Turned off the check engine light on me and drained the fuel from the tank he did resolve both issues but it took weeks of arguing. Have a mechanic interrogate the computer of any vehicle you want to purchase here and be mindful of fuel levels

The Acura i bought was in excellent condition with low miles and there were several other cars there that I also considered, in similar condition with low miles and good carfax scores. My car was unbelievably clean. The salesman was knowledgeable about the Acura, as well as the other cars on the lot. He was professional and polite and answered the multiple questions we asked him. I had several questions after the sale, and they answered them courteously, and more importantly, correctly. I felt they were honest and fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member.

Bought a used vehicle, needed one in a hurry because the main one wasn't getting fixed right down the street. I feel I got a nice car at a fair price. Nice people to do business with, they even tracked down the second key fob for the car. I will shop here again. Make me a sweet deal on that red Tocoma.

What a friendly place to buy a car! We told them what we wanted, and they searched around to get us the vehicle we wanted in our price range. The owner was very knowledgeable and suggested we avoid specific model years that had problems, which we did not know. They simplified the buying process and made it extremely easy. The vehicle was in excellent condition. They did all the work, and we are enjoying our new vehicle! We have recommended Campbell's Auto Sport to our neighbor and another family member, and both of them did buy a car there, too.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Campbell's Auto Sport and couldn't be happier! Great selection of cars, vans, and trucks. Our salesperson Dave was courteous, friendly, and professional. The vehicle has been great! We were able to save big $$ on quality used vs new. And were able to finance the purchase into low monthly payments. Pleasure doing business with and Highly Recommend!

We recently purchased our car from Dave @ Campbell's. My wife loves the car! We had a positive experience and would recommend anyone to work with Dave or his team. Our questions (in person, email & phone) were always answered. Our entire experience from the first hello to driving the car off the lot was positive and we look forward to going back when we are ready for our next vehicle. Great job.

10/10. Very honest and incredibly helpful. I brought my car to the dealership in February and they told me I needed my brakes replaced sooner than later. I then brought my car to Campbell s 7 months later and was told that my brakes still had about 40 percent life. The owner saved me a lot of money and told me he would be there to fix the brakes when it was time. Great service!

I purchased my first car in 2002. Wanting to stick to a certain budget and find a car with specific features, they worked with me to do just that. When I was ready to purchase my next car, I returned for another positive, personalized experience. In all, we've purchased three cars from Campbell's Auto Sport. All have been very reliable and I know I can count on quality service for maintenance and repairs when needed.

Great personalized service! I worked directly with everyone at the car lot in order to get my new Honda Civic and i really felt like they put in the time and effort to get me exactly what I wanted. I travel a lot and I needed a newer car with lower mileage that was affordable in my price range as well as manual, and I know everyone at the car lot put in their part to make sure my new car was safe, met my requirements, and was exactly what i needed for the kind of commutes i do.I am so so happy with the help I received and I know the car I have now will be safe and last me a long time-High quality customer care and affordable pricing for whatever you may need from Campbells Auto Sport :)

I recently purchased a vehicle from Campbell's Auto Sport and would highly recommend them. The owner is very honest and thoroughly addressed multiple concerns that I had with the vehicle both before and after I purchased the vehicle. The service provided here, especially by the owner, Dave, is honest and phenomenal.

Dave is a pleasure to work with and made it very easy to purchase my car. The staff are patient and very accommodating, and took all of the stress out of buying a vehicle. I would certainly recommend Campbell s to anyone looking for a quality used car and I loved that they were as excited about the car as I was!

These guys were very friendly and honest, especially Luke. I recently bought a Nissan Leaf from them (3/4/19) and the experience was overall pleasant. They brought the car to a Nissan dealer and did the recall for me while I was interested in the vehicle. The car only had one key fob so they ordered a second one for me, no charge. I also needed an owners manual and they ordered it and will mail it to me. I have not received it yet but I am sure it is coming. I will update this when it does arrive in the mail. I read a few negative reviews about this dealer that they wouldn t wheel and deal. But when you consider all the extras they did for me it was totally worth a no-haggle price. If you want to deal with an honest group of guys and need a car, I would recommend Campbell s.

I had a great experience with this dealership. The price on the SUV was competitive and it was in excellent condition. The whole sales process was very low pressure and it was easy to understand why they have been in business so long. I have always been extremely leery of used car lots and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely buy from them again.

We have purchased 2 cars from Campbell's Auto Sport and both times we got great cars for an excellent price. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and nice. Dave Campbell went above and beyond to find two cars that worked best for my family. Honest businessman, would highly recommend Campbell's Auto Sport.

Had a great experience buying a used 2012 Camry SE here. The price was great, and they made a very fair offer for my trade-in. There was absolutely no pushiness or typical annoying salesmen tactics, just good down-to-earth people, and the several employees I interacted with were very knowledgeable in response to any questions I had and cars in general.I highly recommend this dealership, and can easily see myself going back next time I'm shopping for a car.

CAUTION BUYER BEWARE!!!! On Sat Aug 21, 2021 my husband and I put money down on a 2009 Red Honda CR-V exl with 84,000 miles. Upon test driving we noticed a brake job needed to be done. We were told by Dave Holtz that the vehicle still needed to be inspected and that they would also look at the brakes and fix the wind shield wiper. It would be ready for purchase and pick up on Friday Aug 27. During the week my husband called to see how the inspection was going and was told by Dave Holtz that the rotators needed to be resurfaced and new brake pads were being put on by his mechanic. The wiper would get replaced also everything else checked out and passed iinspection. On Friday upon arriving the vehicle looked really clean and nice. Dave Holtz said we were lucky because the detailer does million dollar cars and did this one. On the drive home I noticed some different noises but thought they said they did the work? It was alarming. Over the weekend we noticed pulsating brakes, squealing, instability when going around roundabouts, clunking noises from the back end. By Monday the tire light was on. We decided at that point to bring it into our local car dealership for an inspection. Long story short they found $4200.00 worth of repairs it needed. They said yes the rotators were surfaced down and pads were replaced but the dealership said they were so warped and felt like a record. They should all have been replaced. Also there was leaking in the struts, a new alignment was needed, seepage from the front, the wiper wasn t fixed a nail in a tire, and loose parts were identified. The dealership felt so bad for me they didn t even charge me. They said . RETURN THAT CAR IF YOU CAN ASAP!!!! When I called Dave Campbell the owner and told him he said those larger dealerships always find more that is wrong with a car and want the repair work. In this case this dealership he is talking about didn t even charge me which says a lot. As far as the rotators Dave Campbell was the one who worked on them and replaced the pad. The owner himself. As Dave Holtz called him . The Mechanic . Our local dealership said they could see a lot of these issues once the vehicle was on jacks and there was a lot checked off on the inspection sheet as passing that shouldn t have. On Monday Aug 30t, 2021 we returned this vehicle. Dave Campbell said Most people would try to work this out and my husband said I gave you a week to fix the problem and make things right and you didn t Here is the best part .Today Sept 2nd I got an email on car guru that a new crv is available and guess what ??? It is the one we purchased and returned. Dave Campbell was given the mechanic s report with everything .parts and repairs needed when we returned it. Dave Campbell are you telling me you fixed the vehicle and made $4200.00 in repairs in the last 2 days? What you are doing is criminal and I am reporting you to the better business bureau.

I would recommend these guys to anyone I know with confidence that they would receive the same support that I had. They were knowlegable and kind from start to finish of my car buying experience. Their prices are more than fair and the stock is excellent. They do not purchase "crap cars" and sell them as a "good buy". Campbell"s gets an A+ from this buyer! There are very few auto dealers that aren't only trying to make a profit off of you, and these guys are exemplary. Keep up the good work!

Purchased a car from Campbell's and would like to share my experience. Vehicle purchased seemed on the surface to be very clean with less than 120,000 miles so we payed over KBB value for it. David Holtz, our salesman assured us we would not find another car better, and the owner Dave Campbell actually had been using the car as his personal driver for months it was so nice. Holtz also claimed they had put a lot of money into the car and that their mechanic was a certified Honda mechanic thus the price was firm and they tacked an $150 service fee on top of the asking price. Soon after the purchase we started to notice all the "lipstick" campbell had applied to this pig. The leather interior had been patched in several spots and was falling apart. The top engine motor mount had been installed improperly and was cross-threaded.The engine has an oil leak. The Gear selection light flashes when in drive indicating a possible transmission failure. The steering wheel would shutter occasionally when turning the wheel sharply. The chrome trim on the car was spray painted black and began to fall off after its first car wash, along will the silver paint he had sprayed on the alloy rims to cover up the damage on them. A few weeks later the battery had to be replaced. I understand that these tricks are used by all amature car flippers, and you need to watch for these things, but what I am going to tell you next boarders on criminal. Recently me wife hit a snowbank and the front end seemed to be in need of an alignment. Took it in to the shop only to find out that this car had previously been in a wreck and the frame was bent. To make the car drivable and the damage unnoticable an aftermarket adjustable ball joint was installed with only a 1/4" of thread holding it on. This is the main part that holds the wheel on BTW. The tie rod had also been adjusted all the way out to compensate for the bent frame. Called Campbell's to see if they would explain this as they had signed off on the inspection form that the car had no frame damage. David Holtz assured me on 3 different calls that Dave Campbell would call me back ASAP. He never did so we stopped in and were told by Holtz that he did not know when Campbell would be in. Estimates to repair this car are almost $4000.00 We paid Campbell $7800 for the car. IN RESPONSE TO CAMPBELL"S REPLY-Campbell never made any attempt to communicate with me and I never asked anyone for reparations. This car had an insurance claim in March of 2019 after it had the rear bumper replaced due to a light hit from a driver trying to cut a turn to sharp. No structural or frame damage occurred and it was the rear not the front of the car. Somers Buick in Mequon has all records show work done. There was never another accident while I owned this car.In fact if CarFax was accurate it would show that we replaced the frame and suspension in March of 2020. This shows just how inaccurate CarFax is. A simple Google search of "is CarFax worth it?" will tell you why it is not worth the paper it is written on. Just because the report looks "great" means absolutely nothing, it's just a used car salesman's sales gimmick. I would also be happy to divulge to Campbell the names of two local repair shops that guarentied me this vehicle was in a wreck before I bought it. Get any used vehicle inspected by a third party before buying, especially when dealing with these people.

The facade of this dealership is amiable, down-to-earth, and curious to suit the customer's needs/wants. My experience purchasing a used '07 Toyota Matrix XR is proving to be a good one.You will still have a salesmen trying to push you into a purchase a bit quicker than you really want to (which is simply how business goes--they have the right and the iniative to do it as a business); and you will still also have a business trying to squeeze what money they can from you starting at a fairly reasonable price. Their cars are reasonably priced as is. In fact, my vehicles sticker price was $300 over its value, which is not bad, relatively speaking. A couple weeks after my purchase I had the antenna and a plastic clip holding up a cover by my wheel replaced, free of charge. Even better, to get the antenna for me that day, the mechanic and the owner resolved to taking the antenna off of another vehicle, which was going to auction, in order for me to have my antenna that day, cutting out the process of ordering a new one.All in all, this was a good first-time buy off of a dealership lot for myself. However, as good as any dealership is, go in with a plan: research, observe, give some time to think the purchase over, and then go back and carry out the purchase. This is a very good dealership to check out if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I just bought a car from Campbell's Auto over the weekend. I've been buying cars for over 40 years.I can not remember a better car buying experience. The car was listed exactly as presented at a very fare price. It was well worth my time and money to come to pay a visit to Cedarburg. Will tell my family and friends they do things right! I normally do not write reviews.

I had a good car buying experience here. Very low pressure sales, compared to the big dealerships, but way nicer cars than the small dealerships. They definitely found a good balance of quality, affordability, and kind service.

When I'm a wrong, I have to make it right. I took down my negative post with Campbell's port Auto after one of the sales associates Luke responded to my feedback on Carfax. He broke it down and was honest. I called him to thank him for the honesty. We got into a conversation about the way the auction works and the demand for Hondas. At the end of the day, I was tough on him. He cared more about educating me for future car buying, then trying to convince me why his boss priced this car high. Guess what. We drove to Cedarberg and we met Dave. Another guy who cared more about me getting screwed at other dealers, than buying this car...it feels good to have a do-over. And the car was in much better condition than mine. All inspections and recommendations were done on the car. The owner charges 1000.00 over what he paid for the car. I didnt get a discount but I got something more. I'm not always right, and compromise and understanding go a long way. I need the owner to see what Luke and Dave add to his dealership. I bought this car and driving it home, I felt safe. After a rollover two weeks ago in the identical car. Thank you guys for caring.

Nice prices. However, my daughter bought her first car here a week ago and we have had nothing but trouble with it since we brought it home. They said they would fix the turn signal which wouldn't go off unless done manually if we put $200 down on it but when we picked it up a week later, they never replaced it at all. Then 4 days later, her power steering went out. We took it back and asked them if they could do anything about it since we just bought the vehicle 4 days ago. They looked at it for 3 minutes and said we should just turn off the car every time it goes out!!!! Are you kidding me???? I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

We bought a car a few years ago. A wheel started scraping in the warranty period, they hit it with a screw driver to put it back in place. It started scraping again a day after. The check engine light pop on a week after the warranty the car was internally leaking oil. We found out the dash board which holds the mileage of the car was replaced because the clip was broken and the serial number didn't match. Ultimately it could have been a fluke but I have had much better used car buying experience since then from other dealers.
