Exceptional service and professionalism. Joseph and his band of merry men did an outstanding job fixing and replacing my APU compressor. They kept my truck plugged in on shore power over the weekend, keeping my food from spoiling. Overall, highly recommended for any truck repair needs!

Joseph is the absolute best! My truck happened to randomly breakdown in Osseo, WI. Joseph helped us out in a time of crisis and had us back rolling in a day and a half, including waiting on parts that he had to order. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Meeting him was a blessing

This place is a rip off they have charge me $600 for a brake chamber not a road service I have come to the shop one of my brakes locked. I have released my brakes to get to the shop to save money but they overcharge me for $600 one break chamber it shouldn t been more then $250 to 300 but $600 over the board think before you get to slaughter and suck your blood out. And drain your pocket.

This shop is a rip off. Had service done last week got 200 miles down the road oil filter started leaking. They put wrong filter on it. Charged me for fuel filter and was never replaced. The owner is a prick with an attitude. Will be seeing him in court soon. Your crazy if you bring your trk here.

280$ just for the labor to replace a tire.Tire we provided162/h labor costs, and won't ask you if your bill will go higher, just after the job, surprise-you have to pay.

Completely screwed up people.Not did what I said to do.Wasted my 11 hrs hour and I ended up with no solutions.Still had to pay 1100+ bucks for no solution.Find something else nearby.

Very very very poor !!!These individuals lack proper skills, overcharge for their services, and fail to resolve issues. They resemble fraudulent individuals, and it would be more suitable for them to engage in robbery rather than operating a workshop.

I'm 50 feet from the building, dead battery in truck, I went to the shop explained what was going on and was told they are "booked" for the day, can't even get a jump start, waiting on another shop to come get me started. I won't be calling here ever again.

I limped my truck off the highway and checked in with Chris. He said they were booked pretty solid until the next afternoon. He was nice enough though to take a few minutes to give my truck a quick look. He found the problem was a quick fix and even had the part in stock so I could get back on the road. Thanks!

These guys are awesome! Joseph got my truck back up and timing and he went out of his way to find the part my truck needed. Forever greatful for this great shop. Highly recommend

The gentleman who worked there were extremely knowledgeable, honest and did everything possible to help me get my big rig back up and running asap.I was broke down a week on a major holiday weekend.They never got mad once at my delima not understanding what they would repeatedly explain until I did understand about my rig.I actually wish this place wasn't so far away from home.

Don't park in the wrong spot near the bay doors. Mechanics will come out cussing you out, without an attempt to treat you like a decent human being and speak to you nicely. Within seconds of parking in the wrong spot, we were being verbally, and physically threatened, with the mechanic trying to get my driver out of the truck to fight.We had planned on replacing a steer tire here. Now we'll never bring business to this mechanic shop.I understand people have bad days, and I'm sure they deal with bad parking jobs often (mind you we were lined up with other oversized long loads... So we weren't the only ones), but you don't need to come out screaming at female pilot drivers, puffing your chest in a threatening way... Then trying to fight the driver defending the pilot. we would have apologized profusely for the rookie mistake and moved in a heart beat.Instead we move and you get a review from someone that NEVER writes reviews.... Good or bad

They wrongly diagnosed my truck . It costed me 2 day sitting at the shop. My initial problem was losing power at 55/hr and red engine was blinking at dash board on low gear and down hills on and off . they hooked low grade computer which pointed the problem to speed sensor and installed new part in nothing changed, problem existed so they went to next guess fuel foot pedal , no improvement and then they said problem is the ECM . so they told me you need a new ECM . They wanted to order ECM part in but I said NO enough is enough because basically what they are doing was guess work and they also upgraded my computer software and caused another active codes in. This guys costed me $1706 for nothing . I was very lucky that I moved my truck to another shop and the problem was very simple a broken pipe at end of engine btw EGR manifold . the technician went around the tractor and spotted the problem in less than an hour . I don t recommend this guys to anyone . If you heard a road robbery they are. I was regretted big time to trust them.( Attached pic of problem.)

My check engine light came on on my 2015 Freightliner while on I70 in Wisconsin and this was the closest place to my location. I stopped to get a diagnostic. They got me in immediately. It was close to closing time so they couldn't get any work done until the next day. They were open on time and got me right in that next morning. Within an hour they told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me an accurate estimate on cost of repair. It was my knox sensor (outer). I had them both replaced and they had me up and running by 3pm. It's been a week since the repairs were done and my truck is running great!! I appreciate the transparency and good work!!! I'm always hesitant about getting repair work done while over the road, but this was a good experience and I would definitely go back to JL if in the area and in need of repairs. It never felt like I was being swindled and that's a BIG PLUS!!! Thanks JL....great work!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

J&L rebuilt the engine on my Columbia when I broke down in the area in 2016. The rebuild was high quality, done at a fair price and never gave me any problems. We lost the truck in a battery fire last year but the engine was running strong 4 years after J&L rebuilt it. We are rarely up in this area but will use them again when we are. Wish there was a shop like J&L closer to home!

My truck got towed into this shop (Osseo Wi) for low oil pressure issue. It took them four (4) days throwing labor hours/ parts at it and still not solve the issue while charging $150/hr! We lost trust in their experience and towed our truck away but not before parting with $4300. They billed us over $2200 labor in just one day ( obviously not enough hours in a day or in their operation hours for this!) -Highway robbery by definition!! Tried to see if they can wave some of their miscellaneous charges - Nope! .. That s is what we charge ! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. VERY EXPENSIVE UNLESS YOU WANNA GET HUNG UP LIKE WE DID.

These guys are not only great at their craft, they're also very friendly and accommodating, stopped in with a minor air leak, and these guys did not hesitate to come out and repaired it for me even tho it was almost closing time. Will be always grateful for their generosity.

$599.80 to drain a fuel tank with its own fuel pump took three hours and my filter. On a pickup truck If you areBroke down and being towed go somewhere else

We had a leak on the trailer, they charged us 4 hours for the leak detection total 450$ usd and said parts are not available, absolutely rip off!! Do not go there

Stopped in to grab some goodies, asked to have the new trailer lug nuts torqued. Bob Tyman came right out and torqued them. Awesome service! Thank you, Thank you!
