Absolutely terrible experience. I took my truck in, was quoted one price, and ended up paying double. Wouldn't suggest to anyone, including my worst enemy. Employee's look like they do hard drugs in their spare time. They ended up leaving my truck in worse condition than when it was dropped off. They're complete hacks and should be out of business

About 9 months ago, I brought my truck into Frame and Axle for what sounded like a bad wheel bearing. It was a grinding noise getting progressively worse. I have a shop I usually take my vehicle to but it is 20 miles from home a doesn t specialize in this type of work but Frame and Axle is very close to home and they do specialize in this type of work so I thought I would try them. After an associate that identified himself as Dale looked at it, he left me a voice message stating that It s really bad. My shaft was not serviceable and I needed new axle bearings. Very laborsome . . Estimate was about $2000 . He said I would need to put $900 down to pay for the shaft . I told him I would sleep on it. I decided to take it to my usual mechanic. As I suspected, my regular mechanic told me I had a bad wheel bearing, and need new rear brakes, as well as a couple other minor things. The entire job was just over $600. I have had no problems whatsoever. Well, except Dale called me back a couple weeks later wondering if I needed the work done. I still have the comical messages in my mailbox for entertainment purposes.The verdict: At the very least, BEWARE OF DALE!

Great place to have work done.The job was done correctly, and timely.They even dropped me off at home on a cold day.Really could not ask for more.It's not easy to find a shop you can trust, and I mostly do my own work, but if something comes up that is beyond my capabilities, I will bring it to them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went to this place for my rear end to be repaired/ replaced .. I called after 3 days to get an update because no one was communicating and found out they started taking it apart already ..I was inquiring for a estimate and received NONE only an range price between $900-1500 it wasn t until I got a call saying it was ready and then told a ridiculous amount of 2000 and they he also choose to do the brakes without my permission or ok to do so. I am very upset !! I will NOT recommend this shop . I was also not given any paperwork or receipt for any work that was claimed doneService: Auto body & trim replacement

Totally rip off they fixed my frame and messed up my fas tank and refuse to fix it after I spent 3 grand mechanic Kevin uses drugs crack perks and powder do not take yor car to these guys I'm filling g a lawsuit today they over charge and don't fix yor car rightService: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

Best service! Been getting my car fixed here for years! Never had any issues always comes out amazing! I came in for a tire rotation and alignment also told them about a knocking in my car when it drives thinking it was cause it needed to be aligned. They aligned it and rotated my tires. It was still making a knocking noise. They test drove it said it was my sway bar links that were rattling. I said go ahead and fix it then. They did my car was so quiet and drove like a dream after! 10/10 recommend! Very well trusted!

A friend of mine kept telling me stories about how good of a job these guys did on his work truck so I decided to take my Toyota 4x4 SUV there. They did a great job and they're prices are very reasonable (unlike my local Toyota dealer). They can tackle anything. I'll be back.Well I came back and had another positive experience. Thanks Dale!

Worse experience I ever had at a car shop. Would only recommend enemies. Lbvs. Customer service was the worst and it was encouraged by management. Not sure how they're still in business. Must be the initial prices they quote only to give you partial the work needed. I suspect that they also break other things to get more business. I can't prove it, but way to many coincidences. Dale seemed nice though if that's any consolation.

Brought car in for an inspection. Was told by another shop (Monro) that I had a bent axle and subframe and subsequent body shops told me $5000 to fix. Called Dan at Frame and Axle and he got me in 2 days later. Come to find out subframe was fine and axle was slightly bent. Worst part was my brakes were completely gone and wasn t told by any shop after inspections anything about my brakes. Mechanic told me it was a safety issue and was concerned about me driving. Dan and staff went out of their way to get parts and get my brakes replaced ASAP. Few hours later I left with new brakes and appt for axel and out only $500. Very impressed with service and professionalism. They found a new customer for life after this experience.Service: Brakes

Kevin the mechanic was absolutely terrific. Very kind and courteous he explained everything that needed to be done and they didn't charge me an are and a leg. The work he did was perfect. I will definitely go there again.

I went to get an alignment for my rig. I was told they couldn't perform the alignment because my king pins were bad, but they could replace the king pins ($3,000+ fix). I then took my truck to my main mechanic shop as I get a lower shop rate through them to get the king pins replaced and they could not find anything wrong with them - virtually no play. Glad I decided to a second opinion and avoided being ripped off. Because of this, I would not recommend this shop.

The guys at frame and axle are excellent I think something knocked off the alignment in my car with no questions asked they went in took care of and recalibrated it's excellent these guys are number one in my book whenever I need to have something straighten or if I need an alignment frame and axle is the place 1,000%

Charged me $20 in 3 minutes just to tell me I needed a new track bar. Came back with a new bar installed then chatged me $95.00 for an alignment, which was worse when I left, both front tires were then wearing out. The actual hands on time working on my truck, once it was on the rack was less than 10 min. but stood around for an hour. I told them before I took my truck into them, that I had a 3 inch lift installed, caster was not adjusted to compensate. Made another appointment with them, showed up on time and they said that I need to drop the truck off another day. Needless to say I'm conning from the other side of town. Owner told me it's because I have big tires... soft tires...a lifted truck...rust on the rear axle etc. etc. I know that is all b.s. because many friends have the same truck and tires and no rust is on my rear axle other that discoloration. They never gave me a print out of the alignment, so I did not know what was adjusted? I took my truck in to another shop and they gave me a print out, with no excuses put air in my tires which were way under inflated and asked me was my steering wheel off center, I said yes, they told me, that's all they adjusted. So i am done with Frame and Axle. I don't mind when someone does not understand why something is wrong, but don't make a bunch of excuses and charge me more money than your original quote.

A company you can really trust will take care of your car. Not too many true auto shops left. These guys know how to fix basically everything and if they can t, they ve given me great suggestions on where to go!! Would highly recommend to anyone for their vehicle repair needs.

I was Driving my Toyota 1997 4runner with 230,000 miles on it Saturday morning to see my parents as I got on the interstate going 70 miles an hour and all of a sudden it felt like the wheel was gonna fall off! This is how some people diealmost lost control of the vehicle and could have easiy rolled veryit happened in front of my mechanics garage is mechanics garage fake God cause I was 200 miles to the West the day before the frame

this time, I just called them to see if they were still doing frame repairs on Jeeps. the last one they did for me was outstanding! fantastic on front end work also.

Had my brakes done last week. Brought my SUV back this morning due to noise- not the brakes. Adjusted the dust plate FOR FREE! 15 minutes and back on the road. Been going there for years, will continue for years to come.

Guys we're cool. Took 2 weeks to get my Tacoma back from getting the entire frame ripped up. Really pricey, make sure you get a quote in writing.

I like them they made me into a believer they brought MY 1996 Impala SS back to life my car went to three different shops and got played outta a lot of money and found frame and axle got me back on the road
