Here to say I never write reviews .I had exceptional customer service purchasing my new vehicle. First time with Osseo. Chad was amazing, answering all my questions, and had amazing communication throughout the process. Patti in finance was quick and efficient. Highly recommend going through Osseo vs a large city Ford. Hope to be a returning customer in the future.

Legacy-Trees recently purchased our third truck from Osseo Ford. This third purchase is all about the relationship the Osseo Ford Team has built with our company. At every level their staff has gone the extra mile on our behalf. Here is an example - we needed a new F-550 for hauling our trees. The truck was to arrive in late April but one became available in March. They immediately contacted us and then the owner personally arranged to expedite the flat bed and installation through a third party vendor! That is exceptional service!

I have purchased vehicles all across the tri-state area from over a dozen different dealers. Osseo Ford and Osseo Chevy have by far the most polite, friendly, efficient staff I have ever worked with at a dealership. In addition, the pricing is the best I have found anywhere. These guys care about their customers first and the bottom line second. If you're looking for a pleasant experience buying a car or truck take the time to go see the Osseo crew!

On a very windy day this past summer my wife opened the door of our 2021 Escape (which we purchased at Osseo Ford), the wind caught the door and blew it open extremely hard. The door hinge broke on the door side. We took it to Osseo Ford to find out the extent of the damage. As it turned out, a new door was required, and it and the surrounding panels needed to be painted to match the rest of the car. The car had slightly over 30,000 miles, but was only two years old and the representative from Osseo Ford said he would contact Ford to see if it could be covered under their 3 year/30,000 mile warranty. He contacted us a few days later and said Ford agreed cover the damage. A short time later they scheduled the repair work. What I expected to be perhaps a several week process, was completed in four days. Plus, they gave us a no-charge "loaner" car to use during that time.I have owned twenty-two Ford vehicles in my life, five used, sixteen new, and one 8-N tractor. I'm getting old, so I don't know how many more new vehicles I might purchase in my life. But if/when I do, I'm pretty sure they will be Fords from Osseo Ford. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I make an appointment a month in advance for my truck, i show up and they decide to order exhaust manifold parts when i get there, so that was great it added some time. Took my vehicle in for 3 issues, shaking steering wheel at highway speed and bad whine/ grinding sound from the serpentine area. I asked for a new serpentine belt to be put in when they check my pulleys and they threw one in. Then I was told all pulleys were just fine but when i start it up i can hear it scream almost every time. Shaking steering wheel issue I told them it started after I got an alignment somewhere and they said they fixed it by balancing the tires but that was a lie and i of course paid for that. My exhaust manifold was going to have a broken mounting stud extracted but they were unable to extract it, which I totally understand it's a hard job. I asked for a new manifold and gasket for the job and after being told they can't fix it I still paid full book price for something that wasn't fixed. So you will pay top dollar for something they can't fix and will not get in contact with you to try to resolve it.

The service department is extremely busy, but regardless, I always get excellent service!! It's no wonder they are busy. They take care of their customers!! I will not take my vehicles to any other dealership.

Great service at Osseo Ford. Thane was the person I worked with, and he was great. Got the oil changed on my 2023 Bronco plus Thane showed me options for snow tire. I especially liked the clean and comfortable waiting area.

If you didn't buy your vehicle there, beware. We purchased our Ford F350 and Ford Edge at dealerships too far to travel to for service so we chose to go to Osseo Ford for maintenance and repairs. The guys at the service counter were always great. But overtime the service started to go down hill. The list of mistakes started adding up. The last we did business with them, they had to replace my turbo. It was out of warranty so I paid them a pretty penny to repair it. When I picked it up the air conditioning was blowing hot air. It was working just fine when I left it with them. They refused to take responsibility for damaging something during the repair and wanted to charge us to fix it. The last conversation ended in the service manager telling us they would be more accommodating if we had purchased the car there. Nice slap in the face after all of the business we gave them over the years. Looking back I should have filed a complaint with Ford. I doubt this is how they would want a dealership to treat a customer. Needless to say we happily took our business elsewhere. We haven't been back, won't ever go back and we make sure to share our story to those who are considering this dealership.

The only dealership I have done business with for decades. Not high pressure, let you think it through and hash out pros and cons of your vehicle wants and needs. Very efficient process with all hands on deck to get your purchase handled as quickly as you are comfortable with. Family atmosphere, everyone is on the same team. Great service after the purchase open to questions or actual maintenance and support.

There's nothing that could have been better with our purchase of the Ford F150 XLT from Osseo Ford Sales & Service in Osseo, WI. (Except maybe delivering it right to our door - and I bet they would have done that if they could!) Impeccable on the sales and the service parts from beginning to end! Overall good team of folks and high quality service and knowledge. They went above and beyond to make our entire experience smooth from managing and coordinating the installation of leather seats that were not an option in the package we picked to communicating clearly and efficiently through the process.

Went in initially to get a quote for new tires and the people at the desk were very informative and friendly throughout my whole visit. Came back to get them installed and my service was just as good as the previous visit. Not to mention they did a great job installing them and did it very efficiently. Will definately return!

If you want a great vehicle buying experience go see Sean at Osseo Ford. Sean was personable and most importantly he was clear and concise throughout the entire process of ordering my new bronco.I really can't say enough good things about the group at Osseo Ford.

We have had great sales and service experiences. We can promptly get appointments to have our vehicles serviced and use the services so that it shows up on Carfax reports and because the service staff are professional, and always describe what they will do and what the cost will be! Our experience with the salespeople has been outstanding! We have bought several vehicles over the past 10-years and plan to continue our relationship with the dealership.

My son and his family were on the way back to VA from MN when they blew a tire on I-94 outside of Osseo WI. They got a tow into town and to Fast Lane at Osseo Ford. Nobody in town had a tire to fit his vehicle. A tire had to be run up from Lacrosse. The staff stayed an hour and a half after closing to mount this tire and get them back on the road. They have 4 dogs and 2 children with them. (One is our brand new grandson who is only 3 weeks old). Hats off to the crew that assisted them and got them back on the road. His mother and I are very grateful to you. Thank you thank thank you.A Navy Dad

Walk-in oil change. I had a 2 hour wait at Walmartin Black River Falls, so drove to Osseo and got right in. Also got a free carwash and used my Ford Points for a free oil change. Perfect!
