Had some excellent service here today on my Jeep. After getting a quote at a Jeep dealership that seemed a little high, these guys were able to complete twice the work for half the cost. (Jeep dealer quoted 2 rotors and associated pads, Expert did all 4 rotors and associated pads with replacements that were a step above OEM).They also pointed out some additional concerns and offered a Good Better Premium pricing for 3 sets of replacement tires.10/10 would recommend.Plus, where else are you going to see these 2 just hanging out?!

When I scheduled for my car to get picked up, they were super sweet understanding very helpful. And then the two young gentlemen that came and got the car we re also very very polite kind :-) they did great

Very courteous and polite when driver arrived. Everything was all set up by USAA to where my vehicle was to go, and the tow went without a single problem. Easiest tow and drop-off I've ever had. Excellent service and communication between myself, USAA and tow company...THANK YOU, to you both!

Awesome experience other than my radiator blowing lol Driver was great, arrived in a timely manner and was super nice! Dropped off right where I had wanted it and went on with his night. I appreciate Mr. Ward for his time that night and for the assistance he provided to my already rough night.

Jamie at Expert Towing truly saved the day (and our young children's lives!) when he came to the rescue when I locked my keys in our vehicle. It was late this past summer and a very hot day, when the unthinkable happened. Expert Towing came within minutes of me making the call. I am so thankful to Jamie who remained calm, professional, and VERY quickly got my door opened so I could get our kids out of the hot vehicle. Thank goodness everyone was safe, but I learned a hard lesson that day to always have my spare on me, because those situations can happen so fast. Thank you- I am forever thankful to Jamie and Expert Towing!!! Thank you for your kindness. I'll never forget it and I'll continue to recommend Expert towing to anyone I know.Service: Car lockouts

The towing guy, Albert, charged and checked my battery, and alternator, when my car-battery was dead, and my car was in my garage ..He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! He went above and beyond to serve me!A few Days later, when a friend couldn t charge my dead battery, in the garage, I again called Expert Towing, and the same guy, Albert, came. He couldn t charge it this time, so he towed it to Badger State Tires in Berlin, WI (where I had a new battery installed (they did good work, too!), and did a great (and quick!) job again for me!! The driver went above and beyond to help our 16 year old who was out of town and got a flat tire. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!
