This was by far one of the greatest auto service experience I have ever had I needed a key for my 1997 SL 320. I ve been told by one prominent Benz dealership that my car was just a shell and it would be impossible to fix it. Another prominent Benz dealership referred me to Black Forest and in a matter of one week they got me a key and car running and the owner was just the greatest. He gave me a tour of the establishment and I was just amazed and humble. By the way I ve been trying to get a key for over a year. Thank you guys so much and from now on all of my Benz service will be at Black ForestService: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my 2013 E350 in here and I can say with confidence that this is the place to go. I drove all the way from Madison, and don't regret it for a second. They are extremely knowledgeable, prices were fair, and they went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of and that I was fully aware of what may come next. If you're looking for an independent Mercedes service center in Milwaukee, I would highly recommend this place. I took my '09 C350 there for a routine service, and everything was great. To start, they only service Mercedes. Every staff person I encountered was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They also have a comfortable waiting area with leather couches, and a big screen TV. I saved hundreds on my service here as opposed to taking it to a dealership. As a final touch, as I got into my car to leave, I was pleasantly surprised to find a little package of Black Forest gummy bears and a thank you note. When I got back home, they had sent a follow up e-mail with a login to their online service center which shows pictures, service history, and printable invoices. Pretty sweet. Highly recommended!

Price is onpar with the dealership however knowledge and service is obviously superior.Im not sure if they do this for everyone but the mechanic actually shook my hand and talked to me personally about my car, describing some of my issues in detail and giving me advice for moving forward. At first i was actually upset as i didnt get my car as quickly as i like (in hindsight i was being impatient) and it took a day or two to recieve their 'invoice' detailing my issues after recieving my car,however my invoice was 3 pages long of issues with my (mid restoration) car; all genuine, mostly important, some could wait but the mechanic most definitely did not waste his time on my car, i've never witnessed such a thorough (1 hour!!) inspection let alone knowledge on a 1992 190e.I'd definitely come back and recommend to anyone serious about their mercedes!

Well, the last review was a while back so I feel it's appropriate to bring it up to date. While I didn't get Gummy bears everything else is still accurate. I even had an AMG loaner so I wasn't left wanting for anything. I recently purchased an 07 CLS 550 that needs a fair amount of sorting out, especially sensors and some maintenance that wasn't current. These guys did a very thorough inspection and prioritized what needed to be done. I have never been in a shop or dealer with this level of organization including detailed photos of the work. I have total confidence in their work and knowledge. If your MB is out of warranty, there is nowhere else than Black Forest to get dependable service to keep your car in tip top condition.

If you have a classic Mercedes Benz automobile this is the place to maintain it for you. They know it all and have all the right tools to work on it.

Brought my 90 300E in for a tune up. Made about 300 recommendations. Lol. I know they are trying to drum up business but come on. I didnt need all those repairs. Prices were a bit high. Friendly people. I would recommend them but take what they say with a grain of salt.

They know Mercedes cars. It s as simple as that. I can highly recommend this shop for your Mercedes. They are a great alternative to the dealer service shop. This shop was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and very knowledgeable about mercedes!!! Excellent service and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. In the future when I need any repairs, I will return to Black Forest Benz!!! Thank you Black Forest Benz!!
