Takes 2 guys over an hour to do 4 tires. Very inexperienced techs if it takes them that long. Can t do walk ins because they don t have enough experience there to get the cars out in a timely manner. Would definitely suggest going to a reputable shop

Ordered tires online there was a shipping delay so I got rescheduled for an install twice. Finally went to get tires installed they had my car for an hour to call back and tell me they couldn t change my tires because they would have to use a breaker bar on my locking lugnuts to get them off. If they broke them they couldn t replace them. I provided them with the locking deep well sockets as well. When I picked my car up the locking deep wells were in the glovebox they didn t even touch the sockets to try and bother to try to get them off. They didn t care enough to try or didn t understand how to use them. I don t know but I wouldn t waste your time. The level of incompetence is outrageous.Talked to a supervisor at the store he said it was probably better off they didn t try because they have been breaking a lot of stuff lately , I highly suggest avoiding. Wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time.

Had tires in stock to match my vehicle. Assembled fast and efficiently. Very communicative and had another set if 4 tires that were cheaper than the ones I originally was going to purchase. Well done.

Very quick service. They even reset my oil life which other quick change places have skipped. Saved about 40% over other places I've used. I will definitely use their service again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First I stopped at the Onalaska Walmart Auto Center. I had picked up a screw in a tire after the last storm. This tire was just purchased in March. The manager was rough and I believe he was trying to take advantage of an older female. He didn't even look at the tire. He just looked at the picture and said it couldn't be repaired. He all so said I would need to replace all the tires. Sent the picture to my son who use to work for Walmart in Minnesota. He said it should be repairable.Took my car to the Southside Walmart in Lacrosse. This manager was so nice. He came out looked at the tire. I asked if he could change out the tire since I had a donut on it. Not only did they repair the tire they put the donut and jack back for me. Walmart Southside I rate the highest possible. Walmart Auto Center Onalaska I would strongly recommend not going to. Trying to take advantage of people. Shame on them.

Do not go here to get your tires the employees do not know what they are doing and will lift your car improperly and damage it they also put anti-seize on the lug studs what you were not supposed to do and to top it off they do notFollow simple instructionsAnd because of them not following simple instructions the damage your vehicle to the point that you have to get it towed to a dealership just so it ll run again and knowing that Walmart damaged my vehicle to where it wouldn t even start, they will not even cover the tow or the damages. They say they have to file a claim so you have to pay for their mistakes out of your pocket and just hope and pray that the claim goes through and when the claims people call you, they are so rude and hang up on youPlz never go here the worst service of my life and after this happened to me I looked into it and Walmart is known for this kind of thing

Brock and Red were awesome! They were super busy and still took the time to put a wheel on my rim. I am so thankful to them as everywhere else was booked and wouldn't help me. Thank you again!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Three stars for past experiences. Recently I was turned away at 11 am for an oil change due to low staffing and other appts for the rest of the week. I wasn t able to secure an appt for an oil change so he said my best bet was to show up when doors open first thing in the am. I went across the street to woodmans and was in after a 30 minute wait.

I went to Walmart to have a car battery replaced. I called to see if there were available to install a battery & they said they would be able to. The guy on the phone quoted me 3 different prices & when I got thezre the guy who helped gave me totally different sizes/prices than the guy on the phone. I told them which battery I wanted & I asked him if he could put on a pair of wiper blades, too. When I went to pick up my car they told me they didn't have the battery the guy in there said they had but the the original one they quoted me. When I went to pay my bill, I noticed that they didn't charge me for new wipers & when I asked them the guy said they Installed them but I was kind of insistent that they check & sure enough they didn't put the wipers on. It just seems like they are unorganized & not in communication with each other

Poor experience.Under staffed made it impossible to get service. All I wanted was an oil change and a tire. The tire I wanted was on display but out of stock. I was out of town and needed a tire to complete my holiday trip.

Dont waste your time. Take your money elsewhere and less you like paying for a pain in your rear end. Bad service all the way from ordering to install.

I bought two tires from Walmart and made an appointment to have them installed at 3:30 p.m. but when I arrived the kid at the desk told me that they only do appointments for a set of 4 tires and that I would have to wait for the next available slot. So I browsed around the store after I saw they started on my tires. I checked back after 45 minutes and he said they were almost done but when I checked back 20 minutes later they said they had a problem with their Tire shipment and that my tires we're not ready yet and that they would have to wait until they recounted their tires that were unloaded. The mechanic then walked into the shop and I saw my tires were mounted and balanced, sitting right next to the door as he walked in. I check back again later and they still are not done after about 20 more minutes so I waited around until they finally said they were done which was probably another 20 minutes. I was polite and I did not complain at the time but they treated me like I didn't matter which is probably because Walmart treats them that way as employees. I paid my bill and left around 6 p.m. I used to work at two different places that did tires and I know it's pretty easy to get two tires done in a half an hour even if the rim is corroded and the bead sticks to the rim or the rims sticks to the vehicle. I brought my rims in separate from the vehicle. Very disappointed in the service but you get what you pay for. Two weeks later we ran into a similar issue as we took a work vehicle from work to have four tires replaced. It took a long time.

I took my vehicle here to get new tires installed. About 20 minutes in they called and said they can't install the tires because the lug nuts on one tire was rounded out. I bought my vehicle brand new, has 15k miles, never had any tire work done. Took my vehicle to dees in Onalaska immediately after and was told they definitely rounded the lug nuts. They damaged my vehicle, lied to me and I left with loose lug nuts. Don't go to Walmart for any auto care work.

Came in to patch a tire on a Sunday. $15 and 30 minutes later I was out. Everything looked good minus some greasy finger prints on the chrome rims.

I went to get the basic oil change. They told me it would be the pit crew charge but 2 different guys couldnt explain what the difference between standard and pit crew was. I told the guy to lock my car when done n guess what...again left unlocked. Morons there. I knew the risk but needed the change asap, just once again gave them too much credit.

I called this and another Walmart to find a replacement battery for the one I had which was purchased 3 years and 3 months ago. Warranty was 3 year replacement and 2 year prorata. This Walmart had one but would not tell me how much would be prorated.I borrowed a vehicle at work and went on my lunch break to get the new battery. Neither of the stores told me that it could take up to 90 minutes to test and verify that the battery is dead.I am currently standing in the isle writing this so no one else loses wages and burns 2 hours of their day to save less than $30 on their $94 battery. It's been an hour and it's only half done. I am grabbing the battery to purchase elsewhere.Never again will I purchase a battery from a Walmart!

Buy local as much as possible! How much money does one company need? I find it funny that they could stay open with hundreds of customers during the plandemic but small local stores with 10 people in their store had to close, buy local and buy American!

Such bad customer service, especially from the front desk. Talking to one of the employees at the counter (Matt) and he had such nasty attitude! Employees there need to work on better customer service!

Their insurance is too picky on what tires they're able to put on if you don't buy from them.

I think it's a shame they NEVER listen to a female. And then I end up paying for something I specifically said I didn't want!
