I have gone to West Side Tire for a few years now. They have always been great about having your vehicle done fast. I have dropped my vehicle off and utilized their after hours key drop box three times now and they have always worked on my car right away the following day and it has typically been ready for pick up that same day as long as they had the parts. They communicate well with their customers. I definitely recommend West Side Tire and Auto

With very little notice, the crew took care of my aged vehicle with care and consideration. Multiple phone calls were to update me and very much appreciated. I was able to get my vehicle back within 36 hours. So very thankful of everyone at West Side!

They were very professional and friendly. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up after work. They explained the tire warranty and made sure I understood how to reach out if I had any problems, questions, or concerns.

Great experience! Called in the morning about engine overheating, they got it in same day and even arranged the towing from my house to them. After an hour they called letting me know the issue and had it fixed and ready to go by the end of the day. Very happy with the whole thing and plan on going back for any issues as well as regular maintenance. BTW the issue was a bad thermostat.

Westside always does their best to help their customers. They have helped me multiple times when my car has broken down. They will try to help you as soon as possible, sometimes even the same day. They go above and beyond to fit you in where they can and as soon as they can. They have great service and do great work on your vehicles. You can not ask for friendlier or more helpful staff.

The service and repair was great the price was very good. However, the service adviser that helped me get checked out said I would need a new air filter next oil change. Which was untrue because the air filter is only a few months old. Upon telling him this he tried to say it must have been from a previous visit. But I am a new customer so there was no previous visit. He then said that the tech did not note that the air filter needed to be changed next oil change. So there for he lied to me. I was not thrilled. It would have been a 5 star review and I would have returned for future service. But I don't think I will be returning or telling others to come in for service.

Took my 2011 Chevy Malibu there to have a loud exhaust check. They didn't tell me that they charged for estimates until after they performed the check. They quoted over $1600.00 for the repairs it needed. They said that the manifold was cracked and needed to be replaced, that I also needed a catalytic converter, a resonator and possibly a flex pipe that was not even included in the quote, that would be extra. Found out yesterday from another business that it only needed the manifold and that everything else was fine. I'm upset with this business, that they would try to cheat a working family out of a considerable amount of money. The manifold by the way, only cost a $104.00 and it came with all the necessary gaskets. Shame on you Westside. You not only lost a potential customer but I will be sure to let everyone that will listen, how shady your business is.

A first-rate operation, super easy to deal with. Trustworthy and honest as the day is long, and always pleasant. They fix exactly what needs fixing, no surprises, and they get it right the first time. Prices seem pretty fair, too. Recommend unreservedly!

West Side Tire & Auto was recommended to me by the people I work with, and I am so grateful! They have always been able to get me appointments when I needed them, and have fair pricing. They even check your tires for free if your low pressure light comes on. I will definitely be a customer for however long I live in the area!

Brought my Volkswagen in for an oil change and inspection to see what further work it could use. Paid $90 and was done in a timely manner! Made a second appointment the following week for transmission, filters, and spark plugs. 1st issue came with poor communication on appointment time. Miscommunication happened at the counter and over text regarding the day of my appointment, but I was given a free loaner to drive because of this so that was appreciated. 2nd issue came with them not even having the tools to do my transmission, which it s unfortunate they didn t realize this during the inspection. I could have easily saved myself $300 by doing the filters and plugs at home but figured I d have them do it while the transmission was being taken care of. I ll be taking my car to a different service shop in the future.Updated: I waited a full week after the shop s response to this review and never received a follow up phone call.

Trust restored!! Was taken advantage of by another garage and my brother in law told me to get over to Westside. I did and I am truly thankful for the care and service they have provided. I rely on my vehicle greatly as a traveling employee and they proved to me they understand my demand for safety. I will always return knowing my needs are met. Professional and supportive front end with Gunnar and Dion.

Called to have them look at patching a tire with a nail in it, they were able to squeeze me in between appointments on short notice (same day).I dropped off the car, an hour later they called and were already done. Ended up with 2 patches (there was also a bolt in the tire that I didnt see).Great price, great service, great job!

I bought replacement tires for my truck. They were fairly priced and the service was good. They helped me find the correct tire and gave me choices as to which I wanted. I have always had a good experience at West Side tire.

Took my car in for an oil change. I had a 10:00 appointment. I saw them take my car into the shop at that time. They have a very comfortable waiting area. Watched tv for about 40 minutes until they called my name to pay my bill and discussed the charges with me. Always pleased with their service. Thank you west side tire and auto.
