My brother had been having troubles with his Buick Encore and had already gotten it "repaired" at another shop. Clearly, it wasn't. His engine light went off again and he took it for a couple of different places for diagnostics. This place gave him a direct answer and a quick turnaround. His car is running great. Would recommend!!!

Very inconvenient to get an emissions test done. I arrived before noon and was told I would have to come back at 3pm. Mind you there were no other customers lined up nor waiting inside for a test. Ridiculous that it s only available for two random hours during the day. Don t offer a service if you have to jump through hoops to get the service done.

I needed new shocks on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I went to Brookfield Auto Care for the replacement. The air suspension shocks were going to be over $6500 so I asked if they could replace with a third party coil shock saving me about $2000. Rick & Sam agreed, they installed the coil shocks and the car runs like brand new! great job Rick! thank you!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Went here for an emissions test. They are very busy, but efficient. They do have specific times for emissions test M-F 10-11am and 3-4pm, saturday 9-10am. The first spot in front of the door is where they do these tests so make sure not to park there. They have you come in, turn in your paperwork and then wait in your car until they call you to park your car in the testing spot. Quick and easy.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Went in for an emission test at noon and found out that they were not open again till 3:00. Not good business, nothing was posted about hours for emission testing. They should accommodate clients at all times.

I went here for an admissions test. They only have certain hours you can get the test done right now. It was very quick and easy.. they will print out your paper for you. It took me less than 5 minutes. A lot of the other places in the area no longer do emissions testing due to staffing... this was a pleasant find!

Had my clutch go out at 124th and North. Pushed my car close to their lot. The person working, Rick, was leaving for the day as it was close to 530 pm. Rick stopped what he was doing and helped get my car into their lot and off the road, using his personal vehicle to pull my car. I cannot stress enough how great this was. Taking time out of his day to help, Rick was great. They were also able to fix my broken clutch and kept me informed of cost/service the whole time they had my car. These guys were all GREAT!!!

Skip stopping in for an emissions test. They have hours posted to complete the service but have excuses during the testing window.

Went in for an emissions test, hours of operation said 9-10:30 am Saturday for testing. I pull up ahead of 9 am, tell the guy I'm there for emissions test, 3 minutes later I'm driving away.

I went there for emissions testing, and they do a great job. No need for appointment...first come, first serve.For $10 extra, they can complete the registration for you which is very convenient.I had a light on in my car that said my tires needed air. Was surprised they didn't hit that (5 lbs needed per tire). It would have been a nice touchService: General repairs & maintenance

I can only comment on an emissions test. They made that quick and easy, but some things to note: they do not pull your car into the garage. Park in the first spot right in front of the entrance door. Their test cable is on the wall there. Have a paper copy of your registration. Check the hours on their site.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Their website and voicemail state that they do emissions testing from 9am to noon. I showed up at 10am, there was an open stall in the garage and workers were standing around. When I asked for a test, the man at the counter said that they are only doing tests from 2pm-4pm. I told him what hours were listed on the website and voicemail and he proceeded to tell me that he was unwilling to provide me with an emissions test since he isn t able to make any money off me. Arrived early before emissions testing window opened (first come first serve, no appts.) Guy at the counter said it would be over an hour wait cause his other appointments came first. Asked if I wanted to wait or come back in an hour, to which I stated that would force me to lose my place in line . After just 30 seconds, he began complaining to another mechanic in front of me and the other lady patiently waiting that everyone and their mother want emissions testing today. I got up and left. Went to another shop down the road and was in, done and out in less than 15min without the rude attitude. I will NEVER use this shop for anything.

Went in for emissions and took care of it really quick not even 10 minutes. Seemed like genuine people to work with! Would highly recommend coming here if you need anything done to your vehicle.

This companyRefuse to do my vehicle emissions. They Claimed that it was because I didn t have any paperwork for the emissions testing. Everything is electronic now so there is no paperwork for the renewal. I asked him what specifically he needed because I could possibly bring it up on my phone. He replied that he couldn t except that because of possible fraud. I m not sure how much fraud can be done because my VIN is assigned to my truck only. My plates are assigned to my truck only. I left peacefully and went to John Amato Chrysler Jeep Dodge who was able to get me in and out without any documents.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Don t bother with an emissions test here. They make it very difficult with limited hours and other restrictions. Clearly not interested in serving customers.

I took my SUV there since it randomly stopped on the highway. After 4 business days I was told the timing chain broke and I would need a new engine. Towed the car to my regular mechanic to scrap and they took one look and within an hour said the fuel pump needed to be replaced and a couple maintenance things. Long story short I spent $1200 and almost bought a new car in the meantime. Definitely wouldn t recommend and the timing chain was just fineService: Engine repair

Have been going here for the past 3 years for vehicle service. Always honest. Always fair pricing. Great mechanics. Usually quick service. They never attempted to manipulate me. Always honest with me. Dan is cool calm and collected & straight to the point. Don't come in here expecting a 20 minute conversation. This is business.

We got an emissions test done here and it was awesome! Rick got it done within 10 minutes and we could pay for it there! Great guy with excellent service! Will definitely be coming here again!
