I bought a car off of Facebook a day ago and got it home and the very next day it started to make noise. They were able to get me in within a few hours and checked over my new car. He was very kind and upfront about it. Definitely eased my mind knowing I was being helped by a guy like that. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and quick to order my parts and set a date for me to pick it up. Really great service!

I was looking for a new auto shop after the last one I went to was bought out and service went downward. They seem really honest and genuine here! They helped me with an oil change and looked at my rear breaks. It was really nice finding an honest shop that doesn t sell services that you don t need. 100/10 recommend.Also really clean and amazing inside. Love the remodel!

Adam is very patient with all my repeated questions. He will explain whatever it is that I'm concerned about. He is a hands down good business owner and mechanic. I tell everyone I know about him. Keep doing a good job Adam.

My first experience with this service center was awesome and earned my trust. Referred to this Service Center by a Corvette owner and former Corvette repair shop owner. I'm a Corvette owner, this service center corrected my problem, performed some inspections and suggested fluid changes that need attention. I'll have this service center perform the maintenance. Great business model, clean shop, and guest waiting area. Very caring, knowledgeable and capable auto technicians and service manager. Everyone associated with this business is very professional.

Was looking for a place that wouldn t over charge for a knock sensor and this is the only place that did it under a 1000 and great Customer Service they provide

They saved the day! I was stranded on 41 with smoke coming from my car and had to be towed. I called 5 businesses and they were all booked out for over a week. I called Jacobson s and he was so nice and let me have my car towed there to be fixed without letting me know how busy they really were. They squeezed me in and fixed my car in 24 hr. I desperately needed my car in the next weeks since my sister was here from Florida and needed it to take her back to the airport. Could not rent a car because they were all booked because of EAA. I m 75 and so great to finally find a place I can trust and they had no idea how much they helped my situation! Will now go there for oil changes! Thank you so much!! My car battery was about to die. I'm a single senior citizen and I was stressed on where to go. I came in and was greeted with a smile and a helping hand. Adam stopped what he was doing and totally helped me on the spot. Now where can you get service like that????? So grateful. I have trust issues when going to repair shops. But not this place. I have been going here for years now and they are very nice, knowledgeable, and can see me in a timely manner the day of or the next day usually when I have car issues. They always explain or show me the problem and fix the problem. Thank you always for your help!

Our auto mechanic that we have trusted for years, retired and sold his business. We tried Jacobson's and have been so happy with their service, that we have my dad taking his car there too. They are very honest and dependable. I highly recommend them.

I had my car there for the 1st time after not getting the problem resolved elsewhere. Adam knew what the issue was right away and had my breaks fixed quickly so I could get to work on time!

Adam and the guys are a breath of fresh air in a day when all other service centers seem to be going for the money grab. I've only been to them twice in the past two years but I am switching all of my vehicles services to Jacobson Auto Service immediately! Good honest people when again, it seems so hard to come by in this day in age in this industry. I cannot say enough good things about the few times I've been there from the price of service to the fact they are willing to try and help you save money on non essential services or parts instead of just pushing the sale.

My husband and I just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Jacobson Auto and are very pleased with both vehicles and the customer service. They answered all of our questions and took time with us and we didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We had a few questions after the purchase and they were answered right away. We would highly recommend checking them out for your next auto purchase.

I went for an oil change. Adam was super helpful and told me new tires were in my future. He also told me my breaks and everything else looked good. This helps with planning and budgeting for later on. I would definitely recommend Jacobson Auto Service.

The best maintenance/repair shop I've experienced! Ryan goes above and beyond to work with your flexibility from start to finish, he's always busy it seems but his customer service remains excellent regardless. The technician(s) have great attitudes and genuinely care about putting forth quality service. I'm so glad I chose Jacobson!

They were awesome when I bought my car back in June; not pushy at all and very friendly. I had to take my car in today because of a grinding sound which ended up being my rear brakes. They ended up repairing them for free since I had bought my car so recently from them (even though it was technically past the warranty). I've never had somebody do that and I will definitely be going back to them in the future. They treat you like family and aren't like other places that just try and rip you off.

I came in for an oil change off of a recommendation from a classmate. I'm glad I took my car here. First off it only took then about 50 minutes to do the job. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and the price was great ($42.11 for an all synthetic oil change). The only complaint I have is that they spelt my name wrong on the invoice. I will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend their services.

These people are incredible. Super-honest, moral, ethical, and great cars at a fair price, that they really stand behind AFTER the sale. I ve never experienced a used car dealership anywhere like this before!

The staff at Jacobson was very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in with an idea of what I was looking for and they helped me to decide between two different auto makers, without applying any pressure. It was a very easy comfortable exchange. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, ethical dealership that has their customer's best interest in mind.

Jacobson is the finest Automotive business in the Area. The sales department is amazing they will contact the banks and financial institutions and find you the best deals are amazing ....The staff is friendly and always polite...The service team is excellent and Lance is a top mechanic..Jacobson is honest with their service prices and they will tell you the Truth.Nick is friendly and helpful...when you come in they make you feel like family. I will be a Lifetime customer...The best part is they are a Christian Based Company and the Scriptures they put on their marquee are always heart warming...I give them a 5+ star rating.Kathleen McDonald

One of the easiest vehicle shopping experiences. The entire staff is there for you and making it easy for you to find a vehicle. My latest purchase happened by asking for Jacobson to look for a certain vehicle. With none on the lot, they went to auction and found several to choose from. Jacobson will go out of their way to listen to what you want. The quality and fair prices of their vehicles is second to none, No pressure, straight forward, and honest. Thank you,
