We are new to the area and I have always had someone I trusted work on my vehicles throughout my life. I was wondering what I was going to do after we moved because good service is not easy to come by anymore. I wanted a family owned business because I have had great luck with that type over having to deal with the dealership craziness. I did a search in my area and Kubly's was one of my options. I needed someone to look after my 2000 Saleen S281SC, as well as our other vehicles, and I decided to give them a shot. I must say that I have made the right choice. They took great care of my Mustang and truck and have been so flexible in getting me in on short notice. They are great people to deal with and make you feel like you've known them for years. 've been going to kubly's for around 2-3 years and the service was great and the employees are great too. Unfortunately under their new management they wont put on customers newly provided parts.. I drive a Suzuki SX4 and I buy my own oil and oil filter and had appointment for oil change.. I was informed that they could not do the oil change because they would be using costumer supplied parts. I had to cancel my appointment than..The Ironic part of this story is that you can't get NEW OEM parts for this car. Any part like oil filter would be after market 3rd party supplier this means what I supply or what they can get would come from a 3rd party suppler but if I can get the part cheaper or know a part is better unless they supply it through NAPA or some 3rd party hey wont put it on.. This limits me as being able to find parts to a vehicle that isn't being sold in the states anymore and me being a consumer.This runes transparency between businesses and costumers because you don't know if your getting a better part or just an expensive part or if you just wanted to upgrade your brake pads or rotors or new head unite they will not do it.Since this is a small and private business they should embarrass the different services and parts that a person can't get at a dealership but now you better off just going to a dealership than them.The staff is great just new management runes the idea and experience.

I can say that this company is superior with their communication with their customers. I had damage to my diesel truck and they dealt with insurance company very well. Tracy and their mechanic gave my wife and I excellent service. If you have any diesel needs don't hesitate to call them! The hourly rates were fair as well. My service was fast and I really liked the web service that they use to send itemized and detailed quotes for the service. I truly appreciated how they attached photos with the quote so that I can see what the technician is seeing for myself which allows for me to better understand stand any issues with my vehicleThis was my first service at kubly's and I was more than satisfied with my service.

Great place and great work! Radiator cap had a leak, and got a full inspection on my E350 16 passenger bus. I am very happy with the service I got from Kubly's Automotive. Tracy called explained what needed to be done. She is very nice to talk to. Will be going there from now on and recommended my granddaughter to go there too. Does good work and know if says needs to be replaced it needs to be replaced.Thanks to mechanic that worked on my car he did good job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Oil change

Very impressed, got truck in the following day from calling. Friendly and honest. Have had many alignments done over the years and there always seems to be something that needs "replaced". Kublys called and said everything look good for parts and some minor tweaks was all needed, no parts. Their communication while truck was there was more than I'd ever had anywhere else. Kublys has earned my future business and suggest them to anyone.

Hard to admit, but my car was a disaster. I am still in awe at how clean my car is after getting it detailed. I had tomato sauce stain that I never thought would come out and it did. My interior looks brand new. Price? Very reasonable.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I got a full detail at Kubly s. I was super happy with how clean my car was. The side panel on my drivers seat has been broke off for quite some time, I was so surprised to get in my car and they had even fixed that for me! I was so impressed with the service on my vehicle! I wish I would have taken pictures. My car looks amazing .my floor mats look brand new and my car looks better than the day I picked it up from the car lot!! Let s not forget how shiny it is either .I highly recommend!! I set up an appointment to have my car checked for a suspension issue. Everyone at Kubly s was very helpful and listened to my concerns. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and explained what needed to be done. Some parts had to be ordered and arrived the next day so they drove me home and picked me up the next day when the work was completed. I was very pleased with the way the car handled after the repair. However, I was even more pleased with the written report the mechanic provided about the work that was done and all the other checks he performed. This gave me a good idea how well the other systems were working. Great information for future reference.I definitely will take my car to Kubly s for future service.

Kubly's did an excellent job servicing my Hyundai Tucson. Tracy spent time on the phone with me, determining what was needed for my 60,000 mile service. The dealer wanted to do $900 worth of work, and Tracy researched Hyundai service schedules to find out that several of the dealer's services only needed to be inspected. Kubly's performed some service and inspected everything, emailing me a report of all they did with photos. Also, got a follow-up call from Tracy, just to see how my car was doing. GREAT SERVICE!

On somewhat short notice I was able to get my car scheduled for an oil change that was badly needed.They not only were able to fit me into their schedule this week, but also provided me a loaner car so I could run my errands that afternoon while they worked on my car.They are always so efficient and leave my car looking good and running great which is the reason I have used their services for over 20 years.And best of all their staff is very friendly and reliable. Kubly's Automotive provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. On top of that, they also gave me a free inspection on my first visit and told me what was generally going on, and what they recommended to do to fix it at no cost.

This was my first time taking my car in for a thorough inspection. I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. Their inspection report and pictures blew me away. They provided easy to understand quotes and were exceptionally awesome to work with. Great customer service! I took another vehicle in for a report and will be taking both cars in for the repairs. I am so impressed with the BIG CITY FULL SERVICE you get but the small town family atmosphere feeling. I m a mail carrier and use my own vehicle to deliver mail. 2.5 years of 100 mile routes, dirt roads, salt and snow, mud, rain, packages leaking, eating in my vehicle.. a LOT.. it had an unbelievable amount of dirt build up. I had it detailed, and I didn t even feel worthy of sitting in it. Everyone says detailing is a waste of money and to clean it yourself, but the amount of time I ve spent tirelessly trying to clean this poor car has never yielded the results the man who cleaned my car gave me. Very worth every penny and very appreciative!

After a freak breakdown, they accepted some sublet work from a local dealer to help get me back on the road ASAP. They were super quick and very thorough. They walked me through each step and offered multiple options. The drive to a neighboring town was well worth it. They continued to follow up after the repair was complete as well. I took my 2008 Honda Accord coupe in because it was shaking under load around 60-80 mph. I told them I believed it was a cv axle. I ve had the issue before and it felt the same. They told my it was my inner axle and a ball joint so I of course let them do it. Right cause it s a shop and they should know what they re doing. The car was fixed the next day so I went in to pick it up and I was told the shaking was fixed and safe to drive. I asked what brand of parts were used and they said they couldn t share that with me. So I go to drive the car home and see that my front bumper was hanging and it turns out they broke my bumper clip off. Not a big deal, a zip tie will fix that, not worth complaining about. So I go to drive and feel the difference and there was no difference. The car still shook violently. I spent $850 for nothing but a broken bumper. I took it to another mechanic who showed me the obvious signs that it was the cv axle I originally thought it was and now have to replace that and add that cost onto the useless $850 already spent at Kublys. Maybe this is my fault for not shopping around and getting multiple diagnosis but either way, Kublys doesn t look into issues. Instead it s a guessing game to them. You want your car done right the first time take it somewhere else. From other reviews, it seems other people have good experiences with Kublys but in my case I m not happy with what I paid for at all. Any other shop wouldn t charge the customer for the parts replaced if the issue wasn t fixed. I spent $850 to replace parts that were perfectly fine.Update after 5 months. Brand new cv axle installed by kublys has snapped. Cheap, low quality aftermarket parts. Not even half a year of use before the parts failed. And I got 14 years out of the oem parts before failure.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made quick quality work on my car with a few problems it had. After which they informed me of a few minor problems they had found while running test on my car. They had everything written out for me and even gave a ballpark estimate to how much it would be. They did not force me into a appointment to get them fixed but ask when would be good for me if I wanted to go ahead with the fixes. Would highly recommend Kubly s for any car problems you may have.

It turned out I needed a major repair, it was a tough pill to swallow. Kubly's was understanding, professional, and helpful through the entire process. Once the repairs were finished, I received a step by step report with pictures of what they repaired and an overall report card of my truck. What an exceptional job. Just bought this car, and they took it and did a thorough once over on it and gave me a report card on it. Didn't pressure me into fixing anything, just informed me of the critical issues, and let me make the decision on the fixes. Will recommend this facility for great service and customer service. This shop is pretty awesome! They take pictures of your vehicle while inspecting it. I took mine in for some grinding ish noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The mechanic who serviced it, went into detail about what they did, how they came to the conclusion and what happened afterwards. I am very pleased with the service and so far the problem has been fixed as of this writing. The front office staff is also amazing. They keep in contact with you and let you make your own decisions with no pressure. Overall I recommend them!Services: Brakes, Battery

I am always happy with Kubley's Automotive! I bought my car there and they also do my maintenance. I got an oil change and complete information on my cars current condition. I even received a link to view all the items they checked in my car. I trust them to always be honest and fix my car right the first time. I would never take my car anywhere else! An amazing family owned hometown business.

So, I've bee taking my 2006 Honda CRV to Kubly's for service for a few years now and let me just say that Kubly's does not disappoint!! My vehicle has 213,000 miles under her belt and K7bly's has been a major, major player in keeping her running smoothly, dependably and reliably.Dusty Kubly has an execellent team...from Tracy, the very knowledgable and cool Service Advisor to his top notch Service Techs (who can also be quite hilarious).AND....did I mention that I can get a loaner so I can run my errands, go to work and continue my day!! AND.....after I pick up my vehicle after service, I get a followup call to make sure all is well with my vehicle and I'm happy with the work!I highly recommend Kubly's for all your vehicle service needs!!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

In the past month and a half, we've had to take all 4 of our vehicles for service! Every time we got prompt appointments. We appreciated the updated calls when additional parts were needed or recommended. Whenever we asked about the additional cost, it was always spot on with the final bill. Tracy is always friendly on the phone or in person and is quick to answer questions or explain what the technician has done or found. Amazing! So thrilled with everyone there at Kubly. I own a 2010 Audi S5 that my local mechanic basically refused to work on. The vehicle was in storage for the winter and when I took it out it was running awful and engine codes were indicating I would have to replace the fuel injectors. They took the throttle body apart and found out that some critters had chewed through the wiring right at the harness and were able to fix the problem for less than 1/4 of what I expected to pay.
