Incredible service! I had a flat tire and brought my car in 15 minutes before close, expecting it would get fixed the next day. They dropped everything and got my tire fixed immediately and I was back on the road in no time. What a relief - thanks East Side Auto!!

Few weeks ago I woke up to find my vehicle side swiped over night after parking it on the street. I called around to see who has the best turn around time and found this place. Lucky for me, I went in at a good time while they were slow and was given an extremely competitive estimate by the manager Moe for the damage, along with a few nicks that I had before. I also was quoted a good price for timing service that was almost due, so I went ahead with that as well. After about 8 days I got a call saying my van was ready. I was beyond satisfied with the results and the price. I will absolutely use this shop for all my future auto body and mechanical needs. Pics speak for themself. Thanks again Moe.

I called and was told to just pop by same day for a seemingly simple issue on my car. An employee was outside when I arrived and immediately assisted me, looking at the issue with me and identifying the fix. He was very kind and informative. Everything was done within ten minutes. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend them!

My car was hit overnight and the side mirror was damaged and broken. I called East Side Auto and I was able to bring my car in that same day, compared to having to wait a month for other places. My daughter, who lives in Milwaukee, had an unexpected car emergency on Monday. We are an hour and half away and could not get to her. With the help of a friend, she was able to get her car towed to East Side Auto that afternoon. She is need of her car daily for work and school. We would have had to drive down and give her a car to borrow, which would have been a difficult arrangement. However, East Side Auto had her hose replaced and even an oil change completed by 5:30 that same day. It was a huge relief to us as her parents. We would definitely use them again if our daughter is in need. Thanks for helping this parent worry a little bit less about her daughter away at college.

This guy pulled up on meeven after the store was closed and got my car into the shop immediately. In only 2 business days my car was completely fixed and ready to go. The mechanic was even nice enough to give me a ride to get my car back. Definitely use this service when you're in trouble because you will not be disappointed

Honest business man!!!I was there for my car s brake pad, and they inspect and suggested me to change the brake rotor. They had done with the cheapest price for both parts and labor. Besides that they fixed my bumper and inspected the engine free of cost. Great experience with them.

They are so amazing. I once towed my car on a Saturday night at 1 AM as the owner s son picked up my phone and told me to drop it off inside his garage. Really friendly and great staff. Called because my car was not turning on. And got it fixed in less than an hour. They also offered me a toe truck number to take the car to the shop after checking the car, and diagnosing the issue where my car stopped working. Great job!! Definitely coming back again.

I was visiting family from out of state and needed some cosmetic and mechanical work done on my car. I came by at a recommendation of a friend. I was given a great deal and a fast turn around time. The guys East Side Auto did a great job! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and great work at a great price. I would recommend this place to anyone I know these guys worked hard to make my car look perfect again at an unbelievably great price. Don t look at these other One star comments because that is not at the experience that I had. Thank you again Eastside auto!!!

Currently serving as a low budget chop shop. Servicing parts for their Auto Sales business.This company is not what it seems. Add to that the fact that all the family members drive new vehicles with the same plate numbers . I smell an audit coming.......
