In the past two years my family has purchased two cars from Coulee Auto on La Crosse s North Side. The selection of used cars there is far beyond any big name dealership in the area and I encourage everyone to take a look. Coulee is family owned, their staff is kind and knowledgeable, and when we found the cars we wanted, the process was quick and we were driving our cars home within a couple of hours. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY WITH A VEHICLE IN MY LIFE!!! I continue to go back for help with the different features on my car because my previous one was old and didn t have a lot of modern features , Incidentally, I was given an astronomically fair trade allowance, too! I really can t rave enough about Coulee Auto and the entire staff; if you re in the market for a car, it s definitely the place to shop!

I heard rear brake grinding last night. Called Coulee Auto Service, dropped my car off in the morning. Car was ready with new brakes and pads before lunch. They diagnosed and resolved the brake issue in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend to take all your vehicle needs to Coulee Auto Service. - Satisfied Customer for life.

I recently had an issue with an ongoing problem with my steering/ tires. Coulee staff and mechanics helped me resolve the issue same day and I was on my way. I was treated with dignity and respect, timeliness and professionalism. I also found the work done was very affordable as well. Thank You Coulee Team. :)

I had my thermostat replaced in a very timely manner and it's running smooth. Their after hour drop off makes it easier to get your car in sooner. Overall experience was great

Just as in the past, my current experience (thermostat issue) at Coulee Auto Service Center was exceptional. The response time was prompt, the scheduled appointment was quicker than I anticipated and the issue was resolved. Again as in the past, having a warranty through Coulee Auto was hassle free.

I did appreciate Coulee auto service center. There fast and convenient and will figure out whatever you car problem. I also thought there pricing was pretty fair compared to other places in the past! Also skyler did a great job communicating and getting back to me on car updates! Thanks you guys very much!

I had some work on the Subaru I had purchased from Coulee Auto and was very happy with that experience as well. The young lady at the desk is very nice and knowledgeable. They did everything that was needed for my car and at a reasonable price. I will continue to use Coulee Auto for all my automotive needs.

Passing through LaCrosse and my Subaru's oil light came on. I asked Coolee for a open time for service and they got me in right away. Between Skyler and Lynn, the mechanic, were very helpful in getting me back on the road safely with extra precautions to handle when I get back to my destination. It's so rare to find honest, available and thorough service. Thank you guys!

Scheduling was easy, I had to reschedule a couple times and they were accommodating. Service was great, they did an inspection on my truck and explained to me what was found.

Amazing service!We had an overheating warning on the dash.Called Coulee Auto. They had us in on the same day. As we left they were already pulling it in to be inspected. Vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by the next morning.The Vehicle runs better than when we first purchased it.Quality of Service, Timely repair, extremely reasonably priced.Coulee Auto will be who we trust. Literally hassle free. The staff and service are both truly amazing. Samantha the receptionist is completely knowledgeable of the business and will help your experience be as smooth as mine.Unfortunately there aren t six stars. So Coulee Auto definitely gets the 5.Service: Auto power window repair

Having my car serviced twice at Coulee Auto Care were such great experiences. The communication with the service team was excellent! I was updated when parts were in, I was kept in the loop about when my vehicle would be ready. I even received a follow up call to make sure everything was working well. Between the friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians, and the comfortable beautiful waiting area, I look forward to going back!

Overall happy with my services. They had to keep my Jeep over note night for an alignment, but it worked out ok. ThanksThe staff was welcoming and informative. Pulled my car up got my more than fair quotes , was given the option of different parts was informed about the differences in each and what was reccomended . I was happy with the speed of the service! Finally a place that doesn t feel like your local scam shop! I will be back when I have issues in the future ! Gentleman named Skylar made me feel comfortable and informed on everything I asked as he obviously has a surplus of car knowledge

I bought a vehicle from their dealership as well as been serviced by them in their mechanic location here. Every experience I've had dealing with either location and their people have been magnificent! If you get the pleasure of meeting, Austin, Skyler, or Sammantha, you're in excellent hands. Although I have no doubt the rest of the team kicks a**. If you need to buy a car and want to do it smart, go through them. They will honestly help you with very authentic care that you just don't see anymore. And I'm from California. Sammantha is the receptionist and she was kind enough to drive me home while my car was being worked on so I didn't have to sit in the lobby for five hours. That's the level of thoughtfulness and consideration that has proven time and time again to tower over other businesses in the area.Going here is a bonus if you're a dog lover.Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing, Auto sunroof glass replacement
