I drive at night and My subs blew the prior night in my semi This was the only place in town that I could find and I stopped by not knowing it was appointment only so I called the number on the door and zac was there within a half hour to help me get the stuff I needed and now my sound system in my semi sounds 10 times better than it did before. I ve always been able to install stuff into my own vehicles but never was good at adjusting the settings. Zac was able to explain to me how the settings worked and he even got as much as he could ready for me so all I had to do was pretty much plug and play. If I m through this town again I will definitely be stopping by again to get some stuff for my vehicles back home.

Zac is quite possibly one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in this industry. Not only did he have great success in stereo competition, he is generally an awesome dude all around. 100% satisfied as a customer! DD for life!

Has done many installs for me over the years and ive always been pleased with his work and how he treats his customers.great business, and very trustworthy .id give more than 5 stars if i could. I highly recommend him for quality stereo installs .

Well it says that the spot is open till 5 I arrived at 345 and no sign of life tryd calling and mail box is full what else can you do to get so.e service

Amazing shop and owner. Will always be the correct way. Nothing less will do. Attention to detail and workmanship is top notch. He takes care of his customers. You can not go wrong buying gear and having the best install possible. Highly recommended IMO...

Unfortunately I have to give this business a one star for customer service as their voicemail is always full and they will not call you back or text you back.The one and only time we talked to him he said he was able to put a sound system in our golf cart for us we Just have to set up a time.We told him where we lived waited around for him to show up and he never came or called. We made another attempt about a year later and Had the same result. All he had to do is tell us he wasn t interested.Very disappointed, as this was a referral.

If you are not bringing your audio needs to this guy you are going to the wrong place. He know his stuff. Brough my truck to him and within 10 minutes he had it fixed. It is great to know there are some out there that really know what they are doing. Thank you so much! I am very pleased!

Said its open at 9:00 stopped by at 9:30 to see if they had a part i need . Must be by appointment only ! No sign of life NOT even the open sign on ! Guess thats Beloit for U!
