Matt, Kyle and the female tech that worked on my car were great! They price matched my tires saving me at least $400, I already had to take a loan out for vehicle repairs so I cannot say how greatful I am to these techs. Kyle had great customer service skills. all around! We will be visiting again

Exceptional customer service. The staff (Matt) was knowledgeable and patient, helping me choose the perfect tires and services for my needs. Top quality maintenance. My car needed a tune up quickly and efficiently, and it runs like new after every visit. Wide selection of tires and services. Will be coming back!!!!

Purchased new tires from here and had them installed yesterday. As I was driving home (10 minute drive away), 2 bolts fell off on the highway and 3 bolts were very loose. My tire nearly came off. This could ve cost me and others life! When I went back the next day, I told them what happened and the workers nor managers didn t even apologize. They just recommended that I should tighten them every 50 miles, but I didn t even drive 50 miles, yet. They also put super rusty bolts on, instead of my silver ones I came in with. Very bad experience and not reliable.

Jake E @ the Crossing Meadows store was absolutely sensational on working with me to get a repair done on my vehicle. Over & above board is the only way to say it........Very friendly, knowledgable, honest & thorough ..The 'crew' is also a good one too ... Glad I use this store for my repairs.

My scores do not reflect the performance of the staff, but instead the fact that it's always understaffed there. Since that's the case everytime, getting things back in a timely manner is always unattainable. Even still the staff does their best job and I leave knowing they did a good job.

I brought in a wheelbarrow tire that lost its seal. I was just about to purchase another one when I decided to stop at the local tires plus Onalask,WI store to see if I could salvage it. I worked with Matt who within five minutes took care of my problem and fix it. Never expected such fast and great service. Thanks Matt!

I have gotten my tires rotated here a few times but today I was in to get a tire onto a spare rim, it took some different techniques but Jake was on it and got it done. Speedy!

I went to get new tires and I found out my tie rod end was almost broken, so I paid for two tires, alignment, and replacement and they didn t do something correctly . Right away my car started shaking and making loud noises. Luckily I got a hold of this new guy Jake, who investigated what was done to my car..,or for that matter wasn t. They completely screwed up everything, I could have gotten into accident! Thank God Jake was there to set it straight. But when the manger, I think Matt was his name handed me back my keys after spending $750+, he acted like it wasn t a big deal at all, like these kind of things happen all the time under his watch! We expressed our concern and how much we paid, and he just looked at us like, well you didn t crash and my guy fixed it. I don t know how this guy runs a shop or is qualified to keep customers safe! I ve been there a couple times when this so called manager is there, he s completely unprofessional, rude and you can tell he has no clue. My husband was an ASE mechanic and was pretty confused as to how they didn t have the wheels balanced when they were mounted or proper documentation of an alignment.

I called incredibly early to see if I could get assistance for a flat/nail in the tire. (We are from out of town). Staff here were kind and responsive. We were able to get a tire repaired within the hour .on a Saturday! 5 stars!!

Went in for a tire rotation and wheel alignment, appointment for 3:00. I gave them my keys and said I would be waiting in store for it to be done. After an hour and 15 minutes a technician came out and explained to me that after checking an alignment wouldn t be necessary, so I said alright and continued to wait for another hour with no communication. They then called me up to the desk after 2 hours of me being there and told me they wouldn t do a tire rotation without me replacing the tires because they deemed them not good enough. I said I wouldn t like to replace my tires today and they refused to do a tire rotation. I paid 27 dollars for the alignment check and went outside for them to pull my car out into the lot. I then watched the employees stand around my car and talk, not doing anything and leaving me outside to wait for my car which they had done no work on. After my grand total 2.5 hours of being there I finally was able to leave. Not going back.

I got 16k out of a 70k tire. Went in for an oil and rotate the tech noted that I needed tires. The front counter had other things to say. Basically told me to never come back to the store when I mentioned my families safety. The boss basically told me I was stupid because he got his stuff sniped and he was "smart" about it. Great tires and even better management. Now I have to drive out of town to get this handled. Come on Bridgestone. Do better.

On December 18th, I requested an appointment online for Saturday, December 23rd at 5pm as it was an available timeslot. Two days later, on Wednesday, December 20th I was contacted by Josh asking to change the time to 2pm as there were too many people coming picking up at 5pm that day. I agreed as that was more than reasonable and I really appreciated the call to reschedule.That Saturday rolls around, I arrive about 10 minutes early for my rescheduled appointment to find Tires Plus seemingly not even open. Another person rolled up looking for service and after checking the doors in case the sign was just not turned on, the place was in fact closed.I reached out to corporate customer service number, only to have someone answer that had a malfunctioning headset as they couldn't hear me and ended up hanging up on me. I reached out online to customer service and heard back today (December 26th) that someone would reach out to me in a couple of days. I am not holding my breath.I had always had great experience at Tires Plus, but the last few months have been awful with also trying to dispute them refusing to warranty on tires (getting less than 20k miles on 70k mile tires with regular rotation and alignment).I get a change in management and employees can cause some issues and maybe staffing is an issue, but contacting someone to change their appointment and then just closing without a call or even note on the door is not any way a business should operate. I'm at a loss and if I wasn't dealing with a tire issue and warranty, they would not get my business again.

I drove to the La Crosse, WI area from Louisville, KY for Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving dinner I received the unwelcome surprise of a flat tire. I was able to schedule a next day appointment at Tires Plus in Onalaska. They assessed and patched/repaired my tire quickly. The staff were most helpful. Especially, Garrett.Thank you, Tires Plus!

Really disappointed in tires plus! Ended up having a tire that needed to be replaced and walked over to tires plus because on the website it says that they re open on Sundays from 8 to 5 PM. It s 10 o clock and no one is still there. No one will answer the phones so I called corporate and pretty much got told there s nothing they can do and that they don t know if anybody s going to be in. I asked them, so is the hours online wrong and I got told no those are the hours, but nobody can explain to me as to why the store is closed when they re supposed to be open, I wasn t given any other options by corporate other than there s nothing they can do ! Definitely don t recommend this place.

Was having some trouble getting a more uncommon tire, but an employee named Kyle went above and beyond to resolve my issue and make the experience a great one. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Perhaps this will get attention, on their site and on Google it says they are open on Sunday and will even allow you to make appointments for this day, but on their shop there is a sign that says they are closed. I forgot to take a picture of it but seeing as it's on their official site and Google that they are open today it might get changed. Usually no issues with this place. Will update review once hours are updated.Update: so it's been 6 months and they have done the same thing to another person but after they had made a call to change the person's appointment to an earlier time to not even be there. The hours are still the same but it seems like they just don't open when they want to.

The workers were very friendly with me. They recommended the correct oil for my car and offered me everything I needed. They were trying to help me more than they were trying to make money for the business. Good people s around here.

Went in for a tire patch and the salesperson tried to convince me that the tire was not able to be repaired and then tried to tell me that all four tires on my vehicle had to be replaced as soon as possible. When I explained that I would like a second opinion before spending money on four new tires, the salesperson/technician became visibly agitated and at one point raised his voice when speaking with me. He also relied on Google Searches to make his case. This was a major red flag. I do not come to an automobile technician to get information I can easily obtain myself on the internet. I expected more professional expertise and conduct.When I explained that even if what he was saying were true I could not afford the work at that time, he was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. He handed my keys and I left.After receiving my second opinion from a certified dealership service center, it turns out the tire was able to be patched and the other three tires on my car are not in need of replacement. To me it seems that this technician was clearly try to upsell me and try to take advantage of the situation.Be extremely wary when doing business with Tire Plus Onalaska.

My car was scheduled for an alignment at 1. I got there at 6:30 to pick it back up and they didn't even know they had an order to do it, then kept telling me the wrong order. so I had to wait for them to get it done.

Tires plus is by far the best place for car repairs, tires, oil changes, any type of service, in town. They are incredibly talented and knowledgeable and they are not looking to just make sales. They are completely honest about what your car actually needs. Kevin has great customer service skills and actually cares about his customers. I will never go anywhere else again.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

A few weeks ago, my car was having issues where it felt uneven and was making awful noises when turning the wheel. I was able to get a walk in appointment here where they fixed the sway bar issue right away!! I returned to get my shocks, break pads, and spark plugs fixed last week. The experience was wonderful and I was explained everything in detail about the repair! Kevin the manager was very kind and the mechanic who fixed my car did a wonderful job! I will definitely be returning for future issues that arise!! Thank you!! :)

We've been taking both our cars here for the last 5 years. Both cars have been in for all things under the sun. Kevin O always takes care of us and makes sure our cars are running the best they can. The store is super clean and the techs are friendly and well informed on cars and how to fix them. Not just replacing tires but a lot of other things. They always go above and beyond to do what they can. Kevin and the guys will have our business as long as we live here!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Whoa! I'm really surprised to see so many good, to great, reviews. It once was worthy of such praise. Now, I experienced false advertisement to get me in the door. Then I was totally ignored once the up-sale tactic did not work. The attendant made it seem painless to the best of his ability. Although, I did wait for the callback on the tires advertised. That call never came. Either-way, that is not an honest way to run a business.

Kevin did a great job explaining which tires would work best for my driving needs. He recommended a set of tires that was not the highest priced that he had because he believed it would not be what I needed. I've also had other work done there and they have always done a good job and left the car at least as clean as when I dropped it off.
