Dropped our Passport off at 11:00 am on 9/14 23. Received a call at 11:30 that we could not take went to voicemail. Called 7 times for an update, NO ONE answered the phone. Left voice messages no response, at 5:00 they called to say our car was finally ready. This was to late for us to pickup our vehicle do to having other plans. Absolutely NO customer Service. This is the second time this has happened to us.

Bought a vehicle from Dahl, within a week I noticed it needed a relatively simple repair. Dropped it off at 8 am, could not reach them by phone all day and finally decided to just go ask for an update in person. Still had to pay for the repair despite it being an issue right after purchase.

Dahl Ford Service did good job at fixing the fuel tank that was part of the recall. They also installed my brand new side mirrors on my focus without breaking them along with the mirror blinkers. It was also nice having free coffee in their lounge.

Tried twice to get estimate for my car & twice they never got back to me. 2005 saleen focus #48 & big ford didn't have time to give me a price. Always been a ford man, but these ford dealerships have been screwing me & letting me down. It must be being passed down from the corp. parent, new leaders that don't care about customers just about money in theyr pocket. This will be my last Ford. All thanks to Anderson ford of north branch mn ripping me off on tranny service 2014 focus, & sleepy hollow wrecking my axle & tie rod end doing a wheel bearing that wasn't needed, went in for tires. Now big dahl don't even have time of day to get back to me. Probably better off doing it myself.

Sells vehicles more than they re worth. If you take your car in for a repair they will take 2 weeks to get the parts , another week to make false promises with your car being done, and then within the hour time frame that they claimed to have it ready by, there will suddenly be another issue . Horrible communication, rude staff. A scummy multi-billion dollar company that gets off on withholding your car because they re too lazy to fix it, but insists on overcharging you for repair. Just avoid this place at all costs. Only way the staff can redeem themselves is to end their lives lmao.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Bought my car 1 year ago today and has been nothing short of a nightmare ! It was 2013 Cruze and from day 1 there was fumes in vehicle and brake issues which they somewhat repaired. I took the vehicle back within 3 days and then it was worked on 4 more times and through their diagnostics they said it was an oil cooler and gave me an estimate of 1500 to fix. I payed for only the cooler and still had fumes . I took it to a friend that has Express care and checked it over. Within 10 minutes he found a hose that was leaking antifreeze and that SOLVED the problem. It cost 21.10 to fix and I wasted my time at Dahl repeatedly 5 TIMES in total got the run around and frustration. One would normally think they would have diagnosed auto before putting it on lot when the check list said no problems of any kind which was a lie. I will NEVER buy or recommend Dahls to any one. If that is the best their service department can do they should maybe get different technicians !

Had an oil change, now leaking oil. Called service they could get me an appointment in 3 weeks. Service representative, Brock was no help. I will not be back to Dahl for anything.
