I bought a tire from tire plus yesterday. It went flat within several hours. I called to get it fixed as I drive my car a lot and had plans with my son. I brought it to tires plus and though the agent tried to fit me in couldn t. I brought it here and they not only figured out the issue, they resolved it, they were friendly, and genuine. I ll be buying my tires from here going forward. Thanks JASON, JON, and Danielle.P.s. the popcorn was awesome Katherine

CONSUMERS BEWARE! ! They Charged me more than a thousand dollars to replace the control arms on my truck to do an alignment (which I later found to be a upselling scam). After I picked up the truck , I noticed that the alignment was worst than before. Brought the car to a reputable auto shop in town who let me about the real issue. Service manager is rude and not fit for the position.Service: Wheel alignment

Called week prior asking if they changed tires for utvs and if I could bring the entire utv in for them to take tires off and put new ones on. Guy on the phone tells me yes they can do that and to bring it in Monday. Got to fleet and they tell me they only do it if u take tires off first. I tell the manager to make sure to tell your guys who answer the phones that you only do it if you take tires off. He tells me I m lying and they never told me to bring utv in? Telling the customer they are lying isn t a good look

Tried to get an oil change done here. I scheduled the appointment more than a week out for 8 in the morning. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I went in, checked in, signed the slip, the phone number was wrong so I put mine down, and I went to the store to wait for the oil change. After an hour had gone by I went back to see what was up.When I was walking back over my car was still in the same exact spot. A worker was outside looking at a van that was now there next to my car. When I went into the auto center the same person who checked me in came out. I asked what was the situation with my car. At first he didn't know what car I had, and then had my name wrong. I found out that they had printed out the wrong slip, and that they had not even started on my car.This didn't really make sense since even if they printed the wrong slip (name) whose car had they been working on? I do not think they had been working on anyones cars since no one else had been there when I arrived for my appointment. He did offer to start on it right away but I said no.Personally I think if they are going to allow appointments that they need to work on the car that had the appointment at that time (especially when it's obvious there are no other cars or people waiting). Very unprofessional. Complete waste of an hour. Other times I have used them they have also been exceedingly slow for a simple oil change. I will not be using them again.

Never had an issue with the work but the Employees are not very professional. This is based on multiple visits not just one time. They have the attitude that "the customer is always wrong." I have heard multiple conversations between employees and to customers including myself that should have been not said out loud and guarantee wouldn't have been said if the boss was around. I had a better experience talking to the technician than the front line employees.

We have purchase at least 5 new sets of tires from Fleet and have always had fantastic service! Keep up the great work.

Who doesn't love Fleet Farm?? Had to get 2 tires replaced over the weekend the Fox Valley/Winnebago Co. area had that big snowstorm. I got my tires & car back before noon Saturday the next day, & got great service from the staff there. I had to go Back bc my tire warning light stuck on, they took care of it though. & You can get footwarmers at Fleet Farm, those are a life saver!!

Went to get a battery the young man was very helpfull and know what I needed. The price for the battery was over $10. Less then one of the auto stores

Went in for a routine oil change & ended up having the drain plug stripped, allowing all the oil to leak out. If we wouldn't have caught it,It could have lead to some pretty bad situations. Including extreme engine wear, engine stalling, grinding or engine will failure.And I had to take it to another shop to be repaid because Fleet Farm doesn't have the capability to fix those problems.Fleet Farm did pay to have the drain plug repaired.

I purchased 2 tires today. The technician was fast and, promt. Courteousness is always a given at Fleet Farm.

Lowe's shepherd's hook for hanging plants nice one come with the feeders 20 bucks real reasonable only one left if you want it

Had a valve stem replaced. Checked the pressure and it was only 15 psi had to pump it up. Good help is hard to find

HIGHLY OVERPRICED AUTO WORK & THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT U NEED REPAIRS THAT U DONT REALLY NEED. MAYBE ONLY GOOD FOR TIRES ON SALE BUT NOT TRUSTWOTHY ON MECHANICAL ESTIMATES.
