Awesome and trustworthy shop that will do the job right! I recently had my car fixed out of state, in Minnesota, and both shops made mistakes that cost me thousands and never fixed my problem. I limped my car back to Osseo from Minnesota. The Loft got me in on Good Friday with very little notice, and they got me all fixed up so I could go home to my family back in the Fox Valley.Thank you, Rog, and thank you to all the great mechanics at the Loft!

We had a very puzzling problem with a 2016 Chevy Equinox and spent $$$ elsewhere trying to lock it down. We were recommended to take it here. Mystery solved!! Roger and technical staff took on our challenge and didn t spare the extra labor to find the problems, but stuck with the original quote. Who else in this business does that!? I recommend this shop 5 out if 5 without hesitation. If you have had high costs for repair from Chevy dealers, go to Roger at The Loft for fair and honest assessment of the problem. His ethics are old school trustworthy! Thank you Roger and Techs

I want to say that you guys were a lifesaver to myself and my family. We were traveling from MN to GA for my nephews funeral. My alternator went out right as we got off the exit for what was suppose to be a gas and rest break. The owner was able to get the parts FAST. They were able to fix my truck and get us back on the road within 1.5 hours. I am so grateful for service centers like yours. You guys were polite, honest, and efficient. I came in with a coolant leak. I was told it's most likely the thermostat, and 300$ later, I was told they were wrong, and that it was ACTUALLY the water pump, which would be $500. Rather than pay up, I replaced the part myself. I triple checked my work, amyet there is still a leak. This company would've taken me for $800 without fixing the issue. I understand you can't always be right, a guess is a guess, etc. But cars weren't invented yesterday, coolant leaks arent new, and professionals shouldn't be wrong over and over again.

Grateful for Roger and his staff for taking such good care of us. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, fixed our vehicle and had us ready to go by noon. Highly recommend!

Driving down the highway the truck started making hissing noises. Pulled into Loft. The staff were helpful, and got us back on the road.Wonderful customer service! Really nice and knowledgeable mechanics. Felt like they cared about our safety.Would highly recommend their services

I can't say enough good things about the folks at The Loft. Car broke down on my travels home. They quickly pinpointed the problem, provided all solution options and got it fixed up in a few hours. The are resourceful, skilled, they care, and they have exceptional integrity. The chosen solution was best for me, not the one that cost the most. Happened to find this place when my car had its underside engine shield rip off while driving to Chicago. The shop was about to close, but the folks there offered to take a quick look anyways. For $20 they patched it up and got me back on the road. For comparison, brand name service centers would have charged me $200 for the same work. Really happy with the service.

Everyone at shop has been amazing! Their help. Their honesty. The respect. The quality work. Everything has been wonderful! I have had 3 major repairs and they fixed and explained and shared all their work they did. I was traveling to Illinois from Minnesota and stopped to get gas at the station nearby the Loft. After filling up, three service codes came up. It was Friday afternoon May and I was 175 miles from home and over 200 miles from my destination. Thankfully, even though they were busy, the Loft took pity on me and checked out my car and figured out the problem (the oil change place I went to the day before failed to reconnect something properly) and they fixed it at a VERY reasonable price, this allowed me to continue on my journey with just a few hour delay. My mother has cancer and I was going home to visit her, so it was an important trip. Thanks so much for taking care of a traveller in need of a last minute car repair! These guys are wonderful. Was driving from Madison to Minneapolis sunday night and my car broke down just outside of Wisconsin dells. I had it towed here and called the next morning. They had already done a preliminary look and were confident they knew what was wrong. They were able to have it fixed by Tuesday. I have never had such fast service as well as someone who was so upfront with everything. Absolutely wonderful. I wish they were closer to me so i could use them as my regular service.

Roger, Shane, Todd and staff are always super friendly. They get you taken care of in a timely manner, and I have never had any problems with the work they have done. They always recommend and use the best parts possible. Very reasonable priced. Always pleased with their service!

Stopped for gas on our way to Hayward for our annual boys fishing trip. Noticed the tires on the boat trailer were shredded! We found The Loft Service and went in around 7:45 am. The owner squeezed us in and we were back on the road in about an hour with two new tires. Owner was fantastic and the mechanic was excellent! I would go back to them anytime.

There are still decent people in the world!!I went to Loft Service Center because I thought I had a problem with leaky brakes, I was on my way to Milwaukee from Eau Claire, they were short handed with people out sick, Roger checked under my hood and pumped the brakes and then told me I d have to wait until an employee was back from lunch to take a closer look. The technician got my car up on the hoist and found that the fluid was not leaking from the brakes but another issue that was not an emergency. Roger showed me what the problem was and never even charged me!!! It was such a relief to know it wasn t an emergency and I was super surprised to have such a great experience with nice people!

Dead car after stopping for gas and miles to go! Tow service jump started my car but warned that alternator may be bad and recommended Loft check it. They were very busy but were exceedingly kind and fit me in their busy schedule. Alternator checked out and I felt safe continuing my trip. Good Samaritans! Thank you!!

Needed my power steering pump replaced. Called Lofts on Monday morning and they had it all taken care of by 4:30pm. They even used some spray degreaser to clean up the engine area. Very happy with their service.

Can t recommend The Loft highly enough for great service. Roger and Todd went above and beyond for us when we had car trouble while driving from Minnesota to Illinois. They were super busy, but squeezed us in and had us back on the road a few hours later: in time for us to make it to my graduation ceremony.

Long story short while staying with my husband at the hospital I needed repairs made on my truck. They not only did a same day repair but they gave me a loaner to be able to go to a Doctor's appointment in Eau Claire. Awesome people!! I have only great things to say about the crew!!!!

I highly recommend the Loft for your automobile needs. They got my car in and fixed it when I called at the last minute everyone there was super nice and friendly. They were very and explained what needed to be done and what my choices were before they worked on it. Very Happy with the service

My son broke down traveling from Il to northern MN. I found Loft online, called and talked to Shane. He was very helpful and, with a busy shop and no appointment, they installed a new wheel bearing, axle and rotor on his truck and had him back on the road in 4 hrs. A great, honest business. Thanks Loft!

I was on my way to MN for vacation when my car started to act up 15 minutes South of Osseo. I pulled into the gas station off the freeway and they suggested the Loft Service Center. I drove over there and all the bays were full with other vehicles. The owner told me it would be about a 45 min wait. I'm not sure how long it did take but when one of the mechanics had a chance he pulled my car up to the bay, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all while working on the car he still had up in the air. They could've charged whatever they wanted and I really had no choice but to pay. When they said 40 I breathed a sigh of relief and got back on the road. Thank God there are still some fair priced honest mechanics still around.

My family and friends have been taking vehicles to The Loft for as long as I can remember. Nothing but great service and fast turnaround time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for basic service, to major repairs. Great family owned company and excellent prices.
