I have used this business a number of times over the past 6 months. Mostly due to the proximity to my home and convenience. That's about it. The first time I came in was great. Easy fix to a coolant leak and only took the afternoon to diagnose and fix. Second time was on my second vehicle which was diagnosed as a bad fuel pump and only took a couple days. I took my vehicle to this shop a few times after, including after a collision and will no longer take my business to this shop. On multiple occasions the vehicle was left unlocked outside, sometimes with the key in the vehicle for days at a time. Incredibly difficult to get a decent timeframe estimate on when the vehicle will be done and very unreliable when you do (This week? Next week? Next month? You never know.) I was charged two separate times for work that was not completed. Eventually I decided to pay it forward to the next time I brought my vehicle in for work. The last two times I was there, this shop's diagnosis was a bad torque converter (ended up being a burned spark plug wire) and a bad starter that he broke while trying to take off (ended up being a relay). When I went to have it towed from his shop to another shop, the battery that he said was replaced, was not and the starter that he said he ordered, nowhere to be found. Turns out his diagnosis that the starter was bad was completely wrong and he refused to pay for the good starter that he broke. Long story short, I bought a new battery/starter (because he broke it) for a problem that was diagnosed and fixed at another shop as a blown relay. Mechanic seems likeable and nice guy, but has terrible communication and will not reply for days. I would not recommend anything more than an oil change at this shop. Took my car to another service facility in beaver dam and they in lack of better words did a number on my baby. Josh took me in the same day and fixed the simple problem that the other guys lied about and said was a major issue. Very positive atmosphere and customer oriented staff. Only flaw is I couldnt rate 6 stars!! Will have all my servicing needs met there, at Kuhl Automotive!

Exceptional work, no back and forth or beating around the bush. Straight to the point auto mechanics, this guy is here for the consumer and no one else.
