Trever did an amazing job changing both of my headlights! He was kind and personable, even if I did not even know what headlights I needed. Really helpful, and I am glad he guided me through the process smoothly! Thanks again!

shawn helped with removing and installing my battery. The jeep is lifted. asked before he could climbed it to install the battery. Did an awesome job and was respectful. Would recommend the AutoZone on west mason.

I was in a bind with my battery constantly dying (or so I thought) and I stopped into the Mason street location about 8:30 thinking that they were open till 10 and would be able to help me potentially charge my battery or tell me what was wrong with it. Not only did Liz the manager offer to charge it even with them closing at 9, she tested the battery and saw that my battery wasn t the problem, but that my left terminal was loose and she helped me tighten it back up so I had no further issues. She was super pleasant and helpful and I ll always come back to this location after that!

Yesterday, on a Saturday I found myself needing a new car battery. Stopped in that morning and spoke to Jacob-very helpful! He advised I let my car run another 15-20 minutes and I did for a better battery test. I decided to get a new battery and Dylan installed it right away. It is very nice to have a place to go to on a Saturday or Sunday for this kind of service! 3 year warranty on the battery as well.

Slow service. Three of us standing there waiting to be waited on. Manager walked by saw us and kept doing what he was doing. I got so tired of waiting i put it back on shelf and went to NAPA. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Staff here are so helpful.... Even when the computer isn't working correctly. Almost every time I'm there they have to switch to another computer for some reason. But they always figure it out somehow. Clean store well maintained. Very busy, this is the main store for Green Bay. They deliver parts to the other Autozones. Even when there are not retail clients, this store stays busy.

My wife and I are visiting from Houston, Texas with our five children. We left Bay Beach amusement park and were hit with a battery indicator and check charge system message on the dash of our Honda odyssey. We have had good luck with the AutoZone near our home back in Houston, so we decided to go to AutoZone first. They also seem to be the only ones open at the time which was around 6:00 p.m.Jacob, the store manager, immediately diagnosed the alternator for us. They had the replacement part in store, and he let me borrow the stores tools to Begin work replacing the alternator. This occurred in their parking lot. The job was much more complicated than similar Replacements I have worked in the past. Jacob frequently came out to check on how things were going When the Crowds died down, but he was short staffed and couldn't stay long. Still, his frequent visits and crucial help in Breaking the torque on a bolt that I could not loosen, as well as disconnecting an electrical connector, were completely invaluable.After about three and a half hours of working in the parking lot, I was able to get back to the point where the belt needed to be routed and tensioned properly. Then I could commence work on reattaching the coolant and power steering reservoirs. Despite needing to close up shop, Jacob still came out to help check in on us, and then we were joined by Bill who worked stock in the back. While Jacob closed, Bill helped me get the belt back on and tensioned properly. He also helped me get everything else buttoned back up. To top things off, Bill followed us back to the house we are renting to ensure we got home safely. At 10:30, we pulled into the driveway.At no point in the evening did neither Bill nor Jacob show the slightest sign that we were an inconvenience. They were friendly the entire time, and very patient with my limited mechanical skills as I tried to change the alternator in their parking lot. All the while they were very polite to my wife and children. To stay as late as they did to ensure that we were not left alone in a parking lot in an unfamiliar area is service which goes above and beyond what I could have ever expected.These two gentlemen saved my family's vacation. Thank you, Jacob and Bill.

Recently I came in with my daughter's vehicle. It had a blinker out as well as a headlight. I had no idea what I was doing or how I was going to fix these issues even though they were relatively minor. I met with a gentleman by the name of Trevor f. He was very efficient and helped me find both of the bulbs that I needed quickly. It was dark outside yet he still came outside to my vehicle and helped me to change the headlight. It was a struggle as this vehicle is not an easy one to change a headlight on. But he took the time to make sure that I got it fixed correctly and that the vehicle was safe to drive. He was a very polite and pleasant to be around. I would have had no clue how to change this and I don't know very many people in the area so the fact that he was so willing to come outside and help me was very much appreciated!

The place was absolutely packed when we got there but I was still able to be helped in a timely manner. I ordered something online and it was ready and sitting right there waiting for me, also the guy that helped me was quite knowledgeable and very courteous. Overall it was a great experience and I have nothing bad to say about them.

Need to stagger breaks employee was very friendly. Wasn't impressed by female employee Hold on a min. Then vanished but her coworkers picked up her slack .The main drawback is the $ 20 reward for 5 purchases even though they have ur email you have to keep track of card big turn off.

Was waiting in line and employee, about 50 years old, balding, Jacob clearly saw me and aS soon as the customer ahead of me was finished, Jacob knew I was there and purposely didn t make eye contact as I moved forward and left the register to go do something else. So I stood there waiting another 5-10 minutes at his register until he finally came back. I was in a hurry so I would ve found it less frustrating if he would ve acknowledged me and then said I need a minute or two I ll be right back.. instead, I stood there, wondering if he was even going to come down back to that till at all also thinking, maybe I should go get in the back of the other line next to me.

Went on 3 hour travel, stopped and gear oil all over the front of camper, rear diff cover blew out, found me capacity specs affordable fluid and sealant didnt have the cover at that specific store but billed me out so all i had to do was pick it up. Fastest ive ever got what i needed with happy service five stars

I was told by an employee on 1/8/2022 that they could not replace the battery I had just purchased because the battery terminal had to be removed in order to replace they battery and they could not be liable for losing any part or damaging the batter terminal. This was on a 2016 Chevy Cruze. The battery terminal clips on top of the battery, additional cables do not need to be removed.

Parts are decent but I had an issue trying to find a part. Okay, in their defense I wasn't calling it the right thing for what they had it filed under. But I still had a part number and was told it wasn't a real part number until the manager came around and then he found it right away.

the girl named summer that works there is very aggressive and unprofessional.. she insisted and told us multiple times we had no idea what we are doing and the motor we said was wrong.. so much so that an employee came to intervene and she said it was a debate.. it was not.. it was 2 company owners trying to keep calm while she had no idea what she was saying.. she kept saying bring the vin and she would apologize.. we gave her vin to prove she was wrong and no apology happened.. our company will no longer buy parts from you guys.. i get it shes young and wants to prove herself but she shouldn't be in this line of work.. never talk to a customer how she did and so loud other shoppers were listening.. so mad i wont even return the part i bought.. ill take it as a loss just like you guys will employing such a rude person.. good luck

I come to the west side of town because I know the employees here will never steer me wrong. (pun intended) Erick was extremely helpful! I needed a rear blinker bulb. After purchasing it, he came outside and installed it for me. I asked that he show me what to do that way I could do it next time. He took his time and showed me every step of the process! Thank you Erick, you're the best!

I called today to inquire about the driver position. when i asked to leave a message for the store manager. the employee that answered gave me a lot of resistance and was trying very hard to not take a message.he kept telling me it would be easier if I called back. this annoyed me greatly and gave the impression that he was being lazyafter much pushing on my end he took my number but i had to repeat it 4 times then after he was trying to end the call without my name which i also had to give multiple times.I've been in and out of customer service since 1995 and I never treated a customer this way. this was beyond an epic fail

The cashier did a great job but he s only one guy. There s literally 4 other employees walking around and a line of over 7 people waiting to checkout with only one cashier and he s also the only one answering the phones. Need to get some more employees willing to help customers

I went in here as a last resort, knowing AutoZone is worse than the Walmart of auto parts stores... That would be putting it nicely. It was my own poor judgment. The guy that tried to help me not only sold me the wrong wiper blades but broke my current wiper blade trying to get them on. He was a trainwreck from beginning to end, he couldn't even understand his own parts screen--I was having to help him figure it out. Lesson here: Never, ever go to AutoZone, even as a last resort. Edit: This was about 6:15pm or 6:30pm on Wednesday, August 31st.
