Took my truck for diagnostic ,diagnostic results show low pressure in cylinders 1,2 and 3. The manager was very rude said I needed a new engine when it was only failed passenger side cam phaser. This shop does crooked business

One of my best car buying experiences ever!! All of there staff was awesome to work with and made buying my car FUN!! I've purchased 20+ vehicles in my lifetime and I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on!! Special thanks to the GM, Chad Covert for coming out to help make my purchase complete. Hats off to this crew, excellent job!! We'll be back in Spring to trade my wife's Audi in for a 15' Suburban..

Not only is their body shop work great, but their service is even better. I unfortunately was in an accident and they got my car in the following week to begin working on. I was given one of their loaner vehicles to use (which is another great perk) and unfortunately locked the car with the key still in the vehicle. Chad was great help through it all and Jordan, who came to where I was to unlock the vehicle, spent almost an hour doing all he could to unlock it (which he did in case you were wondering). I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I love my new car!!! I worked with Chad, Justin, and Brian and they were great to work with - very personable and knowledgeable. I walked in worried about finding a car, but found myself comfortable and laughing during the process. I am very happy with my 2014 Ford Flex - it looks slick, and rides beautifully!

Salesman Jordan was great! He replied back to my emails right away and did his best at showing us vehicles I would be interested in. He also went the extra mile to get me a car. Any questions I had, he was able to answer and did a great job walking me through the whole buying process. The finance staff was also great as well. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend them to others. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased a vehicle at Heiser's Quick Motors and it was one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle yet! I will definitely recommend all of my family and friends to buy their next vehicle at Quick Motors! Kudos to the sales staff, they were great to work with! They also have a full service department, so I will be taking my vehicle there for any maintenance and repairs - nice and convenient!

Good experience if you don't ask questions!The finance guy Brian can't explain the shady things he does when he fudges the numbers to make sure the dealer gets as much money as possible for the car.The sales guy Jordan was super nice!I love my Buick Verano but will never deal with this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.It's experiences like this that cause people to feel car dealers are shady.I only give it one star because I have to give it a star to post it.8/27/16FYI-I have not received any attempts from a dealership to resolve this issue.Just another lie from them!!!

I found the staff very helpful and informative. Drove in a clunker and drove home a great 2015 Chevy Cruze. I did my homework beforehand and know that I got a great deal at Heiser's Quick Motors. Thank you to Chad and the entire staff for a great buying experience. Looking for a car... DO NOT HESITATE. This team is great.

Just bought a new car here and it was an awesome experience. The people are great, the selection is great, and the prices are awesome. The experience was extremely pleasant and I have never had a better experience with a dealer. I would recommend chad and the rest to anybody looking to buy a vehicle!

13 years went by before I found myself at Heiser's Quick Motors looking for a car.Chad, Brian and Justin,Professional, friendly, hard working real people making my experience a "golden" one.I thank the three of you, and appreciate your knowledge and patience within the auto world.I highly recommend Heiser's Quick Motors so much, I returned with my husband 2 months later and purchased another auto. 5 stars

I Agree -- Great salesperson I have worked with that came from this Dealership. I haven't been to this dealership yet, but have surely bought a car from them. Beats service that Ive received from WILDE & SCHLOSSMANN'S any day -- & we were looking to buy a car for about 6-8 months at these Wilde dealers near our place. Happy I went to Northpoint!

Justin was a great salesman who was good in narrowing down our needs for a used car. We found one that we really liked at a very fair price and Justin's assistance was most helpful in answering all of our questions on how everything worked. The staff at Heiser Quick Motors were all very good to work with. I recommend them.

Customer service is horrible. I bought a 2011 Chrysler town and country and there was a problem with one of the stow and go seats, the headrest wouldn't fold down so it would fit in the floor. They didn't want to fix it before I bought it, in fact salesman told me it probably just needed a little W-2. They wouldn't come down a penny on it because I was paying cash and the salesman said to me that they don't make any money when I pay cash, their profit comes from the financing. I wasn't happy but I loved the vehicle. Took it to the dealer to have the seat fixed and it was a motor/electrical issue. So, $800 later that was fixed. The dealer also discovered that I had a headlight out, but when the bulb was changed, it still didn't work. So it was another electrical issue. But I've been driving with brights cause I have to take it to a repair shop that does electrical repairs. Then the control panel went out, another $1000 repair. And in November the transmission went on it so $4,000 to repair and I took it to Heiser to have the work done. Very disappointed with not even having this vehicle a year yet.

I recently bought a car from Quick Motors and couldn't be happier with the service from Justin Sebens. He was very thoughtful and extensive in presenting the car and stayed in touch with me throughout the day. After my decision to buy the car he hustled to get it ready so I can still make my kids baseball game, and even drove to the baseball game to finish the car.Thanks you Justin for this great experience.

I am very pleased with my car from Heiser's Quick Motors. Chris the salesman was very helpful and took his time helping me find a vehicle that would fit my price range and my needs. I walked into the dealership not expecting to leave with anything but his customer service and knowledge of cars made me feel comfortable and made me feel confident with my decision. Excellent service. Was treated very well by Jordan. As well as everyone else. I didn't typically have the credit I thought that would get me financed. But they worked with me and I was able to purchase a vehicle that I liked. And a down payment I could afford. Really I couldn't say anything but nice things about Heiser quick Motors. Over all 5/5!!!! Awesome deals.

About a month ago I bought my very first car. I didn't know what to expect. But, Jordan at the dealer ship eased my worrys and mad things super easy for me. I got a good rate and left with the car I wanted! 5 star rating in this book!

Chad is 100% of Cars what I buy with. A Friend, well wisher, Straight forward, upfront, Gets along with everyone and works hard to get the vehicle for me and anybody that stops at his office. I dealt with several dealers until 2007, When I bought my first car with Chad I felt this is the guy I can rely on for me, my family and my friends automotive needs. I recommend Chad to anyone and everyone.

Man let me tell you, Chris and Chad are so awesome to deal with. They were both always super informative and helpful with every question that we had. Always great service! Have taken my vehicle in for maintenance and was done right away. Sent my parents, brother and many friends. Whether it be help buying a vehicle or fixing a car problem - everyone walked away happy. They all thanked me for referring them to Chad -now he is on everyone's speed dial under Chad the car guy! We recently purchased a 2007 FJ Cruiser from Heiser , The salesman Jordan was very nice and helpful. We live 3 hours away and Jordan answered our questions and checked on items we had questions about in a timely manner.Bryan in the Finance dept. was also very nice to deal with and helpful.Over all very good experience in the future would definetely check with them againWell worth the drive

I went to this location since Heiser Ford was full and this is their overflow; I would never go back! when I entered I was not greeted and he wasn't working with anyone. I said good morning to him and he was just flat; overall just a rude person who had an attitude. I get checked in and wait for my vehicle to be serviced. I go to the counter to tell him I needed something updated and he doesn't acknowledge me; just continues his conversation with his co-worker. the co-worker tells him to address whatever I'm there for. Before I can even say what I came to the desk for he says your truck will be ready shortly and I correct him saying that's not what I came up here for. I tell him what I needed and he waived me off saying wait for your paperwork; he never resolved what I asked him for. He should not be at your desk representing your company because he is biased to a fault. I watched 2 other individuals come in after me and he greeted them without issue and no attitude. If he continues to work there, you'll continue to not have customers come back!

I have purchased 9 vehicles from Chad over the years. I have always been treated more than fairly on the vehicles I purchased and my trade ins and always with courtesy and respect! Several of my family members and friends has also purchased vehicles though Chad and Heiser. I am a life long customer and Heiser as well as Chad have my highest recommendations.
