I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-30 Select from Holiday Mazda about a month ago. They were very accommodating and got me the financing I needed. I was treated well and no high pressure sales. They also provided me with a great warranty and maintenance package that assures me I will have many worry free years of ownership. They stand behind their product and their high level of service provided a very positive buying experience. My sales person Alex was great to work with and made the whole process easy and customer satisfaction was his number one priority. He also followed up after the sale which I greatly appreciated.

My husband and I stopped into Holiday Mazda looking for the perfect vehicle for our growing family. Stuart Powell went above and beyond in showing us what all of our options would be. Needless to say, our experience was excellent and we left with our new Toyota Rav4, same day. Great experience all around! I went in originally just to look but after the great customer service from Logan and the team I knew I wanted to buy from here. Logan took his time answering all my questions and making sure I had every bit of information that I needed. I was able to test drive 1/2 that I came to look at since the other one was in the shop but was able to at least look at it. Very happy that I bought my new car from here!

From the initial phone call to Holiday Mazda, to driving off the lot in my 2022 CX-5, I couldn't have been happier. Hannah was great. She greeted us the moment we arrived, was thorough in explaining the features of the car, and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the price and financing options. I would recommend Hannah to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Eric in financing did a wonderful job handling all of the financing details and a payment I'm very happy with. Before we left the dealership, Jack went through the functions of all of the wonderful options. We both feel our car purchasing experience with Holiday Mazda was the best we've ever had.

Logan's service was nothing short of exemplary during our car-buying experience. Without even stepping foot in the dealership, Logan was friendly, professional, personable, and did what he could to get us the best deal on our new car. In fact, his service and work to get us the best deal possible was the determining factor in making the drive to Fond du Lac instead of purchasing from a Mazda dealer closer to home. I would work with Holiday Mazda again in a heartbeat, and encourage others to make this business a part of your car-buying experience!

This was my first experience buying a car, and I can t recommend Holiday Mazda in Fond du Lac enough. We worked with Logan, who was extremely helpful. As someone who isn t particularly car-savvy, Logan was patient with my questions, spent time really considering our options with us, and didn t make us feel pressured. Brady was very professional and effortless to work with. When I discovered the car I came to see was too small for my needs, he was able to rapidly provide me with better options to accommodate my needs. I had a GREAT experience with the folks at Holiday. It was the most painless car-buying experience I have ever had. Major shoutout to Logan for being prompt to answer all my questions and address any concerns. He even picked me up from a hotel 30 mins away (I came from out of state for a great deal). That is above and beyond any level of service or general nicety I would expect to receive nowadays. I couldn t be more happier that I found an amazing deal on my RAV4 and had the level of service at Holiday to get the deal done.

The best dealership experience - period. I bought a Mazda few years ago and then last year from them and then this year again. I worked with John Krug last year as well as again this year and the whole process was a breeze. Him and rest of his team are very knowledgeable and they walk you thru every step and explain things up front and clear. they are very fair and each time it was transparent transaction. in my opinion, no one in at least 200 miles radius of Milwaukee and Fox Valley area can beat their prices and customer satisfaction. this is coming from a guy who went to many Mazda dealerships in the area.

Is the third time a charm? In my case it was, let me explain. I hadn t purchased a new car in twenty years so naturally I was a bit anxious about the process. I knew what I wanted a Mazda CX-50 in the sexy Polymetal Gray Metallic color with limited accessories. Easy right? No, not really. After two failed attempts at other dealerships, I made an appointment with Brady Northlee at Holiday Mazda.Brady did not use high pressure tactics to close the deal in fact he is chill but also motivated to help his clients. He listened to my must haves and was able to deliver the car that I wanted with a final OTD price that was reasonable and fair. His customer service has been excellent, even following up after the sale.Overall Holiday Mazda was a welcome experience to that of other local dealerships, from sales to finance. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.Make Holiday Mazda your first stop not the third and ask for Brady!

when I test drove the truck I thought the brakes felt soft so they were going to double check them was told they were good. i also said tires were shot and wanted new tires or money off as i need to buy tires they knocked off 200.00 After I bought and was driving a few days I was convinced something was wrong so I checked the brakes out and found the rear brake rotors were very rusty the caliper pins were rusted up and they weren't working, so twice brakes failed to be properly inspected.They agreed to look at the brakes and get them repaired. this took 6 HOURS to replace rear rotors and pads. I had my 4 year old with me this was a great way to waste my day. They never offered a loaner car or anything. also at the 4 hour mark I was frustrated and they said they were just finishing up witch was a lie my truck was still in the parking lot with the rusty brakes on it! To top that off the tech noted tires were worn and should be replaced!ok so truck fixed and I move on to do my first oil change and I find the skid plate wasn't hooked on the front tabs correctly and 3 screws, 2 bolts were missing from the skid plate then I get to the oil filter and it wasn't installed correctly the filter housing was missing the center pipe that holds the filter in place so my filter was crushed and misaligned and probably wasn't filtering anything.So I told them to get that for me I'm not paying for a missing part, they set up an appointment to get and oil change and replace the filter housing that was missing that pipe. They forgot to get an oil filter! So I was there 2 hours for an oil change and to top it off it wasn't a original Toyota filter housing it was an aftermarket one.I feel they did the bare minimum to take care of me. so twice I had to drive 30 min 1 way to get repairs done and they took way too long to do simple work.sales lady was great, service not so much.

After reasearching and deciding to purchase a Mazda for my next vehicle, I started to research dealerships since I have had prior negative experiences at other dealers. The dealers in mid to southeast WI had fair reviews so I expanded my search further north. I came across Holiday Mazda and I saw several reviews from customers coming from a similar distance as myself with nothing but positive remarks. I decided to reach out through their text me on their website and I was connected right away. There was a minor communication discrepancy in the beginning but was quickly resolved by Dannielle. I first worked with Scott the same day I reached out and he was very friendly and accommodating and answered my many questions I had for him. I was then connected with Jarrod and he reached out the next morning. He answered more of my questions and was also very friendly and accommodated me by putting a sold sign on the vehicle I was interested in until I could make it up there a few days later. After speaking to both, I was feeling very confident in Holiday Mazda and their willingness to meet my needs for my next vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by Holly and even though it was very busy I was quickly met by Jarrod and we started the process. After test driving, I was was certain this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase and finance was given the okay to start my paperwork. There was quite a long wait for my turn, but Jarrod kept me updated frequently while he juggled a few different customers. Even being so busy, he still managed to make sure he went through the vehicle with me and showed me all the cool features while not making me feel rushed or like he had other responsibilities to tend to. Before my turn in finance, Donna had checked in, verified information and made me feel confident she would help find the best rates and take care of me. When it was my turn, Donna was very thorough and personable. She went through all my add on options but was not pushy to add anything at all. Overall I had a long but great experience! I was helped above and beyond, from Holly having some lotion at her desk, to finding a usb c cord to charge my phone since I had grabbed the wrong one from home. I appreciate the whole Holiday team for making this the best car buying experience I've had yet!

I purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 and at the time of purchase everyone at Holiday was fantastic. However, since buying my car, I ve had non-stop issues including two thermostat replacements and an ongoing noise in my engine that sounds like drums & a winding noise that Buck has been unable to fix. I ve had nothing but frustration in dealing with the service end of my vehicle and unfortunately my car still has issues and I have less than 22,000 miles on it. Update: My Mazda was manufactured during the end of Covid, and I have had several things replaced via warranty. Danny, the service manager called me. He took the time to replicate the 2 noises that I kept hearing and fixed them. It turned out to be a faulty headlamp motor. Danny went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my issue, for which I am thankful. I give Danny 5 stars, and Buck 1 star.

Hannah Gresser and Eric Valentin took great care of me. I was promptly serviced and had everything ready before I showed up at the dealership. It took less than 2 hrs and was a very comfortable environment to buy a car. My 2018 CX-9 is a great vehicle. I will be sending people I know to get handled by this great duo. Best purchasing experience I have ever had. They do business the right way. Professional, transparent, and informative. Worked directly with Ben Wempner, the GM, and Dan Eick. Outstanding. Due to my work schedule, I couldn t afford to drive an hour north and sit in a dealership for hours on end. Worked out a deal over the phone within minutes with Ben. Delivery was very efficient. I spent more time with Alex learning how to use the infotainment than I did with the entire sales process. Thank you again.

Took over a week to even sign the papers for my car and when i got it they assured me that there was no issues or scratches, come to get the car and the paint chips all around the gas tank and the front bumper popped out of place with more chips there. Over all the most lazy dealer ship i have ever dealt with in my life, they will not do anything to help you, hell they didnt even bother doing taxes for the car I have to file all of that seprately by my self and pay out of pocket instead of it being added to the loan and slowly paid off LIKE EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP WOULD DO. End conclusion, they are super lazy and wont care to do anything at all would Never would with them in my life ever again

The absolute best. I worked with Tom Kuitert. Highly recommend anyone in WI come to Holiday for their vehicle needs. Incredibly fair, ethical, and amazing to work with. I purchased a vehicle from them after a lot of comparison shopping. Best deal and all around. Had such a great experience I kept coming back for all service over the last couple years. First time going through the new car buying process; Holiday made it quick and easy. Bought my 21 CX-5 CE! Hannah was an amazing help throughout: from reserving the vehicle to the paperwork. These guys are one of the few that aren t up and about with these obnoxious mark ups due to shortage or hidden fees. If you re looking for a car you won t go wrong with Holiday but, ASK FOR HANNAH GRESSER! Also quick s/o to Taylor in finance, 0% rate who doesn t love that :)

I ve been in more rental cars than I have the cars I bought from Holiday. Yup I said cars as in two I have purchased from Holiday! I purchased one from budget center turns out it had a malfunction in my windshield wipers. Came here to Holiday Mazda for a different car as they told me I could trade in because of the difficulties with my other one. Now this car has since then had two alternators, put in. Was told they think my transmission is going out, to I have a dead battery. I m more disappointed in the faculty than I am the car. I honestly wouldn t recommend Holiday to anyone. You do however hear more horror story s than you do happy story s.

Overall fantastic! The staff were prompt, and was on top of their game. I had the best service I ve ever experienced. My salesman Stuart Powell, had everything laid out and ready to go with accurate prices and information for me just to sit and meet with him and the the team and determine my best purchase option. The next day I came back and it was under a couple hours that I had received my new car and was able to drive it off the lot. Holiday Mazda is amazing, professional, and takes VERY good care of their customers. 10/10 would recommend. On top of the service provided, I am in LOVE with my new 2023 Mazda CX-5! I feel like I am driving on a cloud! Thanks again Mazda! I will be spreading the word to everyone I know.
