I got my m1100 today in store and this scooter is not only fast despite not even being there fastest option, The m1100 looks great, The battery life is insane and it s very fast. And even with all this is by far the smoothest scooter I have ever ridden. Having a in store experience is the best thing when it comes to electric scooter! Defiantly going to be a returning customer!

I only have positive things to say about Tony and Komoto. I had a scooter question and Tony took the time to help me with it. He is very knowledgeable and polite - I will definitely return to Komoto in the future for my scooter needs. Thanks Tony!

Best e-scooter mechanic around. Super friendly and always full of information. Their scooters have been evolving greatly and keeping up with competition. The prices are quite competitive and the fact that you can swap batteries on the go on their devices had me sold. Just saving up for the big ones now. Go check em out!!!

Criminally underrated. Down-to-earth staff who know customers value honest service and communication.If you're going to buy a scooter, get it from Komoto's. Nobody else in 20+ miles offers tire swap service, so I brought my GoTraxx GXL in to get my flat tube tire swapped to a solid rubber tire. After boiling water, several tools and all my elbow grease failed me, I was delighted to find I could have an expert handle the matter.This is where I'm going for any future scooter expenses, I know I'll get quality and reliability here.

Komoto scooters is awesome! I brought another brand scooter to them and in less than 24 hours it was back on the road. they have this scooter "D2400" it's wicked fast and way to much fun! My next scooter will come from Komoto no doubt about it. Great customer service awesome knowledgeable people great company!

Probably one of the best investments I ve made. I got two of them, one smaller for my little brother and M1100 for me. It makes playing Pok�mon Go 1000x more fun and easier to play. I saved so much money on gas last summer because I take this bad boy to work and I m gonna save a lot more money this summer too for the same reason.

Amazing customer service! They fixed my Apollo Ghost scooter after I crashed and I got it back better than when I originally bought it! I also bought a scooter from them and they are always so helpful and ready to help. Anytime I need parts for my scooters or anything fixed they have helped me and Made sure every thing was good before returning my scooters! Overall If you need a scooter or need your scooter fixed this is the place to go!

Tony and Dale are great guys! Our Komoto works wonderfully and we have no regrets with our purchase. They even helped me out with a new brake pad for my other scooter that was giving me issues. Check out KOMOTO and see for yourself the difference an electric glide can bring to your life.

Sales rep wasn't very friendly and had a bad attitude over the phone! The man had called back with a very nasty attitude and would not let me speak so I had hung up! Update to owners response, the man had stated that I am cancerous and bad for his business! Take ownership for your bad attitude and treat customers with a little more respect. The man had threatened to call the cops for "harrasing" him. Because you're having a bad day hang it up at the door when you walk into your work environment. And this review has absolutely nothing to do with the products you stock but your attitude and tone of voice

Fantastic customer service and knowledge base of my non-Komoto scooter. I highly recommend Komoto Electric Scooters for both scooters and merchandise. If I could do it all over again, I would have bought a pair of M1100s, the best scooter on the market!

One if the best scooters I've had by far, the guys that run the shop are extremely helpful and actualy know what they are doing. I highly recommend them I'd your looking for fun ways to get you and your family around. An amazing 10/10

Brought in my daughter Hiboy electric scooter after it stopped accelerating. Anthony looked at it and had it working again within mins of bringing it in...he even tightened all the bolts and made it safe again. Wonderful customer service and very friendly. Great experience. Will be a return customer.

Everyone with a scooter or even if you have questions about them come check this place out. Very good customer service, I brought my scooter in with a few brake issues and it was no problem to fix it, thanks Tony and Dale two very cool guys. Komoto is my Motto!

Excellent and friendly customer experience. They take the time to answer all of your questions, explain things in as much detail as you like, and have a great product.If necessary, they also provide local service instead of needing to ship items.
