They open the store 1 to 2 hours late and close 20 minutes early. Doesn t matter what side of town you re on. Be professional!!

Trash... Staff just act like there's no customers in the building. I stood there for 10,15 minutes with a staff member literally 10ft away. He never acknowledged me or another guy in there trying to get parts. I mean at least say something to us. I took my 500.00 to the State st. location.They need to do some staff training. Pathetic

I'm a Brinks driver and I go to this location at least once a week. The Store manager has been rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. He has belittled me, cussed at me and other things. If he treats someone who is giving him change orders this way, what would you be any different? It's best to do business elsewhere.

NAPA's Carlyle tools have representatives come to collages (personal experience). They are one of the only professional tool companies that offer their tools in regular stores, giving them the ability to make acceptable amounts of money wile selling they're product at a RELATIVELY low price with easily respectable quality. Now that I recall, they also have Good electrical parts.

I came to Napa in need of a wiper blade. Now, I'm not someone who doesn't know how to install a blade. I grew up in Wyoming. Before my Dad let us drive, we knew how to change oil, tires, alternator, plugs, wires, & belts. You may drive 3 hrs before seeing ppl. But I was lazy today. I needed some help. Thankfully the guys not only found me the correct blade, but helped me put it on.. Thanks NAPA.

Not open during scheduled hours. Drove over on Sunday at 2 and everything was locked up.

I was told they did not have what I wanted and they were sold out, so after checking the shelf, the product o was looking for was the and alot of it. They clerk said he didn't know that was a substitute. Then, I Couldn't pay for the product because the computers were not working. Worst, Napa experience ever. Sorry NAPA you have lost a customer.

Always have what I need. Prices are reasonable and the staff has no problem helping you out. Preferred over Auto zone ect.

Always the right parts and almost always in stock or quickly delivered. I know if I get it from NAPA its going to fit like OEM.
