Went to look at a KIA Sportage and came home with a Jeep Grand Cherokee! Tony was so awesome to deal with. He had the patience to answer questions and explained features on both vehicles. I would go back definitely.

VW Service is a bit pricey if you're used to, say a Toyota or a Hyundai, but they were extremely thorough and professional and took the time to explain everything well. (if you can afford the car you can afford the service)The place is very clean and accommodating if you are waiting in the building. (very fancy coffee machine)

Very pleasant and easy going shopping experience. Brady Thrun was a great salesman who was no pressure, very polite and worked with me. The sales manager Brandon Stroede was also very helpful. Any questions I had were answered very fast and I was able to land a great deal.

Very happy with my experience! Matthew was very nice and helpful. I was a walk-in and had a unusual situation. He, Brandon and the others were very patient and knowledgeable. Plus there was a blizzard and Matt had to run around outside brushing off cars! Great experience despthe westher! Iwill definitely be recommending Matthew and your store to others!

Overall I'm quite satisfied with the service. Having said that I feel there are a couple of issues. I must say I was quite surprised when I heard the service rep say the labor cost was $174 per hour, seemed high to me. Second I could have been kept more informed as to the status of my car. But again I'm satisficed with the work that was done. Given that no one there had ever installed a cruise control before the work was completed close to the time promised. The mechanic that did the work did an excellent job, other than the new controls were there I couldn't tell anything had been done. Other than the two issues I mentioned I'm quite happy

The costumer service was excellent! Nice people!. Although I bought a USED car for over 9,000 I test drove it everything. Finally signed my papers took it home but on the way home it started to jolt back and forth as I sped up (didn't do that during the test drive) (literally half hour before buying and taking off the lot) and when I went over 60 MI the steering wheel started to shakeI started to freak out because I have a kid and he needs to go to all of his appointments plus all my appointments and I have to drive an hour each day throughout the week so a vehicle is really important to me and I started to have all of these emotions go through me. I will say they were very understanding. I'm sure it wasn't their fault and they probably didn't even know of these things that were happening. They did schedule a service appointment so that their service team can look it over so that's great on their part I just hope its not all for nothing. But as far as anything else great COSTUMER service. They were super nice! The lady I worked with made me feel just like family!!! Answered all the questions I had. And they plan on helping me with my vehicle after I bought it by checking it out so hopefully all goes well. I really hope so. Just hope they don't let me down I know that they did everything in their power during the buying process but now that it's bought I just hope that they don't put less effort into helping me fix it. I have a nine month old son I can't afford to pay for another vehicle ECT or afford to miss any of our appointments.

Very pleased with Matthew as he was very informative and answered all our questions. We thought we had all the extras figured out before meeting with the financial person but there was an extra service still listed on the contract that we had already declined. So it had to be redone. Thanks

My salesman was Steven; I had a great experience with him and his work ethic/personality was professional and respectful. No hidden fees or dealer scam. The whole process was smooth and simple. I didn t feel pressure or stress. I was in and out of the dealer in less than 2 hours. I would buy again from here.

It is kinda nice to have Morrie's Audi & VW here in La Crosse area. Top notch hospitality Staff is very professional and outgoing. Tony is a great sales professional he is very knowledgeable about the cars and the process, and always puts customers first place. I never felt pressure. Yeng is very cool finance person he takes his time and treats every single customer nicely. Service department is very efficient and work with you timely manner, Even general manager is periotically checked with me. Since they have a call center somewhere in MN communication via phone is kinda slow but La crosse location very attentive to their emails. All over its great place to buy a car, process is very smooth and you feel the quality customer service.

Let s see . The staff seemed pleasant enough when making my appointment but they failed to deliver when the service was performed. Was told it would take a max of an hour and a half for an oil change and general inspection. It took them 3 hours and they didn t even wash my car. The lady I was working with didn t apologize for the delay and my experience. She had a flat affect. Waited to talk to the service manager- he too had a flat affect and didn t apologize for my experience- he just said he d see what was going on. Morries Kia service dept sucked as well when I had a Kia but I have a VW now so I thought I d give this office a chance. If they were running behind, they could have called or sent a text message that they were running behind. I get it, things come up etc but I heard NOTHING for 3 hours. Beyond disappointed.Another representative who saw/overheard my concerns was nice enough to apologize for my experience and give me his card. He asked that I give their business another chance and to call direct to him instead of going through the call center. That man should be the manager- he has the right customer service skills. Because of his kindness, I set my rating at 2 stars instead of 1.I ll update my review if I end up going back and have a different experience the second time around.

Juanita was SO amazing!!! She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond my expectations. I went in there originally just looking to sell my old car, but I left with a brand new car of my dreams and an amazing deal! Juanita deserves a huge raise for all that she does! When i come back in a year or two for a new car for my fianc�, we hope we get the chance to work with Juanita again!

Everyone at Morrie's has always been so kind and so eager to help. Seth explained up front that a tire rotation was not included in my warranty regarding my 2yr service but that it is a good idea and let me know the cost as well.

Management is a little much (several extra confirmations for my appointment and literally recoiled when I said the word no to one of them) but effectively got me to my desired monthly payment.

I appreciate Morries deep diving the root of the problem and fixing it correctly. I ve had coolant level issues with both my 2019 and 2022 Atlas. I was told it was the design of VWs coolant system and that it vents coolant over time. After 3 dealer coolant top-offs between both cars, I was certain something was wrong. Instead of resetting the CE light and giving it another top-off Morries took on a 10+ hour job replacing the head gasket & O2 sensors. I also appreciate the loaner vehicle while it was being worked on.

I'm not the kind of person who leaves reviews often but I have had a ton of problems over the past years with a Volkswagen dealership in Duluth, so my expectations for the La Crosse dealership wasn't high to say the least. To my surprise, the service team at this dealership has been hands-down the best service I have received at any auto-body shop. They were always willing to work with me, get my car in, and even help me out. Antonio in particular has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable any time my car needed service and I cannot give him high enough praise. The service here is so good, that I don't even own a Volkswagen and STILL come here exclusively for service. As long as I live in the area, any servicing on my vehicle is getting done here.

It's ridiculous that you would have a car for 7 and 1/2 hours to do a 50,000 mile check up, oil change, tire rotation, and alignment.This was the second time I've used the service outside of my warranty. The last time I walked out because I was told it would be two to three hours to do an oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment. I went to the service station across the street and was in and out in 20 minutes.

The used vehicle we purchased was priced fairly and what we were looking for a new driver. The salesperson was not the easiest to work with, didn't have answers to some of our questions and since it was a used Ford wasn't helpful in getting us set up with the Ford app. Based on the salesperson's service, we would have bought from another dealership, but Morrie's had the vehicle we were wanted.

CHRIS was amazing!!!! He did everything right...went beyond and we so appreciate him. He is one of reasons we stick with Morries. The.is the 4th vw we have purchased....in fact our son also buys from Morries...and Chris...you need to give him a bonus and us couple free tanks of gas!!!!!!!!...in all honestly we are treated really nice all the way to your mechanics who never get enough thanks!

i worked specifically with brady. he was fantastic. he made the whole process really smooth, and honestly enjoyable. i went with my mom and as two females car shopping can be pretty intimidating. it felt like he was honestly working for / with me. everything was explained to me and my mom in a way that was easy to understand and made sense. he was even good company during the waiting / paperwork time periods, he kept it professional and personal. i would highly recommend working with him. thank you brady!
