Brought my car in for a 40k mile maintenance and asked not to have my car washed in the service request but they did anyways. Looks like the washed it with sand paper as there swirls all over the paint now. Definitely weren't this bad before my service because I just did a paint correction a couple months ago. Guess I'll be doing another one.Edit: Shortly after the original review a manager did reach out to me and offered to have their detail team address the issue at no expense to me. The detail team did a good job clearing up the swirls looks much better than it did before so good on Dahl for fixing the mistake.

I bought my Mazda here in 2018, I ve never had a bad experience in all the time I ve gotten service here. Special shout-out to Michelle, Heather, and Jason for being so helpful every time I visit. Pricing is good & the lounge makes any wait painless. 10/10

When one of our vehicles was totaled we were scrambling to find another vehicle quickly. The team helped us get our vehicle to us despite it being a bit out of their delivery zone. The team at Dahl saved my family so much time, and took away from the stress. 100% would buy from them again.

UNETHICAL SCUMBAGS!!! TOOK my Mazda to them with an engine knock, they said it was no big deal, it was a fuel pump problem, found out later it was a timing chain recall issue, although they didn't want to do the recall work on a car that they didn't sell, brought the car to them before the 100,000 mile, 10 year deadline, they lied about the issue and when I Learned about the real problem, deadline was just passed, then they were willing to fix it, for $13,000. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS

Absolutely wonderful! Brian, in service, made my first visit so impressive! I come to La Crosse on weekends. I'll definitely be bringing my car here vs having my service done in Green Bay going forward.

Dahl Mazda of Lacrosse has a customer's lounge with drinks ( hot or cold), a separate children's lounge, a Ford car museum, and 8 to 10 service bays just for different brands that I counted ( Mazda, Hundui & Ford) The next center over took care of another set of cars also Dahl of Lacrosse, same across the street. After a recent new tire buying experience at Dahl Hyundai, I suffered a blowout from a large untreated pothole. I had my vehicle towed to the dealer. Having just purchased new tires a blowout was the last thing I needed. It was determined that the tire was not repairable and that a new one would be needed. The tire would be ordered and replaced. Although the tire was not immediately available I was promised a quick turnaround. The dealer's shuttle service made things much easier by delivering me to my residence. The next day I received a call stating the tire was on the way and there were no other damages to the vehicle. The new tire was mounted and balanced, alignment checked, and a thorough inspection was made. Job complete, because of a road Hazzard warranty the charges for new tire and alignment was $0.00. That is service. Thanks, Dahl Hyundai.

I had the worst experience while working with Dahl. They did work on my car for a coolant issue that didn t actually fix the problem. Took it back to them again to fix the issue. When the quote was over priced, I decided to pass and take it somewhere else. When I picked my car back up from them the car was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I got an oil change from them previously and had no problems until recently, I found out they overfilled the oil a few months ago, which caused more damage to the vehicle and now I am stuck paying for repairs.

Have never had good experience. Do not inform me of warranty coverage or even coupons, i have to beg for them. Used their online scheduler and turns out it doesn't actually talk the dealer. Sold me a Mazda Certified car with issues and i had to go back multiple times to get resolved. Can't get battery replaced under warranty at other more friendly Dahl outlets (the battery is Mazda specific?), but there's something wrong with the car that battery keeps dying and it is over 2 weeks until they can get me in for service. Would not have bought Mazda if I'd known their service was this bad.

The service is really good and they get the most points for all the stuff for people waiting on their cars. Drinks, TV, Newspaper, lots of seating, private area for professionals to do business on a laptop. A museum on top of everything. They didn't give very accurate appraisal on my car in the light maintenance side, good customer service but not very informative. If you don't know a lot about cars ask someone who does or research it yourself. They don't really explain much or tell you the difference between the two desks they have inside. The one you walk in on the left is for tire replacement and light jobs, the desk on the right you have to walk furthest to is for more serious work.

Oil changed by a place I can trust. Need to update the front lounge, it's getting a little old and broken down, though.And I swear that orange fish was watching my every move. He needs more friends.

Great service, appropriate wait times. I recently started using DAHL for service on my import(s), and their work is excellent. My vehicle(s) are done when promised and most importantly, they are in the state that I would expect them in. Do not confuse this facility with some 10-minute oil change shed. This is a service center where the men and women are well trained, efficient, and strive to please the customer.

Bought a car that was a year old. 3 months later my brakes were shot and the rude "manager" of the shop told me that I must have worn out my brakes in 3 months and I would have to pay for the diagnosis and repair. After talking to the manager of the location about the issue he scheduled me a time to repair the brakes free of charge.....after I got my car back my rotors were so warped my car violently shook every time I slowed the vehicle down. $400 later through my own mechanic, the issue was properly resolved.

Passing thru Lacross last week. Our engine light was on in my Ford truck. The service advisor said it would be a week before she could get us in. She was aware we were from Illinois and passing thru.She also expressed it was not safe to drive.Pulled into Goodyear down the street they were able to diagnose within 2 min. and let us know It was safe to drive. Suggest Goodyear service over Dahl In Lacross

Was told an hour and a half wait for an oil change and a tire patch, come back 2 hours later and just the oil change had been done...2 hours for an oil change?? Save yourself the time and go to a different location that schedules you a time, I only came for a promotional free oil change, would not recommend.

Needed a hitch on my car. When I went to pay they told me I owed about $200 more than what I was quoted. They did only charge what I was quoted. Realized that it was a class 1 that was put on not a class 3 when I told them I would be hauling a heavy load across the country... when I called and told them the situation I was hung up on at least twice and transferred so many times I lost count. Customer service is awful

They hype up the first oil change free but the wait to get an oil change is 2+ hours no matter when you come. Not worth waiting around for. Rather pay someone and get it done in 10 minutes.

Dahl motors is always treated me good but it's why I keep going back it's why I do my oil changes there everybody's pretty nice and they do a good job and they put up with me.

No integrity and very rude!!! We had a pre-approved loan they ran our credit 17 times. They lost a sale. Stay away from this establishment!

Overcharged for an oil change. They didn't call when it was done and then forgot where they parked my car. After finding my car I discovered they left my headlights on. Not great service for such a high price

Called ahead if time said yeah were open until 6. Get there at 4 and they say sorry we already sent our people home.
