My husband and I started going to Korey's approximately 10 years ago and he has been the only mechanic we trust with our vehicles since then. He has always been honest and upfront on costs and always uses quality parts.Most recently we had to fix our daughters breaks and unfortunately when his guys got in there, they realized that more needed to be done for it to be safe and it added like $700 onto our quote. Korey wasn't there when they caught it but when he heard about it, he went in and double checked to see if there was anything he could do to get us closer to the original quote. He not have to go out of his way to check it out, he could have just let it go. However, if he hadn't he wouldn't of found that he was able to fix the problem himself without ordering brand new parts! He could have still charged us and we wouldn't have known any different, but he isn't that kind of mechanic. He saved us a ton of money and we are incredibly thankful.Korey, you and your business are a staple in this community. You embody integrity and trust. Thank you for being so amazing to us all these years, for as long as you are in business, you have loyal customers with us!

Called to get a quote on my car on Thursday morning for my alternator and a battery, gentlemen that answered was rude and short with me. Took all my cars Info and my number and told me he would call back shortly with an estimate. And I was nervous to call, seeing as I have never had to call anyone about my car before. And they couldn't even bother to call me back to give me the quote. Wouldn't recommend.

First timer at this shop. Super friendly staffed. Great prices. Free WiFi. Fast. My total came out to $176, so I handed them $180, and he gave me back a $20 and said $160 is good. Have a punch key chain for buy 5 oil changes get 1 free. Didn't come out with the whole deal of "Well we found this and that, and this needs to be done, blah blah." Will definitely be switching my business over to them from now. Thanks for the great experience. I'll be recommend you guys.

I am so happy that I took the good advice to try Korey's for my auto service. After years of being overcharged and feeling like I was getting fleeced by the auto dealership I no longer fear taking my car in to be serviced. The staff is knowledgeable, polite and honest. Every good thing you have heard about Korey's service is true!

My son's 2002 Chevy Cavalier bust a brake line and was leaking hydraulic fluid fast! Called around various mechanics and got told that next week was earliest that they could look at it and $$$!Phoned Koreys and they said bring it in and they'd take a look and could probably fix it the following day. Dropped the car off, nicest guys!Got a call back within 30 mins with a reasonable price and a promise that they would fix it the next day. At the end of the first day I called just to see how they were going and the guy said it was all done and they were just about to call me!Reasonable price + responsive service + nice friendly guys = one satisfied customer, only wish I could give them 6 stars!Thanks Korey's!

We ran into an emergency expense and they took our vehicle off of the lift and got it ready for pickup. Even though we couldn't have the work done then, they were most understanding and look forward to our return when we are ready again. The customer service is unmatched by any auto service shop I have ever encountered !!!

I was having problems with my car when i would put gas in my car it would stall on me and then when i would drive it down the road it would shut off on me at a stop light, i called korey's auto kare as my dad takes his cars there and they got my car in and figured out my problem right away and i got my car back within roughly 48 hrs or less, they are great people and great prices. the service was amazing and i will be coming back for all my car work to be done and oil changes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Korey's does great work and I feel that I can trust them to only do the work required. I bought new tires and had the front brakes done. Their prices were competitive. Work was performed in a timely manner.

This is the best in Delavan as far as I am concerned. Korey always takes the best care and work is done right. Price is always reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. These guys are the real deal. It took a year for one of their competitor to fumble around and still not fix my project car. I brought it over to Korey's and the gang not only got my ride back on the road fast- but used my original parts saving me money. Communication was great, as they called me with updates along the way. The crew was knowledgeable and the cost was more than reasonable for the work that they did.A+ service. They will have my business for years to come.

We have been going to Korey since he first opened his shop. It's one of the best decisions we've ever made for our cars. We trust his opinion and bring any car we have to him for service. His prices are reasonable and the service level is excellent!

I met Korey about 15 years ago when he worked with a mechanic I trusted. When that man passed I knew there was nobody around whom I could trust my car to besides Korey. He's the best in the business and his prices are reasonable compared to many. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or any of his mechanics

Best customer service ever. Genuinely nice , answered my questions without even a hint of being bothered. Quickly fixed the truck. Good prices. Glad I took my coworkers advice to bring the truck to this business. Whoever Kory is he definitely runs a good business.

Every time I have taken my vehicle to get repaired, Korey and his staff have been nothing but courteous.Regardless of what the problem is, Korey always has the time to explain the situation, provides me with an estimated cost and time it will take.I have nothing but praise to his professionalism, his repairs are always correct and well priced

Korey's was the cheapest by more than $500 out of 10 places I priced when I needed a new transmission, and he also offered the best warranty for the lowest mileage used transmission. They are super friendly and have earned my trust.

Have nothing but good things to say about Korey, and his business. He's been my mechanic for about 15 years now. This was before he even opened his own shop. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need, and will even tell you if something doesnt need immediate attention, if it doesn't.Good guy, will try to save you money where he can and is very thorough in his explanations. Highly recommend.

DisappointedI have been here multiple times in the past. Never had any complaints, until today. I brought my car in for a oil change. I waited over 45 minutes before the tech came out to tell the guy at the front that the cabin filter needed a change. I asked how they check it. The older gentleman looked very annoyed at my question and said you pop the air filter cover off, its located under the hood. I knew he was lying because to check mine you have to open the glove compartment box and removed the papers inside to get to the panel in the back of the box to check. I then looked over to the tech who was standing on the other side, she was at least honest enough to tell me it's in the glove compartment box. I find it odd they rummaged thru customer glove compartment boxes to check the air filter. I also find it very demeaning that when you ask a question about how its checked you get attitude from the employees. Part of it has to do with me being a woman, in the eyes of men they don't know jack. I have ever right to ask and I also deserve the same respect as a man. After the tech walked back to retrieve my car. A middle age man walked in, he was greeted with excellent customer service. He also stood there chatting for 15 plus minutes with the older gentleman who had treated me so rudely. They had quite the lively conversation, about all the car questions he asked. Me no, I was not given this same attention.I feel you should be able to ask as many questions as you want, after all it's your car they are working on. And it's also your money, you are paying for the services. Repair shops should be honest to their customers, they have a reputation to maintain.

I was referred to this shop after having some body work done on my car. As my car is a hybrid, I had always had work done on it by the dealer. My experience here far surpassed the dealership. They were attentive to detail, kept me informed, and were finished with the work more quickly than I expected. I plan to continue using Korey's Auto Kare for my current and any future vehicle maintenance and repair.

I have been going to Kory for our family vehicles for many years and he is the ONLY mechanic that I trust. He will not upsell things you don't need and will not rip you off. He truly cares about his customers and their cars. I cannot recommend him enough. I only wish he worked on boat engines too ;)

At Korey's we have always received excellent service and recommendations. There has never been a "push" to have more done. When they do spot an area of need they spell it out in simple terms and also let us know if it's urgent or if we have some time to get it done. Awesome place to take your vehicle. Was in a bind with my van and they got me right in even being all booked up with appointments. Kory's Auto Kare was a life savor. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. Very REASONABLE on prices too!

Awesome speed as needed to get the van back on the road quick as possible, very fair price, and honest, we have been with his business quite awhile, He use sign language to communication with me since I'm Deaf.. Very rare to find a mechanic that will work with your needs, very helpful with making decision what best for your vehicles needs... There's no way i ever will need to go to other places to fix my vehicles when i need. Korey's Auto Kare LLC is the best place ever! moved to new building right behind his old shop it got even better! the waiting room is very warm and comfortable! i didnt even get bored and there's WIFI that's a huge plus! For everyone i recommend to get your vehicles there hes definitely the best vehicles doctor you can ever find for fair prices! Thank You Korey!

Korey's Auto Kare is the place that women should take their cars because they are trustworthy and honest. Many times in the past I've taken my cars to various garages for repair and have been lied to about repairs that were not necessary and/or over charged. Korey's Auto Kare is a great business!
