Stopped in early today because exhaust issues. The guy working was helpful. Let me try the adapter for exhaust to see if it fits. Great customer service

I spent $250 on parts that I called for and when I got them the parts went to a truck. They didn t want to give me my money back. Once I receive my money back I had to buy other parts the part that I had to buy were Lugnuts that went to tires for my car the Lugnuts did not fit so I called and spoke to a young man told him what was going on and that I needed to return the Lugnuts once I came to the store the guy told me they can only refund me two Lugnuts mind you it was $73 for all the Lugnuts that that purchase. I wouldn t recommend this store to my worst enemies.

My 4 year old had to go to the bathroom while we were there and the two guys at the counter happily told us we weren't allowed to use the bathroom due to "company policy." We went down the road to Autozone where they were happy to let her use the bathroom and take our $125 purchase. Won't ever go back to Advance.

Not my go to store for auto parts anymore! This place has gone down hill in every aspect possible! After ordering online and getting USED Spark plugs I m Definitely done With this store! I have been Inconvenienced enough with bad experiences the last handful of times , all which could of been prevented on the stores side of it! I ll be looking for a different place to buy my auto needs from from now on!

Needed to replace a headlight on Nissan Murano that had a very complicated access. Not only did they have the model of light I needed but they were also very willing to spend quite a bit of time to replace it for me. Very good service. Highly recommend. Will be definitely back.

Went in to get bead sealer. They did not have any on the show floor but they did have some in the back but the old"thinks he knows it all" man said it would be way too expensive. Then the other employee went and got it to price check it and it was $12.

My drive belt ripped to shreds and Josea had helped not only finding the part but also installed it for me knowing the importance of having that belt. Could not ask for better customer service and I will return to this particular advance auto just because of this great experience!!!!

Pleasantly surprised how often they have my part in stock.Although I despise the high auto part prices in Green Bay, I find myself at Advance more often than not.Decent enough parts; instock.

Helped me get new lock gas cap on truck , taking the time to go out on the cold to make sure it would be easier for me to open as this was a replacement for the hard to open one I had , I give them a 10**********& thanks for a job well done

the Hispanic manager flew through our business lot going over 25mph in a 5mph zone almost hit me then had the Gaul to turn around and say why'd you walk out in front of my car.1st of Pedestrians have the right away2nd you're speeding for no apparent reason3rd for being in a manager position you'd think he'd handle himself a little more professional instead of accusational

The employee was very knowledgeable about the parts that I was looking for he found them very quickly gave me a few options I got what I needed and I was out of the store in under 10 minutes

Wife went to get some help and not very helpful the guy at the counter didn't seem to care for what she was asking for and all it was was a windshield wipertimes that I've gone seem to have been very helpful maybe it was just one employee
