TL: DR Version: Awesome shop, reasonably priced, trustworthy.Nick went above and beyond when my Lexus transmission decided it was not going to behave any longer. I was on a road trip and was very worried about finding someone I could trust to handle the repair in ethical manner, without feeling like Chevy Chase in Vacation. He got the car towed in quickly, well diagnosed and back to me in a very reasonable timeframe.It was the little things that truly set them apart. His comfortable waiting room has a fridge full of sodas/water bottles and tray full of snacks. The restroom was spotless and not at all what I expected for a typical mechanic's shop. The shop itself was clean, well-lit, and everything was in its place. All the employees I ran into were very courteous, patient, and polite.This all speaks to a great culture which starts at the top and made for a great experience there. Great job Nick and crew. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Over the last few months, my family has had more than a few car issues on multiple cars. Nick has consistently helped us, communicated clearly and honestly, and even advised us on what would make the most sense for our family (even if it meant not getting our business due to financial constraints). We will not be going elsewhere for any other auto needs. They've earned our business for as long as we're living in the area. Top notch customer service, quality work, and total transparency. I called Nick with an issue on my truck. He told me they were completely booked until December but I could drop it off and he would get to it as soon as he could. When I came to drop it off he actually took the time to go for a ride in the truck and diagnose the problem. THANK YOU NICK! I have had my vehicles serviced here for a few years and it has always been a great experience. I have had a variety of maintenance services performed by this facility including: oil changes, tire rotations, brake, transmission and suspension service. Nick and Dan are always professional and friendly and will take time to explain the technicians diagnosis and inspection report while prioritizing the repairs for you. They always communicate service progress and recieve authorization before performing repairs. They are a very honest and ethical repair facility that I would recommend to anyone.

Very professional! They were recommended by a coworker so I stopped by on my lunch hour to see if they could check my tire pressure. The nice man stopped everything, checked the pressure and added some air...all complementary. He then gave me a written quote via email so I could get back to work and it is very reasonable with many options.I am very impressed and look forward to using them!

Customer Service is top notch at Olin's Auto. Nick listened to my auto concerns and helped me through the repair process with careful consideration. My car was running terrible and I was having surgery. A friend recommended them. They came, drive my car from Janesville to the shop and was going to work on it between jobs. Brought my car back to me. Excellent service. Awesome experience!! Terrific professionalism and service! Typically I am a DIYer, however some things I don't want to attempt. I brought my vehicle in late in the week and Olin's knew I needed to leave town with my vehicle early on Saturday morning. They stayed past closing time by many hours on a Friday night to complete the repair. They also delivered the vehicle to my home that evening. I am extremely satisfied with the repair and the customer service. Six stars to Olin's!! This was my first experience at Olin's and it definitely won't be my last! Thanks again!

I have been taking all of my cars here for the past 4 years. Nick has always been upfront and honest about what should be done, can wait, and what the costs will be. He worked hard to get a repair on one of my cars covered under warranty as well. I once compared a dealer quote to Olin's and he saved me hundreds on the job. The first work Olin's did for me was on a handshake and I've trusted them ever since.

Always straightforward and honest. I had new tires put on and was quoted at a lower price then what the tires were actually priced at. They did not charge me extra but paid the difference themselves.

Trustworthy, excellent work from inspection to fixed. Found issue that 2 other places didn't. Reasonable prices. I called to see if they could fit my wife in for an emergency repair and they said they couldn't promise to be able to get to it. Then they gave me a recommendation on somewhere else to go that was close so she could get in. In my opinion, that is going above and beyond. Truly putting the customers needs first! We don't live in the area but if we did, we would go here. It's the little things...
