Tested my car battery free of charge and let me know it was bad. I then came back after work and had a new battery installed for FREE. The website was super easy to use...put in your year, make and model and it tells you what car batteries are right for your vehicle and then you can schedule the install right when you purchase the car battery. The staff member braved the below zero weather all with a friendly attitude. I was really impressed.

My iphone stopped charging so I stopped in to see if they could help. I wish I remembered the gentleman s name but he fixed it right away. It seems something at the end of the plug broke off in the iPhone and he was able to remove that. He saved me from buying a new phone. Very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Went to get a replacement key fob after looking online and seeing that they have them in the store. Got to the store and was told they don't sell those.

I am very satisfied with Batteries Plus Bulbs. The staff members have always been polite, helpful, professional, and have given me good advice about their products. The prices are usually very reasonable.( The 12 pack of batteries I got today was $6 cheaper than a comparable pack from Walmart). I really appreciate this store having the staff to help & be knowledgeable about their products, very good customer service!

I bought a keyfob on the internet after my husband lost his. He still had the key to open the door in case of an emergency. He went ALMOST everywhere until someone mentioned "Battery Plus." They also sell, program, and cut the key for it. Great place. Great guys.They also fix phones! Sell many different types of batteries and other products.To answer someone's question, I did see old batteries there, but I would call them first.

Always have the batteries I need in stock. Order on line and pick up in store in a very timely manner. Always treated as a valued customer there. Excellent quality of batteries that perform like they should

I had a broken iphone screen. I attempted to change the screen. I had done numerous before and for some reason this time it didn't work for me. I took it to Batteries Plus to assist. Expecting to pay the normal fee for their service, I was informed that I just had a bad connection and they were able to fix it without issue. Quality service as they could have just charged me full price but they showed utmost professionalism. Thumbs up!!!!

Very pleased the staff was able to accommodate replacing my phone screen on rather short notice. The back screen broke during the process and I was displeased with the flip and condescending attitude of Abigail. However, manager Christian was extremely helpful in expediting the order of a replacement and staff picked up, fixed and delivered the phone very efficiently. That type of above and beyond service earns this store 5 stars.

Very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. My cell phone battery was replaced within minutes, plus a $10 rebate for scheduling the repair online! The technician gave awesome advice of how to make my new battery last longer, and if I have problems it will be addressed for a year!They also had an super sale on led bulbs!

Friendly service.Ordered and paid for the battery online. Set up a time to have it changed out and showed up. A little disorganized as to where the battery had been put but quickly found and installed. Happy with my purchase and service.

Was able to change my watch batteries at a reasonable price and were extremely friendly. Had my car battery replaced a few years ago on a cold day and they had my ready to go in a short period of time.

Purchased a battery with free installation and the gal didn't know what she was doing but tried anyway and I asked before she did it if she was comfortable doing it because I got the vibe she was unsure but she said she knew what she was doing, lost my battery terminal nut because she took it all the way off. Finally I called my husband to come do it because there wasn't any supervisor to help her. She was very nice and apologetic but you really need to know what your doing. Sounds like she didn't get proper training. There was another guy there but wasn't trained to do it either and had a hard enough time giving my core refund back. Very disappointed !!!

These folks are great with your cell phones. I was pretty sad when my iPhone wouldn t charge, but Abby and the guys at Batteries and Bulbs were able to pop it open and coax it into taking a charge! I just needed it to have enough charge to boot up and get backed up to the iCloud. That wasn t an issue for Abby and the boys - They saved the day!This isn t the first time they knew just what I needed. Several months ago I had questions regarding LED bulb types, and ALL of my questions were answered!LOVE THIS CREW!

Great place very helpful on reprogramming a new key fob after purchasing a SUV from holiday I needed a secondary key and the assistance was so helpful and their knowledge was even better!

Easy to order online. Item ready when notified for pickup.Clerk was knowledgeable and inserted the new batteries into my cordless phone. Noticed that the rechargeable batteries I purchased were already charged- another PLUS!

Horrible customer service called made an appointment to get my phone fixed said it would be two hours. I dropped my phone off at my appointment time came back 2 1/2 hours later and they told me they never started it. They told me that appointments don't matter people that showed up after me came first. Glad I drove from thirty minutes away wait two and half hours to go home with broken screen.

I ordered on-line and picked up at my local store. I bought some batteries and a key fob for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They could not get the key fob programmed with my vehicle. After several attempts the manager went back inside and got different key fob. He had no problem programming that one. My thanks to the manager and his staff for their knowledge and help in completing my purchase.

I love company just will never go back to this location. I needed smaller sized batteries for my door alarms. '' the standard size''Menards even carrys them they are used in so meany items. I was told I needed to no the exact size. They would not even let me look at them to figure out what size i need.I WAS TOLD ''' IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU NEED I DONT EATHER '' and would not even hear me out. So as far as the company there great but s tdd at away from this location .

I had signed up for the life time key battery replacement over a year ago and yesterday the 6th I went in to get a new battery for my VW key. Neither of the two individuals who were working there could figured out how to open the key and told me to come back when someone else was working. I spent about 2 minutes on YouTube today and got the key open myself. I'm rather curious what it is I actually paid for when I purchased the life time battery replacement.

Dishonest...I had two Marine batteries tested that were fully charged and the guy working said they were bad. He didn't waste any time trying to sell me new ones. I got a bad vibe from guy, so I took them elsewhere and they were fine. 12.7 volts.

I took my son's cell phone is because the touch screen was not working. They replaced the screen and it works again! The staff was friendly and helpful. The work was done quickly!

Had a 9:30 am appointment to change battery on my cellphone.When the appointment was made I was told it would about 15 minutes. But; the person in charge to me I had to leave the phone and pick it up in 3-4 hours. So I walk out. Probably will NEVER stop at Batteries Plus again.
