By far the best vehicle buying experience I have encountered. Samantha was very prompt and knowledgeable with everything. The purchase was very smooth and they even delivered the vehicle to me as I was not local. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back!

Grant in service patiently worked with me to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. While the outcome wasn t favorable for me he remained patient and compassionate. Will definitely be back if I need anything else looked at.

They re so friendly and do their absolute best to be accommodating if a loaner vehicle is required, they re respectful about your time etc. They ve even let me bring my dog in with me when I was too short on time! Just all around nice and honest people. Always recommend!

I am very pleased with the service and experience at Osceola Auto Sales! Nine years ago I bought an 01' Ford Ranger and I was really pleased. Fast forward to last month and I needed a a good SUV and Osceola Auto hooked me up with a great 2017 Ford Escape. Just like last time Sam made the purchase easy and hassle free! I recommend them to my friends and family with out hesitation! Five stars!PS- I still have my Ford Ranger! 300K and running strong!

Best mechanic around! Skip the dealership and go here instead! I had a continous problem with fuel sensors/solenoids. They worked hard to diagnose all the problems and, even though I had to bring it in a couple times before the entire problem was fixed, they were amazing with communication, service and timeliness with appointments. Very best experience with a very frustrating issue. They have a forever customer in me!

I bought a fun 1999 used Jeep Wrangler from this place. It's a second vehicle and just for fun! I haven't driven it much, but I've enjoyed it. Excellent sales and service here too. It's close to The Cities if you think about it!On a side note, they gave me a knit hat. I've warn it in many countries. Europe, Africa-because near Mt Kilimjaro can get chilly. I always have it on when I'm on the top deck of a double decker bus in Europe.

I called to have my radiator fluid leak checked out. They got me in right away. I need the radiator replaced and they searched for a oem so it was $50 less then a factory one. They got me in the next week and replaced it, checked all the hoses and belts. Did and oil change I asked for since it was in. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend anyone to give them a call if you need a repair.

I was referred to Osceola Auto Sales and Service by a friend of mine when my A/C went out on my car. They were very friendly and got my car in and out in no time at all! Now I don't melt every time I get in my car :) Very positive experience!!

I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion from this dealership almost a year ago, and I had the most amazing dealer that still makes my purchase an incredible memory. If you go to this location, I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Sam. She was patient, honest and forthcoming about the vehicle, and she even made what was already a great deal an even better one. She allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic where there were no mechanical issues to be found, and to this day, I still have not had a single issue with my car.

The people are really helpful and kind. I take my 2012 Chevy Sonic in for service whenever its needed. I also have a vehicle there on the lot on consignment, I trust they will do a great job.

I just bought a car here and would tell anyone looking for a car to start here! Prices are affordable and the service is outstanding. I gave them 5stars but would've given them a ten. I had a concern about the car and took it for them to check, they fixed the problem immediately and I am confident that had it been a bigger problem I would have been just as satisfied 100%. The whole team is friendly and helpful. If I need to I definitely will be getting my next car here. I never thought you could have so much fun buying g a vehicle.

We bought a car here and felt completely swindled. The day after we bought the car, we noticed knicks and dings all over the windshield that were never disclosed. Two weeks into owning the car, the check engine light came on. When we brought it back to have them look at it, they told us nothing was wrong. A few weeks later, the engine light still wouldn't go off. We brought it back again, and were again told there was nothing wrong. Fast forward a month - the light continued to come on and then the vent fan went out. We brought it to a different mechanic who told us it was going to cost us $1,600 to fix, after owning the car two months and bringing it in multiple times. When we brought the car back to the dealership again, demanding something be done, we were initially given three reasonable options, but told they couldn't even split the cost of the repairs with us for $1,600 - that's how bad the issues are. Then, when we chose a reasonable option (which had been provided to us by the dealership), it was suddenly yanked away and we were told that the only option was to spend more money with their business and buy a used-car warranty. A warranty that they won't even guarantee will cover the work that needs to be done. Oh, and now the power seat adjuster is going out and the driver-side lock mechanism won't work from the inside. We thought we were going to be able to establish a strong working relationship with a small-town company close to home, and instead, they sold us a complete lemon and won't do anything about it.

Brought my hubby's vehicle in to be detailed as an early Christmas present, while he was out of town last week. I was just thinking it needed carpet shampooed and interior dusted. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked better than I could have ever imagined - inside and out! Seriously, like new. He was thrilled and we keep commenting every day on how nice it looks. Will definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Osceola Auto Sales and Service for quite a few years now and have always received amazing service. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and they always do a wonderful job on my vehicle. I recently just went there to have some maintenance done on my vehicle and it practically runs like a new car again! I always go to them for my service and I highly recommend them!

They come to my work and pick my car up for oil changes and tire rotations,love that I don't have to take my own time to get it done. Do great work and very friendly people. Highly approve of this place.

Brought my saturn in for an oil change, and they noticed a leak in my radiator. The tech estimated the cost to fix it, but didn't pressure me at all into getting it fixed right away through them like other places have in the past. I'll probably end up going back anyway though since they have good prices! Everyone was friendly, good experience overall.

Small town auto sales. Limited inventory, majority have been pre-owned. Very friendly employees who really want to get all your questions answered. Good info given to aid in decision making, along with helpful recommendations for local financing and insurance options if needed. Purchase process was made quite simple and efficient by staff - Even for a first time car buyer. Staff were willing to "go the extra mile" to get our new vehicle ready in time for us to pick up before the weekend.

I have purchased several vehicles from here. In my life I have purchased dozens of vehicles. Some new, some used. I expect problems with used vehicles. When I buy one here, if there is a problem they have always taken care of it. You cannot expect them to pay for everything months down the road. Things will happen to your car. I take very good care of my vehicles and they still break. I have never been disappointed with OAS and will continue to purchase from them. Thanks to Tim, Steph and the rest of the staff.
