My husband left me with nothing and I had to move to a different state. I had to get my brakes/rotors fixed before driving so far, and brought it here. Paid around $700. Something was off so I brought it back in and they assured me it was fixed, but it never felt like new brakes . I moved within a few weeks. Now less than a year later I m out of a job because my brakes went bad. Yes the same ones. I have all of the paper work. I had to pay $800 to get the same problem fixed less than 1 YEAR LATER and my job wouldn t wait for me to save the money to fix my car. When I called C&D Automotive to ask for a refund, they told me to take the parts back to the auto store in my local town to get a refund! I didn t keep the bad parts from the new repair shop of course. It was an emergent situation, the brakes were so bad. So now I m unemployed and out $1500 thanks to this place. Shed many tears and they were cold and with no reasonable solution. I d RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A BUSINESS THAT CARES ABOUT PEOPLE!

We were driving and our tire light came on. We drove into osseo and found C&D. They were able to fix it right away. Very kind, understanding and professional. It was awesome to be able to get back on our way quickly. Thank you for the great service!

2020-Repeat customer, outstanding value and service. Special thanks to tech Jenna for noting the issues with my (now fixed) sway bar links and worn rotors. Our old Ford runs like it rolled off the factory line.2019-Fantastic service, fair pricing. Like others have said, if you're looking for good old honest, quality workmanship; you'll find it here.

I was passing near Osseo on a longer-trip when my check engine light started flashing. I stopped at C&D Auto Services in a mild panic, and they took care of me right away. They prioritized my car since I was traveling, diagnosed the problem quickly, and ordered/replaced the part in less than 2 hours.What could have been a horrible experience (negative temperatures outside, missed holiday celebrations) turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Stellar customer service, calm assessment of my problem, and a timely turn around. I would highly recommend to anyone with automotive issues!

If you're looking for quality work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go. I've had really great service at C&D, and keep going back whenever my vehicle needs maintenance or service. Curt and his staff definitely do a great job, and the prices are great. Highly recommended!

My truck after refueling decided it was time for a new starter so my husband called c&d auto repair in Osseo. What a geat bunch of people. Clark and Austin the mechanics were on the spot to tow, diagnose, and repair. 1.5 hrs and we were on our way home again. Excellent work, reasonable prices, friendly office manager Kathy, all of them made it a much better day for us. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Great customer service! Kind and approachable. Affordable. I was an hour and a half away from home with an overheating car. I pulled in and they stopped what they were doing to help me find the problem and fix my car. They explained why my car was overheating in a way that was very understandable. I highly recommend!

Had a problem with loose exhaust pipe while driving from Massachusetts, visiting relatives in Fairchild. They recommended C&D, made an appointment. While driving there, also noticed headlight out. C&D fixed the loose exhaust pipe and the headlight. Charged me only for bulb replacement (about half of what my local dealership would have) and didn't even charge for labor time. Very satisfied

My car broke down traveling from ND to IL on a Sunday night, and this was the closest mechanic to me. I had to stay the night at a hotel Sunday in Osseo. I called them Monday morning, which tends to be the busiest days for shops. They had a pretty busy schedule. I told them I was from out of town and would like a time frame to determine if I had to stay another night. Without me even asking, they pushed my priority up just to get it done that day to get me home Monday night! They had a tricky situation with my case, and they handled it very well. Very reasonable prices, very knowledgeable, and very professional but friendly.

My Daughter had a weird noise in her car and came off the freeway to get it checked out. C & D took the time to look at it within minutes of her arrival.Turned out to be a very minor thing and they sent her on her way, relieved that she was Ok to keep driving the car to Milwaukee.Thanks to Kathy and the staff there. We really appreciate the help!!

Place is awesome! On Easter weekend we broke down while camping in the area and they were the only ones that would fix my truck. Got me right in and was inexpensive to fix. A huge thank you!

Charged over $100.00 in labor for a $20 repair. Let me and my family waiting for our vehicle repair while the mechanic went on his lunch break.Avoid this auto repair shop.
