1 star just for the fact that they were able to make the hose we needed but other than that the customer service is horrible the lady at the counter freaked out that she did not have the exact line material and fittings for our old line so we told her that would be fine we just need a replacement line with whatever material she had that worked then when she returned after making the line we told her we had a PO for the line she said ok, we started giving her the po and she start hollering that shes not ready for the po she rolled her eyes at us. Next time I will be going to A to Z hydraulics they will get the job done without the hassle of dealing with that woman
