing.But pure negligence. Instead of using the tow hook he hooked to the control arm.... After it bent their statement was "we never use the tow hook , and always connect to the control arm, as it's the strongest part of the car," of course they won't take any responsibility.
