Very good experience with their service department after a complete engine failure on a 2022 Q5. We were traveling and had to have our car towed to this location. While the situation was a pain to deal with, we received good communication and very good service. They worked with us on a loaner car and brought my car back home to me in Chicago once the work was completed. Very appreciative of their willingness to go above and beyond.Service: Engine repair

I have had VW and Audi cars since 2014 and have been going to this dealership for the last two and a half years since I moved here. I have been happy with the work they have done on my cars, and they have definitely been one of the better dealerships I ve been to. I never had any extra work recommended outside of manufacturer recommended maintenance stuff, and my cars have been running great. Great experience, Mary was most helpful and discussed every issue that came up. Extremely friendly service, I was early for my appointment but, the staff was able to accommodate and get to my car ahead of the scheduled time. I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this is a different case. The staff was polite, super helpful and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They even hand-washed my car and dried it before heading it back.

Audi LaCrosse replaced an oxygen sensor on my Audi. Additionally while performing a safety check, they found a cracked coolant hose and replaced. Nice catch! I have used Audi La Crosse to service three different Audi vehicles. The service advisors are top notch. Always helpful, willing to answer questions and considerate of any waiting time. The service staff are always very thorough. A video walk around report is provided as well as a comprehensive vehicle Safety check list. I love Audi of La Crosse. The only thing is that in the past they would always vacuum your car and in my case they even washed it. That s what always put them ahead of the rest for me.
