Have purchased many items from Bumper to Bumper recently purchased an alternator paid for it over phone they delivered it to the mechanic and then I returned core no problem whatsoever. I have purchased windshield wipers they always give me the best advice on which product to buy. All the employees Steve, Justice and Steve all great employees and always very professional.

The owner and other employees are always very helpful there and don't ever ask you to spend more than you need they do just let you know what's available whatever you looking for on the price ranges which is awesome so yeah I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new throttle position sensor a week later it did not work anymore. The women who sold it to me claimed they did not sell it to me. She also claimed I must have bought it somewhere else and there was nothing they can do about it. Almost two months later I find the receipt to prove I did indeed purchased it there. I bring it the receipt and they were like its out of warranty now. Wow all the sudden they find my name in the computer and the part I bought after I prove them wrong. I'm like no kidding! I also don't like being accused in a roundabout way of being a liar! Basically they like selling you parts and have no desire to replace them under warranty. Advice keep your receipt handy so they don't pull this on you. I still shop there but its just to get wiper blades and nothing more.

I used to be a 5 star review but after yesterday I hope I never have to deal with them again. After giving me the wrong part then refusing to take it back because it was installed (oil sending unit). Not only did they refuse to take it back but walked away when talking about it.
