I was able to schedule an appointment online for the very next morning. The service representative informed me of additional service required and asked for permission before proceeding. I was promptly notified immediately after my vehicle was done.

Having my 2013 Cruze serviced at Morrie's was everything you would hope for with a dealership. I'd dropped it off on a Saturday and that same day they'd already diagnosed my engine's issue. There wasn't any unnecessary up-selling or push-back when I deferred some non-essential maintenance. Ross in the service department kept me updated on their progress throughout the week. And the final bill was more than fair for the parts and labor they put in.

Awesome service. Weston specifically was fantastic through the whole process going through a warranty item fix. Great communication. He is always professional and on top of things. I have all of my routine maintenance through them as well. Weston always has everything ready to go for me when I show up, so I am in and out the door in a few minutes with drop offs and pick ups. I will be buying my next Chevy through their sales department because the service department is so good.

Staff is very nice and professional. Video of inspection is helpful. It remains to be seen how the repairs will hold up. On the negative side, it is too bad that service records were lost in the transition. As a result, I was told I should have some services that were already performed.

I was in La Crosse, WI recently for a weekend NCAA tournament. On late Friday night, my brakes began to fail. I was 4 hours from home and needed to fix this problem immediately. I couldn't drive that long distance home with a brake problem.I took my vehicle into Morrie's at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning. I really didn't expect that the job could be diagnosed and fixed in a single day. Especially since the service hours were shorter on a Saturday. I had already started making plans (rental cars, etc.) to get my family home on Sunday (as they needed to work on Monday) and making hotel plans for myself to stay an extra day or two in La Crosse while the SUV was repaired.Morrie s service advisor, Ross H. and auto technician, Brandon B. were excellent! They diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and knew exactly what was needed. The only issue was getting the part.Ross told me that the part I needed was normally on their shelf; but that it had been used one day earlier. He refused to give up, however. He found the part at a store that was closed on Saturdays. But that still didn t stop Ross. He called the owner of the parts store and asked him to come into town to open just for me! And the owner did! Ross had the part in hand just after noon. Brandon worked overtime to get the part replaced and completed the work by 2 pm (1 hour after normal Saturday closing time)!I am so grateful for their efforts! I m not sure how many dealerships would have gone this far for a customer on a Saturday. But Morrie s sure did! Thank you so much!!

Ross was very helpful to me. Told me all the things that were wrong with my car, numbered them, by importance, in the order they should be fixed, due to the lack of money I had. He gave me his personal number so when I have the cash to get the other things done, it will be a lot easier for me. Very helpful, thanks Ross

No complaints about their work, but I went in for just an oil change and it took them over an hour and a half to do it. They said they're usually not that busy, but I still had a less than ideal experience that time. The staff are very kind, though.

Had a big screw in my tire and they took care of me even though I was a walk in. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road since I was on my way out of town. Highly recommend this service department.

I took my Corvette in to diagnose a vibration. I'm happy with the diagnosis and Ross was great communicating throughout the whole process. I viewed the valet camera footage afterwards and the technician was very careful with my car. Thanks Ross and the tech that worked on it!

Brandon was an absolute gem to work with! He quickly was able to get my car in for some work and kept me informed as to the status of the work being done while I waited. Ross was amazing by providing excellent customer service in the repair department. We recently moved to the area and there were no Jaquar mechanics in the area to my knowledge.I took a shot in the dark to inquire if Morrie s could diagnose and possibly fix my vehicle.Without hesitation, Ross explained the possibility they may not but he is willing to assess their ability to fix my car. Unfortunately, it has to go to a Jaquar mechanic.Ross and his team was thorough, quick, concise, helpful, pleasant and accommodating.Ross also coordinated transportation for me through Roger and together they both made the experience worth it.We will bring my husband s GMC Denali for service when needed! I took the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have air added to the tires as they were low. The low tire alarm went off as soon as I started the car -I thought they had forgot to reset, when I go home it went off again - my tires were lower than when I had dropped the car off. When I called they said "oh, they must have forgotten to add air!" I wonder if there was any thing else they "forgot" to do! Very poor service. So in 2 degree weather I had to go add air to the tires.

I made an appointment days in advance for just a simple oil change. When I arrived a BMW pulled in behind me. The advisor told me there were a little behind but it should be about a hour. Meanwhile the BMW gets pulled in before me on the pit and the tech. Started a brake job. An hour and a half later my car was just now being pulled in. I was furious by this and told them to pull my car out so I could go. I didn't have all day and just got done putting by dog asleep. I guess I should have had a BMW to get better service. I will never go back. Terrible.

This was my first time there for an oil change. They were friendly and professional. My car was done in a timely fashion. They went through what they did and how my car was doing, ie tires, battery, etc. Nice experience.

I was trying to find a place quickly to replace my drive belt. Morries Chevy was able to replace it on the same day I called for an appointment before I went out of town. The technican checked cabin air filter even though instated filter was recently changed. Passenger seat was left flat back and when I opened the glove box fell all the way down. They had not put clips back in and someone had to come fix.
