Literally the worst. I bought 4 new tires on Nov. 9th black friday deal. The earliest appointment was the 30th which is today. I got an email a week later saying the tires were at the store and ready for install on my appointment date. So its 12:36 pm and they dont even know if my tires are here. They claim someone is checking trailers for them. On top of me waiting almost two hours and counting just to see if they have them but, if they do have them I will have to schedule a new appointment past December 14th since my appointment slot is gone due to the failure of not having my tires ready. I have to be at work at 1pm so it looks like I won't be getting nothing today. I promise you I will never come here again thats a fact.

I've had ok experiences in the past. But also have had poor experiences. I was told it'd be 30-60 minutes for my oil change. Came back 1 hour and 10 minutes later and the car hadn't even been pulled into the shop yet. Given that I had stuff to do, I left and got my oil changed at another local place for a little bit more.

Excellent.. TIRE service. Had a lump in it. The lady helped me so fast an then the workers fixed my tire with no attitudes. I would go back to them AGAIN.

I was able to set an appointment for all new tires the next day. Service was done quickly. I walked around the store until they were done. They re short staffed but were very accommodating. If you need tires, coming here is a good choice.

The whole team at this place is phenomenal. I ve been to many tire repair shops in the past and I ve never had a better experience than when I go here. I know next to nothing about cars and the team here makes sure you know exactly what they are doing, why, and how much it ll cost. I don t care what the price is, there is something to be said about feeling like you re getting excellent service from people who know what they are doing and are happy to answer questions you have. This is the kind of team you NEED working on your car. The woman at the front desk is extremely helpful as well and handles settling you in better than anyone I ve ever met while also helping the other staff, she makes dreading a car repair situation into a pleasant one. I can t sing praises enough for this team and honestly can t wait to see them again next time I need them. 10/10

Customers Beware!Ordered 4 tires online and had them installed here. Soon after 3 of these tires went flat. All leaking at the bead when soaped... Extremely poor workmanship and super slow service.

Spur of the moment oil change while shopping. Went very well, and was completed in a very good time. I love the status texts they provide as the car moves through the process.

Bought tires online and scheduled service online. Tires were late so I canceled my appointment. Called to reschedule, when I got there I was told they cannot mount my tires due to being too low profile.

Ummm they don t answer the phone. Been on for about a half hour now waiting. I will update this review if/when they answer the phone & I get serviced!

i was kinda skeptical because of the reviews, but given that they were better than most of the other walmarts, i gave it a shot !! i m very satisfied!! mary is an absolute JEM & the whole team is doing a fantastic job! i went on a monday morning at 7 am in case that makes a difference hehe thank you for your hard work!! <3Service: TiresService: Tires

Took 1-1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation, and not too busy. When at home I double checked the dip stick , and found that my car was TWO QUARTZ SHORT. Drove back and got a complete refund. Lady next to me said they put the wrong size tires on her $60k Lincoln, and it caused $2500 in damage to the car. I also saw a $50k jeep get backed out of the garage so fast that it skid sideways. DONT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE !!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Closed 5 hours earlier than advertised. I called at 1:30 to see how long the wait was for me to get my tire repaired with my road hazard warranty. Was told shop was closing at 3 (advertised closing is 7 pm) and I would be able to get my tire fixed if I arrived before then. I got there around 2 and then was told everyone was going to lunch and when they got back the auto center was going to be closed due to being short-staffed.

I had called at 3:15 pm and asked if I can bring in a tire to have replaced. The worker in auto center said yes and that they were open til 7. However when I arrived at 4:10, I waited in line for my turn but was told that they couldn t work on my tire because they close at 5 and wouldn t have enough time. I was told to come back the following day and so I asked if they close at 5pm everyday. She replied no, just today because they are short staff. I understand that being short staff would mean completing the task would be longer but u don t understand the need to close 2 hrs early if the hours of operation were suppose to be til 7pm.

I had a 4:00 appointment to get 4 new tires. Mary Pat was amazingly helpful in getting me the correct tires for my car and got me signed in despite computer issues. I was in and out in less than an hour. I'll definitely be back and recommend to friends/ family.

i had to wait 2hr for just 4 new tires n it was all lose wheel they came out n told me a hour later that they didnt start on my tires yet n they say that my tires was low pro n it was hard do it my tires size was 21550r17 n those r not low pro plus they had like 7 Employee working at the time....Sound like yr guy need more training n better customer service yr worker n lube deparment was be very rude and unprofessional talking to me i hope this does happen to some one else i would not reccomend people to this store...Plus u have to wait 2 weeks just to get a appointment to have yr car service n all they so is oil change n tires i recommend they need more training or get some new worker that r willing to work hard...

There were no cashiers to check us out. I'm am an elderly, disabled woman who needed help. This is so unfair to force us to self checkout. There were employees standing around but offered no help. I have been coming to this store for many years and I will not shop this store again.

They have always been very courteous, friendly & provide relatively fast service (as fast as can be reasonably expected). The weather has been horrible this past week & they seemed very overwhelmed with what seemed like everyone in town was getting service there so I left disappointed that they couldn't get my car in for a tire repair but I definitely understood. They sell GREAT batteries & tires, usually a little cheaper than other places.

1st person in line and 3 F&:$:!? hours to mount and balance 2 tires. On top of that, it took 20 minutes just to get checked out. One tire mounted correctly with black wall out and the other with white wall out. Tires not even filled to proper tire pressure. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Tire service is awful. Bought two tires online and call on Sunday morning to schedule an appointment for my tires to be installed. The man on the phone said to just come in and they will install my tires on for me. I told him that I was there yesterday and appointments had to be made for tire installments. He still said to just come in. Went in and hour later and man at the counter said I got to schedule an appointment for the tires to be installed. And takes me about 20 minutes just to get to that Walmart!

I blew a tire on Highway 41 on a Sunday night, and the staff was kind enough to stay a few extra minutes to put on a new tire for me. That saved me a ton of money from being towed all the way back to Appleton. I'm very thankful for their kindness and professionalism!

Went for an oil change-- didn't have to wait long at all. There were others there waiting for tires, and I know there was a bit of a wait there. The staff did a good job keeping people updated on where they were at in the queue. Keith was very friendly, making recommendations, and not trying to upsell me like some of those quick oil change places, which I really appreciated. He even pointed me to the free coffee and a wall outlet when he saw I was doing some work on my laptop while I waited (using store's free wi-fi). I've been to this location in the past for tire patches, and always appreciate the great service. I was in and out very quickly!

1. Phone rang 14 times before someone answered, and he said, auto. 2. When I said I had trailer tires to mount, he said we'll have to see if we can do it. If not you can go to Fleet Farm. 3. The cost to mount, balance and recycle was more than the tires.

I must admit I had a very terrible experience the other day at the Walmart auto care center in Germantown Wisconsin! The only reason why I gave them four stars is because they were short-staffed and with your Monistat they had they still did a pretty excellent job but to be honest with you if I could I would never step foot inside of that place again! Unless I had to and if I have to I'm just going to mentally prepare myself to be there for at least 4 hours no matter what the job is! SMH but like I said the staff is nice and they do do their best to try to get you in and out and do a good job on your vehicle. I'll still recommend them to my friends

Brought in a set of tires for mount/balance. Work was completed in less than 30 minutes, and I was on my way. I have had RV or Auto tires mounted 5 times now either at Germantown or Hartford and have been very satisfied.

Bought new tires, but they wouldn't put them on because the lady couldn't get my 5 speed in reverse. I was still in the store, went out and put it in reverse with NO PROBLEM. It's a '96 Accord, so sometimes with an older car, u have to MAKE SURE u move the stick shift ALL THE WAY OVER before you go down to get it in gear, anyone who has driven stick knows that, and she claimed that she has driven for 46 years....but how many of those years has she driven stick?? When was the last time she had?? Absolutely ridiculous, when I walked right out the door and put it in gear and told her about it!! But, instead I had to drive down the road to tires plus, who put them on, with not a problem at all!! On top of that, I paid part with 3 gift cards, and she couldn't get those to work at first either! After she claimed that she was a long time employee, and had tried EVERY way she knew how. But then the assistant manager came over and got them to work....And what was the problem? She had to enter the exact amount of the GC, which is ANOTHER thing that any competent, "long term" employee, SHOULD KNOW!! It took an hour just to buy 4 tires....Also, why wouldn't you ask right when I was buying them, if the parking brake, and reverse worked, which she once again, CLAIMED, that they ALWAYS ask the customer when they buy tires from them?? She couldn't get the car in reverse, and couldn't run the GC's right!! Maybe u guys should think about getting someone in there who knows what they're doing?!? I will NEVER bring my business back to this Walmart again!!

Called a few times over the last month to conform tires in stock. When asked if I could make an appointment to have 2 tires installed I was talked into not coming in. "Too busy" "short staffed" "can't guarrentee". At one point hi asked if he was trying to talk me out of having a service done there.. 2 nd call few weeks later. Same . I will avoid this auto center and go down the road. .

I dropped my vehicle off Saturday morning at 7:15. There were only 3 customers ahead of me. Keep in mind all they do are tires and oil changes- at 9:15 I was still waiting for them to even get my vehicle in to look at it. I'm writing this at 10:40 and am still waiting for a tire repair and rotation. Avoid this Walmart tire center unless you have all day to wait for service that at any other place could be done within an hour. Truly pathetic.

I've been calling to set up a tire appointment for two days...nobody answered. I asked to speak to a manager, got attitude from the operator, and got no answer from the manager! Pewaukee and West Bend answered right away...auto techs we're very helpful. Germantown is one of the worst managed Walmarts in the Metro area...on par with Silver Spring and Brown Deer. Perhaps this is a Covid related staffing issue.
