I had tapped a Buck after 3 doe ran in front of me back in October during that down pour on a Mon. evening... Scott was awesome and took very good care of the repairs, the car looked brand new..Unfortunately while parked at a grocery store someone had hit the right side fender and left paint on the bumper..I had the car for a few weeks and that happened.. So once again I called on Pischke spoke to Scott again.. Took it in for the evaluation and once again Scott handled every detail professionally... Angie took care of me when I dropped the car off, I'm overly confident the car will be amazing.. Thank you to all of the employees at Pischke Collision Center...

Customer service was awful I had to call multiple times to check on my car. Was given many different done dates and was constantly inconvenienced. I was paying through insurance and they were having a hard time reaching them as well.When I was picking up my car the guys in the back were talking about other coworkers while using dormitory terms. 0/10 for professionalism.

I took my car there to get fixed after going off the road due to speed and a deer. Pischke had my car for 2 months. They got 12k from insurance company. The front bumper has never fit right since the new bumper was installed It s like the bumper isn t even attached to the front end of the car they cut my fog light Wiring harness for some reason. There are bolts that hold the hood scoop down that are missing so the hood scoop is flapping all around. There s other stuff I m forgetting about, but bottom line I ll never take a car back to Pischke collision to get fixed ever again

I had a great experience in bringing my vehicle for repair at Pischke Collision Center. They gave me a quote in a timely manner, dealt directly with my insurance for the assignment and rental reimbursement, and had my vehicle repaired and back in my hands in two days! They also serviced my vehicle for an oil change and checked the brakes at my request since it was due for both anyways, saving me an additional trip and time without my vehicle. Additionally, my car was returned washed and the interior had been wiped down. I truly couldn't be more impressed! I will absolutely be recommending their service to others and in the unfortunate case I ever need body work again, I will be a return customer!

Pischke Collision Center was a pleasant experience. The staff were very professional and let me know what was going on with my vehicle. The price was fair and service was good. I would recommend them.

I'd like to thank the administration and mechanical team that took care of my vehicle that I picked up a few days ago. I feel as if they went above and beyond the standard to contacting Enterprise and cleaning my vehicle inside and out even when the vehicle was in the shop for the purpose of front bumper repair. Elizabeths' and the mechanics' professionalism and courtesy was outstanding and reflected greatly upon how Pischke conducts business. I look forward to our interactions in the future.

Pischke Collission Center EARNED 5 s from me for their excellent service, technical ability, showroom-quality work, kindness during a stressful time, on-time service, no-hassle loaner vehicle, and proper precautions during the COVID pandemic. Scheduled an oil change ahead of time so my husband could be in and out with my vehicle. The techs took my vehicle back and let my husband sit almost two hours without an update. Apparently they were busy and forgot to service my vehicle after taking it back but never updated my husband.Update: 6/15/18 finally spoke to manager of location and he apologized. Offered to pick my vehicles up from my employer for the oil change I was scheduling this time around and to have a recall taken care of.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend that you NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. Repairs on my truck were so bad that I took the truck to another dealership and traded it in.
