Abra went above and beyond when I was stalled out on the highway after getting my car and warning, lights came on I was freaking out! Finally, I was able to start it and drive just a short distance, and they came and made everything right by giving me a loaner car and figuring out the problem, which was none of their problem (something my deceased father had done). Josh assured me that my car was safe to drive out on the highway and if I ever needed anything to call him!! What a lifesaver! And the car itself looked beautiful!

The service that I experienced at Abra was top notch for my Toyota! Mike is super helpful and very knowledgeable. The excellent customer service and care that he displayed is one of kind. There was constant communication via text messages with updates regarding the progress of my repair. My work was minimal as he took care of the entire claim process with my insurance company. The crew there did a great job as my vehicle was completed on time and the best part is that the repairs look great! One can t even tell that my vehicle was even in an accident.

Started with less than 5 mph bump (trailer 2" receiver) leaving a hole. All sensors and cameras needed replacement. All their effort to get it correct shows.

Abra did a great job on my Mazda. They were friendly, accommodating, kept in contact with me every step of the way, and provided me with an awesome rental while mine was being fixed. Only downfall is that my accident was end of August, and I wasn t able to be at it in until December 14. Just goes to prove how busy they are because of the good work they do it was worth the wait!Thank you!

Edited: Original Post: Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I hit a deer about 2 months ago and they fixed my car quickly (especially compared to estimated time frames from other body shops) and it looks brand new! Extremely happy with the service I received, especially how I was sent frequent text updates about the status of the repairs.Now that I've had my car back for a little over a week, I have to change my review. Since getting my car back, I have noticed that the "new" hood for my car has a pretty significant gouge and bubbling in the paint. The light bulb or entire headlight fixture that they replaced is so dim that it might as well not even be there. But the biggest issue is the extreme wobbling that happens whenever I slow down my car. My car did not do this before I took it into the shop, so I can only assume it's a result of hitting the deer. However, this wobbling is so noticeable, that there is no way it should have been overlooked.

Josh was outstanding with his communication, kept me updated on status of part and paint job. He was understanding and helped us through the process. My daughter stated that the service was outstanding and that she would definitely recommend and use Abra services with any future needs. I have personally had another vehicle s work done here and job was outstanding. Definitely a 5 star plus

They did a great job!!! They took almost 3 weeks to repair the car possibly due to thanksgiving; and a phone call could have been appreciated. They did keep me informed via text messages. Other than that no complaints.

Broke my passenger side mirror, and the team at ABRA did such an amazing job helping me find a replacement for a fair price. They were very accommodating on when I came in for the replacement to be installed, and the receptionist was very kind while I waited. Speaking of waiting, it took less time than when I ve had oil changes performed! You can t even tell that it isn t the original mirror. I would see them again in the future without hesitation. Although I hope I won t need to.

I had my rear bumper replaced, minor damage done to it. Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was done by Friday, extremely satisfied with the whole process. Also, got a brand new 2024 forester to drive while repairs were taking place.

Just dropped my car off after hitting a deer this past weekend. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and helpful. I feel as if my car is in good hands. Obviously haven't had the work done yet but the great customer service so far definitely puts my mind at ease. Before picture of the damage. Will post an after once it's done.

Unfortunately for me, I ve been a customer for quite some time. That said, the service has always been excellent, however, somehow they ve gotten better! You know how/when you stumble across something great? Well, that applies in my case. Let me tell you; it s worth being said, amongst taking care of every scratch on your vehicle, they make sure you re comfortable while waiting. They have leather seats, snacks for the kiddos, toys for toddlers, etc. I almost felt my shoes were too dirty for their floor. More importantly, as a Veteran, they honored me with a discount. If I could leave someone a tip, it would be to Dawn (the receptionist)! If she reads this, Dawn, I don t know how much you re being paid, whatever it is, it s NOT enough!!

I have never had to have body work done on my car, but ABRA made the process simple. The customer service was amazing, and the work that was done to the car I feel was done pretty well. The only complaint I have would be that insurance only covered after-market parts, so some of the lines I feel aren't quite right between the hood and the front end. Again, is this due to the parts or what I do not know. Customer service is important to me, and I truly believe that Mike was honest with me about the few concerns I had, and they tried their best with what the insurance company allowed them to order. Car looks amazing, and no one would ever know it's not quite right. It's just my baby, my charger, and so yeah, I noticed it, but in time, I won't be thinking about it.

I have a warranty (txxw white paint concerns warranty )on my 2016 Hyundai sonata for pre mature paint peeling and I need an estimate done for repainting my roof- work was refused by Abra because they don't get paid enough for warranty work- mind you I purchased the car through dahl which they have a contract through- I hope them saving money is worth the review - un happy customer smdh

It took over a month to get my jeep in for an estimate. After it was in it took 8 days for all repairs. They were very informative during this process through text messages. Everything looks on point. From installation to finishing. Everyone I talked to was super friendly. A great business.

I worked with Dawn and Julie when I had to repair my Mazda. I was thoroughly impressed with how sweet, knowledgeable, and kind they were. They kept me informed through the entire process which was something new for me. I loved getting the text messages of where my car was in the whole process. I would highly recommend ABRA to everyone!
