I put an aftermarket exhaust on my ninja 650 and needed a tune and quick acceleration kit. I called and was greeted respectfully and all my questions were answered right away. I told them what I wanted and I had an estimate emailed to me within an hour. I couldn t make it the day of my appointment due to work and they said no problem I could drop it off in the morning. Dropped it off Friday and got the call Monday morning saying it was done. Everything was so easy and I have a whole new bike. The work was impeccable and I love my new tune. I will be back with every bike I purchase. Worth every penny! Get Fast!

I just had my bike there for a power commander install and dynoed!& although I didn't get to meet both owners (Jason briefly when I dropped my motorcycle off & Jessica over the phone) they both were extremely polite, courteous, and professional. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and they definitely shared their enthusiasm for working on my motorcycle!Would recommend them and their company to anyone looking to have work done on their motorcycles. Definitely will go back for any future work needed.

Oshkosh area locally owned and operated. If you want to get your motorcycle to a place that you can expect, operate and trust on the road, Jason and Jessica can help you get there. You want to meet these people. Since they are a professional race team, timing (seasonal) is everything.I approached their business looking for tires. They knew what to do and made me a happy camper. It was straight forward, informational and prompt. I had done some research prior to contacting them. With my older cruiser-type bike I felt out-of-place initially. When you walk in the place is obviously a performance shop.Upon pick-up several road-race bikes and a big V-twin bagger were shifted around to clear a path. They do work on most all styles. The work done was excellent. My forks needed servicing = great job. Feels and looks great, nice response. I look forward to using the 750 v-twin, shaft-drive small cruiser for more miles this approaching season. I just can t say too much about how i respect this shop. They love bikes & motor performance and how to get you to a happy place with yours.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Thanks for helping me with my bind today and getting my wheel bearings changed. Even if it was on a Harley now! . My R6 days are long gone. When I first called Jessica was very friendly and gave me all the details as I was looking to install exhaust, ecu flashed and dyno tuned. I did my research and heard great things about this shop. For my 2021 mt 09 sp k&n hadn't come out with an air filter yet and Jessica followed up with me right away when one was found.Now when I picked up the bike Jason was very friendly and went over all the details. You can tell this is his passion. After riding the bike it feels amazing, power is smooth through mid range and top end. I rode it from Oshkosh to Plover and it felt like a whole better bike.Thanks Jason and Jessica! Would highly recommend.

Less than 20 minutes to change my tire. Cheaper than anybody else in town by $40 at least! Absolutely amazing service extremely professional extremely knowledgeable! 10 out of five stars. Will recommend to anyone.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took my Gold Wing 1200 into them they change the tire and put it on the price of the tire wasn't bad the labor was very expensive now I was not there for the two and a half hours it took them to replace it however the tire was changed and it was done correctly and I am very satisfied with what I paid even though it was very expensive it was $677 for the labor so make sure if you go in you you double check to see what the labor cost is to however I cannot say anything bad it was done correctly and that is the most important thank you I stand corrected Jessica got back with me and informed me that there were three people working on the machine there was a lot wrong with it and they did do a very beautiful nice job I am very happy now I understand there were three people for two and a half hours working on the tire it was quite a job and they did it when nobody else would so thank you very much the Farrell performance I stand corrected thank you again have a great day

Friend took his bike here 4 months ago. Due to lack of proper work ethic, this shop failed to complete a simple clutch replacement and gasket in a timely manner. Not only did the shop failed to respond to many phone calls but cost my friend the entirety of riding season. So I recommend any future customers to take their bikes elsewhere unless you don't want to ride at all.

These guys are truly amazing. They are very customer oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. They really take the time to explain systems and the whys . Jason was genuinely committed to solving my motorbikes issue and taking care of me as a customer. I am thankful for his easy-going personality and willingness to stand by his word; it was a fairly extensive process to diagnose and solve, but Jason took care of me every step of the way. A terrific shop and a terrific guy. I will be back for future needs be they parts, service, or opinions. My machine and I thank you Jason!

The owner Jason is a conman-seriously. All the negative reviews speak for themselves so I don t need to add on. Just go ask the local racers who he has screwed at Road America or Blackhawk farms-you ll get a pretty clear picture of this place and the conman owner. Pretty much he funds his racing with the proceeds of people who don t know any better or are new to the sport. I used Jason Farrell for one year to get race bikes ready and never again-my suggestion is to ask the people at Trackside Suspension and Engineering who they recommend and you will be much happier and wealthier that way.

I have a very bad experience here, I took my bike to get a new gasket and have a new clutch put on. Jason quoted me and said it would take 2 weeks to get done because he needed to order the parts which is completely understandable. 4 weeks later I didn't hear a thing from him so I called he said the parts didnt come in yet. Then told me he would have it done the following Friday. 2 months later of calling and getting no answer I went to the shop to find out what was going on, still not done. Long story short I wasted 3 months and 1 week waiting on him to fix my bike and never got done. I picked it up and took it to a guy in omro. I will never go back here and advise everyone to take their bikes somewhere else.

Always ready for my questions and able to get me in in a timely fashion and back on the road! They do quality work and I would bring my bikes there for anything and recommend them to anyone! Keep up the good work!

terrible service. not only did the owner Jason cuss me out on the phone after i questioned what the deal was - 3 months after having our bike with ZERO progress - he said since he hadn't fixed it in that time "because the guy working on it isn't an expert at carbs" - that he wouldn't charge us the labor. then go to pick it up, the bike is IN PIECES and he still charges us an additional $300+. what a joke. worst person i've ever done business with and i don't complain about much!!

Jason is a best guy in the country with a Kawasaki. Turns out he can work on anything though. If you want the best, this is where you go. period. It is worth the trip up from Chicago for me. Five stars. Highly recommend doing business with Jason, Marr, and their team.

"TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF" So I come in today because a bolt came from my break caliber while out riding. Now I understand I was in a pinch n needed the bolt to ride home safely. I took 5 min of the gentleman's time and a bolt. I had to pay $20 for a bolt that wasnt even the proper bolt n bike didnt even have to be brought inside. I was going to bring my bike in for a couple fixes in the future after talking with the gentleman but after being charged that I definitely will not be back.

The one stop shop to make a huge difference in your motorcycles performance. Locally owned and owner operated. Truly one of the fastest road coarse racers in the World works on the bikes! Tires, chains, gas, parts, engine work or something else to make your bike go faster, always can be found at Farrell Performance.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. They dropped everything despite being in mid-preparation for a race on a late Friday afternoon, and fixed my punctured scooter tire. Five stars!

There was a mix up in the over the phone quote. They stuck by their word and charged me what they quoted. Awesome experience and really appreciated!!!! Hard to find honest people these days. I'll be back for future work, thanks!

If you want to have no bike to ride take it there. We drove r bike there. Brought home in a BOX. after they had it for 2-3 years. They messed up the whole bike. Now sitting in back yard unable to ride. They don t even deserve a negative star

If you want to get fast you need a Jason build if you want proper you need some Farrel in your machine (and maybe some miracle grow in your underwear)
