When my 2012 Nissan Rogue had transmission problems, I called Gandrud Nissan service department. Their schedule was booked a week out. I was not a previous customer and yet, if I brought the vehicle in, they would fit it in when they could. I brought it over mid afternoon one day and first thing the next day I received a call from them. The transmission had failed and needed to be replaced. They were patient with me as I made the difficult decision to let the car go. They were helpful and courteous throughout my time with them. I would recommend Gandrud to any family or friends in need.

Eric was awesome and went out of his way to collaborate with our third-party warranty provider and saved us thousands. Service was fast, and a rental was covered during the entire duration. Eric kept us in the loop every step of the way. Great experience!

Eric was friendly and professional. He found additional repairs that were also covered by Nissan and let me know that he would replace a faulty transmission sensor and a hood latch. My repairs were completed in less than one day! I am very pleased.

They were absolutely incredible to work with. Chris in sales was very responsiveand knowledgeable on every question we had. Nick in Finance was one of the best finance people we have ever dealt with in years of buying cars. He even set us up with a transportation company to deliver the car so that we did not have to worry about finding someone reputable. I would highly recommend this dealership. We will be using thwm for our future purchases.

I went in for all the bells and whistles on a deal I got in the mail. Oil change, tire rotation, checking all the fluids, and everything underneath. I knew it would be a wait, but lucky lucky me, I was comfortable enjoying a coffee and wifi in their waiting area. Definitely going to be going back when I need to

Just dropped in for an oil change/tire rotation because I needed it done quickly. They were pleasant, but said it was going to take 1.5 hrs. I expected to wait. Got comfortable with their complimentary soda/popcorn and got to work. 45 min later they came out and said it was done! VERY pleasant surprise!!! Was told by another company that my oil drain plug was stuck in the oil pan and would need to have the oil pan replaced. Gandrud did it no issues and was fast.

I recently brought our Nissan Rogue into Gandrud for routine maintenance. The minute I pulled up to the service door I was greeted by a smiling service attendant who grabbed my keys, took the numbers he needed from my vehicle and sent me on my way to the lounge to wait for my vehicle to be ready. Every time we go to Gandrud the service has been top notch whether getting a ding in the hood addressed or getting a call from service writer Eric regarding a recall on the Rogue and getting us in as soon as possible to fix the problem. My wife and I have been very pleased with our all around experience at Gandrud.

I made an appointment, I was there on time. When I walked in Eric knew who I was, and started the process. A young man, and I don t know his name came out with paper. Maths said hello, shut my hand and took my car while I went to wait in the lobby. 30 minutes later my car was done. They reviewed all items on my vehicle with me. Told me that by fall. I needed to consider getting new tires as mine were starting to wear but I would be good for the summer months. Everyone there is very professional. Always professional and courteous, it's what I appreciate when using Gandrud Nissan Service Center. They explain what they find while inspecting your vehicle and give you options ( and prices) on how to keep it running great.

Bought our vehicle on Monday, picked it up at the end of the day. Tuesday we noticed a chip in the windshield (no we did not have a stone hit it on the way home) . Gandrud was closed Tuesday so we called Wednesday. They will NOT fix it or replace it. Very disappointing and being accused of having it happen after we bought it was disappointing and disrespectful. Especially since they laughed as they said it. My bad for not looking over every inch of the vehicle several times to catch it before we bought it. My bad for trusting Gandrud to stand behind their product. My advise, shop elsewhere with someone who will stand behind their product for at least 24 hours and respect their clients.

Eric in the service dept, as well as Shutttle Steve, the gals in the office were ALL a pure joy to work with!! My Nissan had to be towed there this week, and they treated it and me as a VIP and getting the repairs done ASAP. All of them are Heros and deserve a raise!!

This Gandrud Nissan Service location is great. I have been having my vehicle serviced here for a while, and they have successfully attended to all my issues.
