They helped me out with my truck, did a awesome job. Was able to get it in quick, fixed quick, price was super fair. The old ad inside was also pretty cool, cool to see the history of Dees, La Crosse.

Got me on the schedule and fixed my truck fast. Pricing was on the high side. But, I use the truck for work and time is money too. Fast repairs save downtime....Thank you Dee's!

I never write reviews, but this place deserves it. I was having some issues with my car and they were able to squeeze me in and tell me exactly what was wrong with it! They made it very easy to understand (dumbing it down for me lol) they went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate them so much! If you have issues with your vehicle please go here, you will not be disappointed:)

This Mechanic shop truely goes out of their way to give the best service. Accurate estimates, and they little things without asking, like they took off a hard to remove parking violation sticker, that wouldve been a pain to take off. Left the area where my engine was leaking very clean, where it was easy to see that the problem was addressed properly. Great staff, and quick turnaround time! I will 100% be returning!

I had great experience with this place! They were able to get the work on my car done very quickly. They pretty much worked miracles to get me back on the road, which I greatly appreciated since I'm from out of town. They did an amazing job, and fit me in during a very busy time. They were very kind and honest throughout the experience, which is so important, especially when you're in an urgent situation. I especially want to thank the gentleman at the front desk who talked me through my options and found a solution, as well as all the people who worked on my wheel and tires and really went above and beyond. The prices offered were very reasonable considering the speed and efforts they were making. I highly recommend them, and if I am ever in the area again I will definitely take my car there (but hopefully it won't be an emergency!)

I never write reviews but Dee's deserves the time spent to do so. My son was in LaCrosse for a college bass fishing tournament and threw a flashing check engine light on his practice day. Being that he needs the truck to pull the boat and launch for the tournamemt I drove down late at night in hopes of finding a place to fix the truck. The Ford dealership in the area is impossible to get any response from. I called multiple local mechanic shops explaining the situation, all telling me they were to busy to look at the truck, not Dee's, they told me the would find a way. Needless to say they were packed when I got there but they made it happen. Great communication and dedication to helping their customers. When they identified the issue they even stayed on top of the auto parts delivery to ensure the parts got there the same day and got the truck fixed that day. Awesome people, mechanics and all. Super friendly and committed to helping the customer. Pricing was reasonable/good and spent time to explain everything. If it wasn't so far from home (Chicago) this would definitely be my go to auto mechanic!

I heard from one of their new employees (Shawn) that they have great diagnostic capabilities there. I had a problem which affected my Toyotas VSC system. The light stayed on, and would not allow my transmission to shift into overdrive. I was hoping to get a report that " your vehicle needs this/these parts, and a charge for there diagnostic services. I was pleasantly surprised that they had determined the cause, had reset the parameters to allow me to enjoy my vehicle, and I was done. It showed their aforementioned diagnostic abilities, and common sense repair while the car was there, requiring no further parts. Bravo Shawn and your very fine and friendly service manager as well. 2 thumbs up! Reccomended.

They fit my car in for a diagnostic checkup when my car wouldn't drive, within 24 hours they were able to replace my catalytic converter and replace two tires. From knowing nothing about me or my car to fixing it entirely (without an appointment) within a day. I am extremely grateful for their service and recommend them wholeheartedly.Service: Transmission

Had a great experience with Dee's. As a female college student who is not from this area, I 1) don't know much about cars and 2) don't have a lot of time & money to spend on repairs/maintenance. Dee's was able to help me out right away at a great price. All of the employees were awesome. They listened to my concerns, fixed everything up, and sent me on my way! Called in to see if they could make sure my car was safe to drive after an incident. Was able to bring it in same day I called and they were very thorough! First time being there and they were extremely friendly. Will definitely be coming back in the future^^

I ve always done my own diy repairs on my vehicle, finally after getting tired of screwing things up I decided to bring it in. Matthew and Shawn were very understanding with all my concerns and made sure to inspect everything I asked and then some. Not once did they judge my diy mistakes. The communication and willingness to share their knowledge was amazing. They always answered my questions and made sure I understood what to do and what not to do for next time. All of this at a reasonable price. I couldn t be happier with the service I receive. The customer service was awesome and quick to call and let me know what's happening with my car as it wasn't starting at all. Turns out my car was fine and it was my key! They let me keep my car at the shop over the weekend which was super nice. I got the helped I needed and was out of there in no time. The guy at the front desk was funny and kind. I will be taking my car back for other maintenance and routine check ups and what not. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I brought my vehicle in because I thought some thing was rubbing on my wheel. Dee s looked at my vehicle and discovered an ice build up under my vehicle the was around the drive shaft. They cleaned it up and did not charge me. Also I called and they were able to take a look that same day. Very friendly service! I m glad they were able to take care of my vehicle.

The techs were able to diagnose and properly fix all the issues my car was having as well as explain what was wrong. Excellent service and experience!!! I couldn't recommend Dee's enough! Not only for their workmanship, but their honesty, openness, and willingness to work with customers to make sure they leave satisfied.My 2017 Subaru developed a manifold leak and at the time the Subaru dealership was unable to repair it as it was just out of their warranty due to mileage, and so I took it to Dee's to be repaired third party. A week later I received a notice in the mail from Subaru of America stating that they extended their warranty and that NOW they could cover the cost of the repair. But, seeing as I now had third party parts installed, the new warranty was void. Ouch.Long story short, it began a back and forth battle between myself (an angry customer), Subaru of America, and the unlucky third party repair shop Dee's. Ultimately, a solution as found and I was able to walk away from a frustrating situation reasonably satisfied, due 100% to Dee's outstanding customer service and willingness to work with their customers.These Gents clearly put the customer first. It's not their first walk in the park, and they understand how frustrating vehicle repair can be. After my personal experience I'd feel incredibly comfortable sending my wife, friends and family there with no hesitation.Thanks again!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I brought my car in for an unknown issue and shared that I had an extended warranty and left the paperwork in the car. The staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue and Cody had submitted a claim to the warranty company even before reaching out to me. There were some delays and supply issues that were out of their control but he kept me updated as he was able. With a little luck the parts came in a bit early and once they arrived I had my vehicle within a day. He did all the work with the warranty company, I never had to talk to them. To me that s invaluable. I would recommend they have great customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dee's always has excellent customer service! I love working with them. They are always willing to work on our trusty little Volkswagen Eurovan, which can be hard to come by! They also send over quotes and invoices via text/email which makes for a seamless process of approving the work they recommend and paying for service. Thank you guys!

The guys at Dee's are phenomenal! I dropped my care off after work on a Monday. They got it in and sent me an estimate Tuesday morning. Cody then called me to go over the estimate. All work was completed by Wednesday morning and one of the guys came to my work to pick me up and take me to my car. My total price was actually a couple hundred less than the original estimate so even better! I highly recommend Dee'sServices: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

My wife popped two of her tires, and we were in a pinch. They were super quick to fit us in, and order us two tires on a last minute notice! They were incredibly accommodating, quick, and concise when we needed a mechanic.
