I have never been treated with more disrespect than I received from Mike the manager at the body shop. I was also told that they weren t going to touch my rear end (from an accident) until my brakes were fixed. I will never take my vehicle to this location again. Every person that I encountered there was nothing but rude to me.

Mike did take pictures even though it was close to closing and sent the paperwork the next day. Super helpful and kind.

Body shop repaied rear body and bumper damage. Entire experience was excellent. Everyone I worked with were friendly, personable and professional. Shop was neat and well organized. Car looks great. Only great things to say about doing business here.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Wasn't thrilled when I came in to ask a few questions and they weren't busy and people were sitting around on their phone and it seemed to be like I was bothering them.

I brought my car in to get repaired and these guys did an amazing job. Communication was always clear and messages always retuned despite them being so busy. After picking up my car I realized they had practically detailed the entire inside! AMAZING. I feel REALLY bad for whoever did that because I m sure they found everything from French fries to goldfish. I ll go back again and would highly recommend this crew.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here to get some damage repaired and they did an excellent job. You can t even tell someone hit my car. They kept me updated on everything during the process and it was done in a timely matter. It was my first time ever filing a claim through insurance and they took care of getting the information to my insurance company so it was a painless process for me. I always go to Bergstrom for services for my car and I will continue to. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job fixing my tundra. Wish I didn't have to go there because it was in for repair. But they did an excellent job keeping me up-to-date on where the progress of the repair was at. Nice people with very good communication if I'm ever in the need for body work again I would take my vehicle there they are also a Premier repair place for progressive insurance.

Truck was in a accident, took over a month amf a half for then to forward the estimate to my insurance. Then never had the rear bumper on estimate, called and mentioned that 2 month ago still never updated my claim.....

These fine folks repaired some damage I received when I was rear ended a while back. They did a great job and had my truck back to me in a reasonable amout of time. Staff is friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

Never, ever take your vehicle there to get repairs unless your insurance company makes you. When I inspected my vehicle after them having it for 25 days, Mike made me feel like it was my fault they performed bad worksmanship. They made me feel like I had to accept paint cracks, bubbles and paint runs. They ended up trying to fix it but failed again. I ended up leaving extremely disappointed in how Bergstrom conducts themselves. Mike the body shop manager saw me out in town and called me an a$$hole...all because I asked for my vehicle to be repaired correctly? Also to add insult to injury my tire inflation system alarm was on when I pulled out. I m now here AGAIN trying to get it fixed and they re giving me a hard time. The only thing I want is my vehicle to be fixed so I never have to step foot at this facility ever again.

Fixed up my Mazda B4000 Pickup after getting t-boned on the passenger side. Looks like new. Good work especially for an uncommon truck where part availability isn't the greatest.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had my Town and Country serviced at Bergstrom for many years, from the service department to the body shop. I have never had anything but positive experiences with them. In 2012 I traded in my van for a new Ram. Oh my goodness how I love my truck!!!!! My van was in the body shop at the time and was being repaired from damage caused by a different car dealership. They were washing my van when I arrived so I walked around the vehicles in the lot. I was looking at the Rams when I salesman came up to me and asked if I needed help and I replied no thank you, I am just browsing. He respected my wishes and walked away. The more i stared at this Ram, the more I loved it. I took it for a drive and bought it. I was given a fair trade for my van and have never been happier. I, unfortunately, have been rear ended a couple times, my side door was hit, I have had a hit and run and various other small things like hail dings to the Ram. Every time I have taken it to Bergstrom on Jackson St. Mike Slurzarski(something like that), the bidy shop manager, had ALWAYS treated me with nothing but respect. As a handicapped woman, Mike understood my needs for a rental that accommodated my special needs and it was always waiting for me. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else and i will never take my vehicle anywhere else for body shop needs. I trust Mike explicitly with my Ram baby. Oh and Tyler is the most amazing detailer. I have a130lb German Shepherd service dog who rides with me and Tyler gets every last dog hair out of there. I swear he is the grungy car whisperer. Great job Bergstrom.....a kind, considerate and caring group of people work there.

I know they are trying there hardest during times of shortages and lacking man power but I had a difficult time getting some basic work done. A little better communication would go a long way for me. But all and all I'm satisfied with the work.

I went in for an estimate and was treated very well. They found things the first body shop missed, replaced my head lamp right away, and got me in five weeks sooner than the other shop.

I took my 2021 Lexus to Bergstrom. They fixed it beautifully. Although, it did take about a month to get completed

Patched a chipped paint area and buffed out some door dings. All in 30 min. Loved it and did an awesome job. Can't see any of the scuffs and chipped area.

First of all only took my car here cause was sides swiped in accident and this was closet most convinent place.This is oshkosh shop i purchased my car from appleton bergstrom which i should have took back there.They held onto my car for a month and a halfand when i came to pick up surprised tour battery dead.They replaced it but act like they was doing me a favor.Cause when i bought it in battery was fine.Second this is the worst im driving on 41 almost hit someone in back cause my brake line came lose lol.They said was rubbing on rim of tire they just replaced.Another weekend in the shop i come back to pick it up my radio is not working which was working fine before i brought my car back.The lady shop manager tried to charge me for this and im being very nice and polite.Which they didnt respect and try to take advantage of so i became mad explain when brought it in was working and know not so they replaced fuse for free once again acting like they did me a favor.Last straw was when i noticed my car pulling to right i tried to take it back again qhen the shop manager lady drove at very low speed said she dont see anything and it was normal for a car that never did that before bringing up there to do that.Once,again she wanted to charge me to check aligment on which its says they did lol.So i refused and explained i shouldnt expect my car back anyway other then when it was before i brought here.I was told to make an appointment first opening they have is Dec 17.So if i could give this place minus stars i would.Ill never return to that shop or recommend anyone going there.I wouldnt let them work on a power wheels if i needed fix.Expirence was a total nightmare i wish i could return my car to bergstrom in Appleton.So the shop manager called me and tried to get me to bring my car back after posting this at end of day i shouldnt had to post a bad review to get a response very bad cistomer service i dont trust them with my vechile anymore and will go elsewhere and would not recomend them to anyone i guess what they said was turn not very good business ill stay away and feel cheated

I went here to test drive a car. Before I even could I asked to see if they had an alternative restroom since the current one was out of order. The man yelled at me after I said Well that isn t good. I said no need to yell and walked out. No thanks and will not come back nor purchase anything from these people.

Didnt have anything major fixed. But the bumper we had fixed looks fine. usaa had them as their local recommended bodyshop.
